Company needs kid friendly workers. Worker acted like my child was an inconvenience when spending her tickets. Less neck beards please.

Always like coming here until today, it’s Christmas Eve and we had kids playing in there and they told us they were closing soon so we finished out our points and tried to redeem what we won and the guy didn’t even look at us and rudely said “redemption is closed, we’re closed” . There were a few kids in there and they wouldn’t even let them redeem what they spent money to win! Very rude and disappointing!

It was a lot of fun to play. Some games real easy for tickets.

My kids had a blast playing. Decent prices on games and ticket redemptions arent crazy ridiculous.

They have made quiet a few changes over the years, and i really must say its all for the better!

My daughters love this place... staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Not a huge arcade but they use the space they have and theres a game or claw around every corner! Wish the jackpots were higher lol!

Fun place to take your kids or just a fun date

Could use more claw games and a few more ticket prize games. But other than that for its location its not a bad little area for kids to go to and roam free. Nice area to set up birthdays or get togethers as well.

Cashless and they have Halo Fireteam Raven.

We had fun. Only one machine not working properly. I like having the little card and not having to carry around tokens and keep track of tickets. I feel like most of the games are fairly priced. Nice variety of prizes too.

Had a blast my 5 year old loved it.

We went on 6/26/18. We used to enjoy going to Time Out. But, it seemed like everything that was worth playing was either completely out of service or wasnt working properly. I mean...come on. The arcade in the mall cant even keep Pac Man in service?

Will not be going back. Several machines broken and when they went to refund money to my card for this reason it wiped out tickets and didnt give me correct refund. My 8 year old was very disappointed. Girl working said it was her fault she messed it up but all she could do was credit me a couple of games. I do not recommend taking your child here!

My husband always goes there and plays games and he is saving his points to buy that light up lamp

Very disappointed in the service here. After my son won the game numerous times and $15 later, we learned the system was not keeping up with wins. The man was very rude to us and wasnt helpful at all. With each win he wouldve earned 1000 tickets resulting in over 10k or more he would have won. The rude man behind the counter gave him ONE win and cut the game off.

I like the card system that they have.I actually lost my phone while I was here, walked out to my car, and when I came back it THANKFULLY had been turned in. So grateful to them so finding my phone.

Worst experience ever. I had great time with the games but when i got to the counter with my wife n nieces the guy at the counter whos name i found out was Zion was very rude to us. He seemed very irritated and rude to a co-worker whos name i found out was kali. She was the sweetest. She always smiled n gave great service. Je was rude to my nieces and hes lucky the kids was with me.... i could tell it was kalis first week n he was just rude too her i wanted to say something but i couldnt find the manager
