We used Music in Motion for DJ services, lighting, and our photobooth for our wedding this weekend. Mike was a huge help in the planning for our wedding - he offered appropriate suggestions and walked us through everything we needed to know. The online portal was a great way for us to list the songs we wanted and write notes to Mike so he knew special dedications and instructions about certain songs. He was great at reading the room, and when a song wasnt a hit, he changed it. I didnt leave the dance floor the whole night! The photobooth was a fun addition and we were able to get digital copies of all photos that same night.

Mike was the DJ for our November 1st wedding. He was nothing short of amazing! His knowledge and experience was so helpful as our timeline working with him was short. I was so impressed with everything, his communication was quick when I had questions. The online planning software was great as it made us think about important moments in the reception that we had not thought of yet. Most of my family is not from the US and Mike was great about playing music from my country - it was so special for my guests. From start to finish he did an amazing job. After the wedding, several of my guests reached out to me to say he was one of the best wedding DJs they had ever seen. I planned my wedding Connecticut from California (where we live). Mike at Music in Motion was amazing through it all! His online portal was the most helpful tool in the world! Music In Motion was wonderful! My family and friends had a blast out on the dace floor. The photo booth was so much fun, everyone is still raving about it! Planning from a distance is always a struggle because youre not sure exactly who you are dealing with. However Mike from Music in Motion was fantastic. We had several phone conversations leading up to the wedding and he was able to not only answer any of our questions but through his years of experience he was able to help us with any other aspects of the wedding we needed advice in. Before our wedding we gave him a must play list of only 6 songs, but he was able to take those 6 songs and come up with a playlist which kept our guests on the dance floor all night long. He mixed in pop songs, line dances, slow songs, classic rock; he had something for everyone to be out on the dance floor rocking out to and singing along. We had family members that I didnt even know were capable of dancing getting out there and having a good time. Mike even had a game show type game for my new wife and myself which had all our guests and ourselves cracking up with laughter. Overall our wedding was a fantastic night, and I know a huge part of it was from Mike and Music in Motion making sure the party never stopped.

We were married at The inn at Villa Bianca on April 8, 2017. We met Mike at one of their tastings and from the moment we met him we knew we wanted not only his company but more specifically HIM personally to DJ our wedding. Fortunately for us, the only day left open on his calendar in April was April 8th. When I say we were fortunate to have been able to have Mike DJ our wedding it is an understatement. My Husband and I used Music in Motion Entertainment as our Wedding DJ. We were extremely happy with the service we received. From the beginning planning stages to the actual wedding Mike was very professional and accommodating. The Online Planning tool that we used was fantastic. We were even able to add specific music that is not typically available for weddings. Music in Motion Entertainment also did the music and sound for our Ceremony. Mike collaborated with our JP and Maitre d to assure that the music was exactly what we wanted and the timing was perfect for the entrance of our Bridal Party. Our reception went off without a hitch. Mike was awesome with the microphone, keeping our reception fun, upbeat and keeping it moving. There was never a dull moment or a time during our entire reception where there was less than 10 people on the dance floor (some who had never danced at a wedding before). Our guests all told us that we had one of the most fun weddings they have been to. We also got the architectural lighting, dance floor lighting and Photo booth. The lighting took our wedding to a whole new level. The lights changed with the music, setting the tone for each song and keeping everyone energized. Our guests said they loved the Photo Booth (as evidenced by their hilarious pictures). Overall I would recommend Music in Motion Entertainment to anyone. This is more than just a DJ company, with Music In Motion Entertainment you can be assured that your event will be a blast!

We had the best wedding ever!!! Music in Motion rocked the house!!! They were so awesome to work with! I wrote a list of songs and they fit them all in! We are big Mets fans and they even surprised us with the theme song of the New York Mets. Everyone went wild! People are still talking to this day how much fun they had and the dance floor was packed for every single song! So many of our guests want us to plan a 1 year anniversary party and music in motion has to be there! Mike and Steve are so helpful and really got everyone into the wedding! The lights that they have were so awesome people were so impressed it made the room look absolutely beautiful especially as it got dark, the colors were breath taking! I cant say enough about Music in Motion ! This company is the best ever! Take it from someone who has been in 16 weddings and finally my own that was the best ever! We used Music In Motions DJ and Videography services for our wedding in September 2015. We were planning our wedding from out of state, but Roger (the DJ) and Tom (the videographer) were both very flexible and easy to work with via email and phone. They both did a great job of helping us plan out the events of the day. On the actual wedding day, both Roger and Tom arrived plenty early to set up and make sure all of the equipment was working. Tom came extra early to make sure he caught our first look on video, which was so important to us. The DJ kept the music flowing all night and created a very fun atmosphere for everyone in attendance, and Tom was in the background almost all night capturing some beautiful footage. Wed recommend Music in Motion to anyone planning their wedding!

DO NOT USE THIS DJ! They are unprofessional and will not provide you with what you asked for. When negative reviews are written about them on wedding websites they refute them. In order to prove youve used them you must show a signed contract, but they know this so when you use them they will type in their name to the contract and never actually sign it. They played the wrong song for our entrance and the father/daughter dance. They were the worst part of my wedding.

DO NOT USE THIS DJ! They are horrible and treat their customers like crap. I gave this DJ a mediocre review on another Wedding website and he sent an email to my personal email address stating Stephanie,We went out of our way to show you a wonderful time. What an absolutely rude thing to say online about our service! Who calls their customers Rude just because they gave them a review they did not like?!! Completely unprofessional! Its not our fault he messed up our wedding and provided us with crappy service. We paid for 2 DJs and specifically asked that they be high energy and get people up and dancing. That was not the case. They were low energy and did nothing to get people dancing which is why I gave them the initial review that I did. To come back and act belligerent towards a customer is unacceptable especially from the owner! Mike Fernino needs to go back to business 101 and learn that the customer can make or break a business and to treat them with the utmost respect. I hope Brides and Grooms read this review and think twice about using Music in Motion for their Wedding. No customer deserves to be treated horribly just because the vendor did not like the Review they received.
