Staff was very knowledgeable of the products that they offered. The Selection was fairly broad for rifles but not so much for pistols. Overall a nice shopping experience.

I went to MS Auto Arms to use the Silencer Shop kiosk. Since it was Dec. 23rd, I called the day before to check that theyd be open and if there was a charge for using the kiosk. The female that I spoke with said that theyd be open and there was no charge for the kiosk. When I arrived, a young man did help me out with getting my finger prints done. Unfortunately, the camera on the kiosk was broken and couldnt take and upload my picture. After I finished, I was informed that they charge $ 45 to use the kiosk. I was quite disappointed that I was given the wrong information and in the amount that they charged. If you look on the Silencer Shop web site, they say that there might be a charge to us their kiosks but that it should not be any more than $ 40.

Ive been waiting for my weapon for 7 months and havent heard any kind of update on it.

Ive bought a few guns and accessories from here and Ive always had a good experience. They usually have a good selection of tactical type guns and a decent selection of handguns. Id always check the prices online first but in my experience MAA has always had some of the best prices I could find.

Worst customer service of all time. You cant make this stuff up. Ordered a few items totaling about $170.00 online on a Sunday night. Pretty painless. Waited 3 days to get shipping and tracking info and nothing. Called that Friday and spoke with nice gentleman who did not know anything but said he would call back. Surprise no call back. Gave them benefit that they might be busy. Following Sunday still nothing. Call Monday morning and spoke to a nice young lady who checked on order and said the ball was dropped in their end and because Monday was a holiday it would ship on Tue and she would send tracking number.Thanked her and awaited tracking number.Tracking number came 2 days later but when entered at PO . website says not delivered to PO.Tried calling that Friday and Mon thru Thur the following week and no one answered phone. Finally called Friday and spoke to i believe the same your lady from before. Started conversation politely but didnt take long to heat up. Young lady refused to give her name or get manager. When confronted about shipping issue she stated it was out of her hands and it was now my problem with the POI told her she was the most rude and ignorant person I have ever spoken with and she told me dont bother asking for Customer Service because she was it. Called PO and they have documentation that package never was picked up at MAA. Had wife Call back that evening and conversation was worse .Young lady stated that PO was lying and it was my problem again and she was not helping. Now waiting For Postmaster and AG to call back and I am out money and parts and looks like MAA washed their hands of the entire issue.Southern Hospitality and Customer service does not exist at MAA.If this isnt fraud I dont know what is.Customer is always wrong is motto from where I sit. 19th day of a long battle for $170.00 worth of parts that all started at MAA but once they have your money it is your problem. Definitely last purchase here.Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!

Recently purchased some high capacity Glock drums and they came fast and were good quality, and the price was better than any other place I could find! Would definitely recommend!

Went one day to look at some guns. Had to find help. Then when I asked some questions about the guns they where not interested in making a sale. So instead of buying I decided to take my business else where.

I ordered a package on the 13th of January it is now the 23rd of January and my package is still showing that it has not even left the facility I talked to customer service they said I had to wait a full 14 days before I was allowed to file a claim and have it re-shiped to me. This will be the last item that I order from their company

First and last time i order from here, returned a part tracking # shows they got on 7/14/2016 i called and they denied it said there are 78 000 homes in oxford and refused my refund, do not order here they will steel your money nasty attitude on the phone if you are returning something im going to the bbb. to report, only reason i gave 1 star because i could not give zero what they deserve, can not be trusted stay away you have been warned .......mike diedrich gunsmithing llc.
