I worked as the Art Director at the Boys and Girls Club of Port Hueneme and this lovely museum hosted an art show for the kids so that they could see thier work in an official setting. It was such a valuable experience for them. Its disappointing to see the museum go, I hope we are able to open the facility again soon.
This place is simply exquisite. Regardless of if you appreciate fashion;impressive, especially when you can view first hand the progression of his work and genius all under one roof. It is well curated and the museum itself is a perfect balance of history, process, storytelling and runway.
Super quaint art museum. Its been around for ages and we heard that it might be closed due to budget cuts so had to go again for it closes. Its a good 20-30min walk through. Loved the artwork and how quiet it is.
I definitely appreciate the arts! I really enjoy the fashion designer vision, very unique on the material that were chosen! Now this picture of the mannequin with the bones as a garment, never since before! Wow! How it’s shape to the body perfect!
Interesting photography exhibit focused on the Thomas Fire and a nice side note on the reality of climate change.
I love this place. It was a library I went as a child.
My annual visit to the Carnegie art museum with my wife. As always, we loved it. This year it was better than some of the others.
Excellent Art museum in Oxnard. Very surprising on the inside. A must see.
The greco-roman style building is an Oxnard treasure. Art exhibits rotating on calendar of events.
Nice little gallery, worth the visit. Support the local art community.
Beautiful exhibitions, family days, excellent school programs, knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Not Handicap Accessible!
Not enough art or information about the history of the art. And if it is a museum they supposed to have old art.
Great place
Great art, staff are dishonest.
Cool
Chevere chevere .... Its art.
