Could stand to have some food there and be able to pay in a way that isnt only cash but in the midst of COVID, it was nice to have a place to still take kids that was fun.

Had a great time with my children and grandchildren 13 in all. 11 newbies but 1. Very spacious awesome music selection. Down side bathroom stalls have curtains and you had to wash your hands outside the restroom but over all we had a good time. Next time Ill make sure to eat before I go. Only seen vending machines.

Fun place to take the kids. They have a blast. The bathrooms stay nasty. Its a really old and dingy place but it makes the kids happy.

Its only ok. It used to be nice and kept nice but its going downhill these days. The owner seems to have lost interest in the place. Kids are not closely monitored to keep them out of dark corners and sneaking off in rooms that are for employees only. And the guy that runs the place decided it was within his rights to tell my grandson that he couldnt get his shoes back because he accidentally left them under the table when he had to go to the restroom. He better be glad it was the old kinky shoes and not those damn $200 freaking Lebrons cause then we would def have had a problem.

I love bringing my boys here. Good place to go. There skates need some attention but my boys have there on skates. I have never seen a problem there. Good place for kids to go. Perfect environment, good manager. You cant be everywhere. If you see a problem all you have to do is call it to the attention of the manager and he will fix it. I have never seen a problem

Overall it was pretty good, but the skates were very old and even one of my friends that had them, her skate broke off of the shoe but they did give her a new pair. Overall was extremely fun.

This place has the worst skates definitely not worth the money when they make plenty enough money to replace and truly repair. The owner is completely rude. Will not be back to this establishment and definitely do not recommend

Only sold pizza to the people with birthday parties. Music is outdated. Most of the skates are worn out or broke. Tables aren’t fully cleaned. No signs to indicate which is the boys or girls room. Toilets would not flush/no curtains/ needed to use a flashlight to see. The people act like they’re not working and on their phones on the job, also have a big attitude.

The price is fine @ $6 each. The place is clean, and pretty well kept. Unfortunately the best thing you can do is bring your own skates. They didnt have my youngest daughters size ( they were all currently in use, not completely unavailable), and so he gives me that $6 back like its cool if my oldest daughter, my wife, and I all skate while the little one sits and watches. I understand that stuff happens, but be a little more reasonable. Its not like the place is hurting for business.

Place is dirty. Every table has trash on it. Bathrooms are so bad I would just walk to gas station next door.Rental Skates are beyond working condition but it’s all they have.This place could be awesome but some bad owners currently.

Would give zero stars if i could... rude staff had to go find the worker every time we needed something.. prices were decent but skates were so old and tangled up couldnt even untie them to get them on. This places needs to be updated and new staff i dont even see how they are still in business.

They didnt have skates in our size (all were being used), with no refunds offered. Skates are old and raggedy. Staff was really young, mostly on their phones, and offered little help. Guy on the mic was a complete jerk. Heard him use the f bomb to a customer. Other than that, made the best of it and had a decent time with wife and friends. Would not recommend.

Excellent first time experience for my son and grandchildren. My daughter, her husband and I really enjoyed seeing them learn to skate. Brought back memories from my childhood. We will be back later yhis month for another round.

Bath rooms have no doors or curtains. No sign saying womans or mens! Toilets would not flush 2 visits - nasty!

Nice except Music so loud it made speakers sound distorted. Got on 14 yr old and My nerves. Why so loud. Enjoyable lower. Rink is nice.

Horrible customer service, ran out of skates in five or six different sizes, and were very rude about a possible refund when asked. The DJ was cursing at little kids over the mic too. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I went to a birthday party at the bldg beside it.

The kids that know how to skate had fun but the beginners were miserable. They have no railings or walkers for them. They spent most of the time on their butts.

$7 per person from 2-5 on Sunday. age appropriate and good for parties ($100 of 10 kids. included rental room, skates and party supplies) bathrooms are disgusting and outdated however. deli needs to offer more.

Had a party there, the manager was rude every time I spoke to him. We were running behind so i called to see if they would jot down ten names of kids attending the party..He flat out told me no..He didnt have time to sit and copy down stuff for me..He would just have them wait outside til i got there. Luckily he let them in before I got there. The skates are falling apart and had holes in the toes. The arcade games are either a dollar per game or out of service. The package I got was a hundred dollar pizza party..You cant bring in your own food so you have to eat their pizza and drink their drinks. My kids (being healthy eating kids) do not drink soda..They were not given juice or asked about drinks but just given Pepsi all around so we had to end up buying drinks regardless that they were to be given free drinks and most did not bring money for food and drink...We had a spill in the room that covered the floor of the tiny cramped room and the girl didnt wanna clean it up until after we were done..So we had to use napkins to mop the floor up. They only gave enough plates for the ten kids for pizza. There is no room to eat or sit a cake.No plates for cake.The description says balloons, and a hostess would serve the party..We had no balloons and never saw the girl except when she started poking her head in to see if we were finished.. the drink machine took our money and the manager actually got rude and picked a fight with my husband like he thought he lied about it and got loud with him. If we spend a hundred dollars to eat some pizza in your crappy roller rink we at least expect a little decent customer service.the bathrooms are open and children have no privacy while they use the restroom.management talks down to employees. we will never return to this establishment ..It is not worth the money we spent on it..Maybe under new management..Until then we will drive to another county to skate. I miss skate country :(

Shoes are terrible and manager is very rude. Couldnt even ask for change. They need new shoes ans better music . Nobody listens to that old trash they put they should but 2018 rap music if they wanna earn more money.

