This is a great place to play with VR technology without the fuss or expense of buying the hardware. The facilities were very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and made sure we knew what we were doing and was available to help at any time. I can totally see how this place would be great for a party or other gathering. Definitely enjoyed the visit and plan to be back.

Attention adults-this place is quiet! Kids can have fun in the VR booth and you can relax and hold a nice conversation in the comfortable atmosphere. Great!

Decent place that has a lot of potential. Some of the headsets are literally glued together with some peripherals not working right. I had a busted headphone, my buddys mic didnt work. Headset smelled like sweaty heads. Theres not a lot of attention given to people with no familiarity with VR so you end up spending quite a bit of time just trying to figure out how to play (which sucks when youre being charged by the hour). The booths are good sized and theres a decent amount of games but their licensing is different than private systems, so you wont get the feel for some of the most popular games (like Best Saber). The sports simulators have some good potential. Overall, reserving my judgement until I use up my punch card, but had a pretty neutral experience my first go. Excited to see what these guys can put together for the future to take things to the next level!

This place was awesome when it opened but has went down hill fast. They can’t handle things well when they are busy. They overbooked and claimed they didn’t have my reservation. They blamed it on me saying I never made the reservation when I did. Some of the staff is awesome but the main guy who seems to be running the place is always too busy to be bothered and always has a girl on his lap which is very unprofessional.

The games were fun and the kids had a blast. The staff was awesome, we were having problems with the headset and the staff gave us 2 free hours of game time for our troubles. Reccomend this place for sure great atmosphere .

Having only played VR at Best Buy on the Oculus I expected a similar experience. My experience was surpassed when I found out that there’s different VR headsets and this place uses the most advanced called the Vive. I played Onward and the Escape VRs and it was a blast. John and the Owner were excellent help too. I also played the golf simulator a few times and it was very accurate. I will be returning with my whole family and my staff for a party day.

Building is very nicely done, very upscale. The workers are all very helpful, they have great deals available, & there are a lot of game choices!

I took my daughter for her on the 15 and it was worth 5 starts than and just took my other daughter today and I was very disappointed the worker that helped her didnt really show her how to play anything and was more worried about getting back to his girlfriend that was there and didnt show much interest in helping hope this can be fixed other wise I feel this place is great.

Complete trash. The rooms are separated by very non-opaque cloths which seeps IR lights from neighboring boxes in your room and it messes up your tracking. It took them a lot longer than it should have to figure out a box was out. And the staff there does not know how to troubleshoot issues with the computer besides telling us to use another room. Very unintelligent staff, would not recommend.

Glitchy. Geared toward young teen/adult. We have a 3 and 6 year old. At our visit some of the family- friendly gaming options were unvailable. VR headseat smelled of body-odor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is an excellent activity for the family, really great fun. We booked 2 booths for one hour and played some multiplayer games. Booked through Groupon, so the price was good too. They have high end HTC Vive tools with good PCs. No lag or any technical issues.

The place is great, people are nice ..a little more organized would help ..if you have an appointment then its like the doctors ..they overbook and it takes a few and you may not be set up in the right order ..oncen you get to playing its a blast, reasonable price and my son and I enjoyed ..well worth checking out just prepare to wait
