Nice scenery. Well maintained landscaping. Great for family picnics and activities. My friend and I brought our dogs and they had a blast.

This place was very nice until last couple years, it is been negleted by the keepers (city of oxnard) fountain is turned off most of the year for maintenance and de boarder of the fountain is crumbling. The landscape still nice and green.

Its so peaceful here. I go on walks with the fountain as my destination just so I can sit and listen and just be by myself. The gazebo is perfectly placed, though it could definitely use some cleaning. The ambience offered by this place is amazing. If you have a chance to go, do it.

Not too crowded considering that the gazebo was closed so everyone (including us) were just sitting in the grass.

Nice park in the middle of a housing development that I spent years working on. I feel a sense of pride when Im here, even though my contributions were minimal at best...

Great place to run around by yourself or with your dog. Big grassy area to play with your kids, or throw a football around. At the end of the park there is a nice fountain.

Its a pretty nice dog park. Grassy areas for the dog and clean area. I just wish they had water fountains for the dogs but overall nice.

Its nothing terribly special, or large for that matter. If you live in the area its nice but I wouldnt come here if you lived elsewhere, Im sure you could find something just as nice or more so. Theres a fountain and a gazebo you can reserve, otherwise its a large patch of grass with wood chip pathways. Simple enough.

Love this place we were married in the center gazebo. Always fond of going here. So many beautiful memories. The walking area is great for your feet and at night the fountain lights up. Nice romantic atmosphere since there isnt a huge amount of traffic.

A pretty decent park if you are booking for just a large area of grass to play in. There is no playground of any kind here. There is a beautiful fountain at the end of the park that if lit up at night. The weekends can be busy here with people taking photos for their weddings and quinceñeras. The path around the park is made of wooden bark, so it isnt the best for bikes. There are usually lots of dogs here, so watch your step.

Its an okay park, good place to bring your dog like most people do. Its actually been known more like a dog park by lots of people because of how many dogs are brought here. Please please do not let your dogs drink from the fountain. Its not cleaned thoroughly and they could get a really harmful bacteria. I see people letting them drink from it and it bothers me a lot.

But no bathroom at the first park .. gotta head up a lil.. but very calm and nice for walks
