Speaking as an individual that has inhabited the municipality of Oxford, OH for over two decades, I am speaking with complete and total candor when I say that this is one of the finest and most high-class domiciles in the area. Not only is there ample off-street parking. Not only are there porches, both back and front. Not only is there a mysterious lore surrounding hidden treasure on the property. Above all this, there are countless reasons that this has continued to be the only residence fit for one of the oldest male choir institutions— probably of all time. From attic to basement, mystery and adventure lie ever present. With a short jaunt to the uptown area, lime scooter hubs ever present, and a devilishly endearing array of annual events, I can say with wholehearted belief that this is one of the most important structures within a hundred mile radius.Also did I mention the off-street parking? That’s a pretty underrated amenity not gonna lie.
