The customer service here is excellent. The employees made sure all battery operated items worked before leaving the store. If they dont have an item that you want, they do their best to find an alternative.

First time I came here it was right at closing and the cashier still let me in and took the time to help me find what I needed!! No attitude for being late. Second time here the owner took the time with me and when I mentioned my frustration with the first purchase he really helped me out. These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and they have a HUGE selection in store. I love love love this place.

Great products, great customer service, but extremely hot, and when I asked why, the employees apologized but they seemed to be hot as well. Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t feel like I was in a sauna the whole time.

Great place . The Sales lady we talk with was very helpful my wife and I had many questions and felt very comfortable talk the the young lady . Heading there Saturday. For those that have not been to a store like this you have to have Id (Im 50 ) and still needed to show it . .

Love the selection and the staff was great. Helped me find the massage oil I wanted, and I didnt feel (too) awkward asking where other items were located.

I have been to this store and the other locations before (Birmingham, Montgomery, Auburn) and I have to say this is the best adult store in Alabama. They have tons of products for males and females and the staff their is super friendly. I highly recommend you at least stop by and check it out!

The store in Boaz Alabama is a joke!!!! Instead of being welcomed in ...we were harassed for our ids then asked to read the sign behind us!! This place is a joke!!! I wouldnt recommend anyone visiting it!!! Thanks for nothing!!! Time wasted on a Saturday!!!