Very outdated skating rink. My kids were very disappointed with the arcade prizes. Food is expensive but not very good. Skates desperately need to be updated.

The manager... I dont understand how he can be so angry at the world. We came to this establishment for a good time, but all we got was a flashlight to the face and a BIG mouth. My friends and I were at the drink machine and there was a problem with the machine to where it took our money. We called the manager over and as soon as he got there i could tell there was about to be a problem. My friend explained the problem multiple times and Im guessing he didnt understand. He then called my friend a lier. My friend being EXTREMELY nice, he didnt say anything harsh back, but I told him to give my friend a drink so we could leave the center. Thats when his eyes widened and he started yelling at everyone, including the kids around us. I think he forgot that Im just as grown as he is. I want to know if money is really THAT low...So we just decided to leave. Im going to end it on this note.. I dont know what is going on in that mans life, but he need watch the attitude before he talks to wrong person at the wrong time.

Wouldnt even give it one star if possible. The manager is rude as hell, I went with my son for his field trip. The machines are super old, the skates look like they are from the 70s worn down and holes in them. Token machine wouldnt work and the manager wouldnt even attemp to do anything about it. Stood at the desk right in front of him and he just sat on his phone. They only accept cash as well. The hours of operation are always different. So you never know when they are actually open. Also my biggest problem I have with the place is there are no sinks in the restrooms and also no doors on the stalls. You have zero privacy using the restroom... I mean cmon, our kids skate here and anyone can walk in on them. Thats disgusting, and obviously if I have to pee I dont want some kid or adult walking in and seeing me. There are zero locks.

Horrible service...First off the coin machine didnt work so Me and my friend ask the manager for help he had a horrible attitude since the coin machine was down it was kids there he rudely told them to move cause they were crowding him I was there with friends so we were buying sodas at the machine and the machine starting messing up and didnt give my friend his correct change so he went and talked to the manager who was came to the machine my friend calmly explained to him what happened 3 times and he flat out said my friend was lying then called security over there we werent even getting rowdy with him the other workers seem nice though but that manager very rude and disrespectful I would not recommend going there and I honestly hope they fire the manager

There parties last 10 minutes and there pizza is not good. They have cockroaches all over and there skates are beat down and have many holes. This is not a place you want to go to.

Alton is reason alot people quit bringing their kids here.

It could be better. The admission price raised up to $10 last time I was there, and that was in June (2017) Prices are going up, the manager isnt too friendly, actually, not friendly at all. Staff is okay, a problem that I would like to see fixed, and not to mention the skates are very worn down. Keep in mind I go here often, so im up to date. And the bathrooms need to be scrubbed down from ceiling to floor. And Im not as old as most of you are, so dont take my opinion as 100%. And as a middle schooler, many of us student come here, (most of the popular kids anyways) so they will try to show off and will be a jerk just to be a jerk sometimes, so keep an eye out if youre thinking about headed that way. If youre not worried about anything, its fun, it is, but its very worn down, and could be renewed.

This was by far the worst visit to ANY establishment ever. This is the saddest excuse for any business, there isnt even a start to how horrible this place is. It is filthy. The entire place is ran down and dirty, I wouldnt even set foot near the snack bar. We waited over 30 minutes for staff to reward us for the tickets, then had a word with the manager and still received no help. The manager was extremely uncaring and rude. Also, even if you were just going to skate it still isnt even worth it. The kids (most unmonitored) are very rude. They will try to run you over on the floor! They will try to push you! Even if you are an experienced skater. This place does not deserve the title of a business. It is nothing more than an unkept and sadly ran shack of mayhem.

First off, the manager really tried it. To make a long story short the manager at this establishment was very disrespectful. All I asked for was my change back from the drink machine that took it, and was accused of lying about the amount I had lost. As far as the manager, terrible service. The rest of the staff though was really nice.

This place doesnt deserve to be open. the management is terrible, the staff is unhelpful, the floors and bathrooms are always dirty and everything is overpriced. and they only accept cash. its 2016, the only places that only take cash pocket the money so they dont have to report it.

Skates are in terrible shape, unsafe to use, staff is on their cell phones and don’t care about helping you, manager doesn’t seem to even care, I think osha should honesty be called on the place, they are handing out equipment that’s dangerous

Website is pathetic. No hours of of operation listed, called the number for information, all I got was we are closed today and will reopen Friday at 7pm.. I got the impression they do not want any business.
