Free dry with wash. Some of the washers are broken and dnt wash good. The laundromat is clean only when certain employees are on deck. I suggest going Tuesday through Thursday all other days its pretty packed bunch of kids running around touching everything like Coronavirus doesnt exist.

Only good thing is drying is free if you wash there ! Disgusting bathrooms no soap, no paper towels .. People with no masks GROSSSSSS!!!

$2 card gets you free dry and you can return the card for refund. Make sure you only put what you will spend on it if so.

The earlier you get there the better. This place gets super busy and there are not many large washers. The parking is very limited but I do like that there is always someone on site to help you if the washer isnt working. The dry is free if you wash so that is a plus because drying can get expensive as well. I have been coming here for a few years now and I am happy.

Ill explain, the laundry mat was an emergency, so I pushed it, within the first 3 minutes after my laundry had begun, SEEDLESS characters (4 lack of a better word) were around my car, and inside using the restroom facility for a shooting gallery. I even hid my gold earrings. BUT, the wash &dry was great, but scary.

Always an attendant cleaning and watching out for the place. Not a great part of town but they keep it together for the customers. It is one of the only laundry places with numerous washers and dryers, also 100lb load washers! We would go again

To go by there and wash a lot of clothes there and I tell you what the people that work there a clean the people that go there or hard-working people and you got to get its all about timing in there cuz that place is usually off the hook 24/7 I know its clean a lot a lot of visual light and lot of cameras and so it makes it feel a lot safer and theres always a lot of people traveling to and from around it from the you know the restaurant to the one flavor and thats just how it goes but

Three times i have came late night HOPING TO WASH. Never washed before so had to get a card and the machine touchscreen didnt work. The employee door says ring bell for service.....did not see a bell. Employees seen me at the machine trying to get a card and did not bother to help me. Like they say third times a charm and now im not coming back and wasting my time. Pleasant Valley 24 Hour Laundrymat here i come!

The fact that the dryers are free is amazing. The problems, why they received 3 stars, is that they hide costs elsewhere. You have to pay for your initial Smart Card. THIS IS NOT COIN OPERATED so there is no alternative to using the card. The balance on the card is nonrefundable and if the card is lost thats it: balance on the card is lost and you have to buy a new card to use the machines. They offer WiFi but at $3 PER DAY. Its insane so make sure your phone has data before heading over to clean. There is a homeless problem outside but theyre not terrible given the 24 hr nature of the business.

Probably one of the most busiest laundry mats Ive ever been in. I went on a Monday afternoon. First you have to load a card with funds which is convenient! After its a tad bit crazy to find open washers to fill your clothes into. Good luck separating everything because theres limited counter space( do it at home). The Dryers are free and you can start as many 12 mins cycle youll need til your clothes are dry. Again counter space is limited so folding can be hard. Alot of kids so be careful not to run them over. Also they dont have very many carts to supply. Its not the cleanest place and alot of toys hanging off the ceilings and leaking washers. I wouldnt return for a second trip.

Not gonna happen all the time but had a late night and needed laundry done, showed up and actually got free laundry done due to issues with the machine. Service was great even tho didnt speak much English.

Always have a washer and dryer available when i need it best time to go is after 10 p.m less crowded and more machines available

One nice thing about this location is they offer free dryers, other than that I was very displeased. There is a lot of build up in the locations on the washers where your soap is poured in which made me think twice about how clean my wash would actually be. Currency is not accepted in the machines directly. They use a card based system and once money is loaded on to your card it is non-refundable. You can only load full dollars at a time onto your card and, unfortunately, the pricing of the washers always results in a remaining balance on the aforementioned card.

Very Good deal at night 20% off, always an attendant on duty, open 24hrs, soap, dryer sheets,etc. for sale at fair price. Free dry all the time.... Update 2018 I agree alot of loitering after 10pm, which is when I get off work so its convenient to go at that time. Also the machines are in disrepair and sometimes the place smells like sewage, like from the machines or something. A good deal on washing with free dry but they need to clean it up and keep out the riff raff.

About a year and a half ago i became a customer after being referred for the fluf and fold service and it was great. The girl who worked on Monday and Tuesday morning really paid attention to details and always had it ready in a timely manner. Since she is gone ive had several pieces of clothing ruined and was treated with very little respect. This place is falling apart. And now even though its suppose to be open 24 hours only certain people get to wash from 1-5 am. False advertising or discrimination?

GOOD SIDE: its open 24 hours and the dryers are free.BAD SIDE: Too many bums & broken machines. Plan on not having to use the bathroom because its always occupied by someone off the street getting high.

Dont like this place too many drug heads on top of that its 2 a.m. and they lock you out you have to wait at the door to be let back in when it says 24 hours on the outside and on top of that they dont stop the drug activity.... something needs to be done....

You have to purchase a card for $2 and load it with cash to wash your clothes but you get the $2 back when you return it to them. They do have free drying.....a big plus I think.
