Great family fun and the workers are very friendly. We recently had my sons 8 bday party and it was amazing. The price was a little to high 250 dollars for two hrs to have a birthday party

Took my grandkids there Saturday 11/28 and was so disappointed. Workers were rude and spent more time on there phones than working. With everything going on, I will not be going back until more adults are there and I feel safer. Such a shame. I can’t beli they are still open. Obviously more interested in money than community.

I love that there is a safe place for my kids to go have fun in the Owensboro area my only complaint is the pool tables need some attention, thats what I like to do while waiting on them and the tables need to be cared for refelted

Went for my sons 7th birthday, my wife and I let our son and 13 year old daughter take friends with them and all 4 kids had a great time!!! Prices are extremely reasonable as well. The entire jump and play area has cameras so the parents can sit at the snack tables and watch their children on flat screen. The best part is you can let your kids loose and dont have to be worried about them getting out a door in the back!! The only way out is through the front right through the middle of the snack tables and gaming area!! There is also an elite air employee walking around through the jumping areas and play areas keeping an eye on things as well. Their staff is very friendly, social and helpful.. my wife and I will definitely be taking our kids back to elite air!

Had my daughters birthday there. The party rooms are way too small and didnt give anyone space, especially if you have a big family with lots of kiddos. Pizza was good. Kids have a blast. Prices were high for birthdays like Chuck-E-Cheeze but it is what it is. I would do it again for my next one.

It is fun and got deal but 1 hour get second hour free. Only thing is temperature was very warm. Many people were talking about it. Not sure if there was a reason for the temperature.

The staff was unfriendly when I went on a school trip last year it is boring and not fun at all. Would not recommend.

This place was usually dirty before they closed for Covid. The kids and I went last week when they first opened. The placed must of been deep cleaned by professionals. Felts safe and clean. Will go back!

A little pricey but great place to wear the kidoos out at. Be prepare for the smell of sweat though. Its strong. Love the dodge ball courts!

This place is honestly amazing. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. We will never be back. After paying to jump for 1 hour for 6 of us, at a very reasonable price I waited almost 15 mins to buy a couple bottled waters. The staff is too busy on their cell phones to assist any paying client whatsoever. Meeting the manager and explaining we are kinda on the clock, and Id like to go play with the kids, may I please just purchase these and go, I was met with an incredibly unprofessional attitude. Whoever built this place spent a great deal of capital - this place is top notch, clean, high-end, and in great condition. I feel awful for that investor, that their MGMT team would rather dismiss and argue with paying customers and text on their cell phones versus serving paying clients. Taking ownership when youre in the wrong is business 101, this place is embarrassingly ran, wait for new management signs before you step foot in this place, youll regret coming here due to the current staff.

We went to elite air an hour before they closed and you could see there were workers there because there were cars but this girl was hiding behind the counter with the lights off and the doors locked I would just like to say that is very unprofessional

They dont mention the fact that u have to buy their socks in order to jump. This should be told to all people who have never been there before. They have a small sign on the counter stating so but do not mention it to the customers.

The kids have fun! Moms can go play too or visit with others moms while still keeping an eye on their kids via the tv screens.

Staff is friendly, the place is really great. Lots of jump areas, a couple inflatables, a ball pit for littles, and the perimeter is set up like American Ninja Warrior. My kids ranging from ages 4-11 love it here. Cool for adults too. Keep and reuse special socks to save money!

People in Owensboro are always complaining there isnt anything for kids to do & around 4:45 to 5:00 p.m. there were only 10 to 15 kids there! Great prices too! Moms & Dads should check it out!

Oh what a fun place!!! The kids absolutely loooove it and I enjoy taking them!! The ONLY complaint I could ever have is the cost. BUT I understand the cost to run and insure a place like this must cost a fortune. The place is clean and staff is friendly. I am happy to support this local business!!

Fun, affordable, clean. They have great specials from time to time - A favorite at our house. They have cameras all throughout with screens in the area upfront, so you can watch the kiddos play.

Went to toddler time on Thurs morning and had a blast! It wasnt crowded at all, the girl working was super friendly and helpful, for 2 kids and me to jump for 2 hours it was just $10. The only problem I had was that its so dark that you cant really see the stairs exiting the back room, or the netting that separated the rooms. We will definitely be going back, its a great place for kids to jump and play, especially now while its too cold to spend much time outside.

Freezing in here...people are wrapped in blankets. No adults are supervising, just teenagers standing around in groups. Especially in the jump area. Asked to speak with manager..out of town and unavailable. Concern about the safety of the young guys jumping. Very disappointed.

Manager nowhere to be found, unavailable and can’t be reached. I would really like to know how a business is ran with such an unreliable manager. To top that off there is not a back up manager. just one ‘ghost’ than can not be contacted or bother to pick up the phone. Pitiful, and highly disappointing.

Elite air is Awesome !!! I take my great nephews there and they laugh, run, and smile for two hours.... I see people of all ages there and everyone is happy.

Great family place to kill a couple hrs. Kids always have a blast and burn off some energy. Adults can jump too. Lots of trampolines and obstacle courses. Dodgeball court and rock climbing wall. Stay away during peak hours, its a madhouse. Concessions and pool tables while you wait and a small party room off to the side. Several monitors so you can watch the jump area from the lobby

I loved it! Me and my friends go here when we want to hang out. Personally i think that the prices are good. $13 for 1 hour is really good. We ate some food here and it was really good. Also good service. Most definitely voming back for more fun!

Read the whole review please.Not overly thrilled. Slow service. Looks mostly run by high school age kids. Have not seen the adult more than once. The decor look like most of the same stuff from the days it was a skating rink. Paint and a false wall look like the only cosmetic changes. Same floor same features. Almost NO privacy in the bathroom. Very disappointed.4 months laterMore Adults today. Have been back in the intervening months. No Adults that day, but today was better. Very busy. Service was still slow, though moderately improved. Staff was very polite. Decor was a little different. Needs way more tables, not pool tables. Mens room stalls improved, but they only added a door. Needs taller stall walls. There is a 2.5 ft gap between the floor and all the stall walls. Its hardly a pretense at privacy. My son had a better time than I did. There is more to do. They seem to be making an effort.

I personally think elite air is fun and worth your time. But their service is horrible. I went to get my food and was told to dance. Would they have done that to anyone else. To be clear i am a child. Next i went to get my food and it said three dollars for the total of my snacks. But i got four dollars taken from my money and then i told them to take off one thing. I waited five minute for the girl with the blond short hair just to tell the boy across from her that she didnt know how to do tht. I was offended my the dancing and really disappointed in the secrecy with MY money. Just because i am i young adult or kid.

Went for my birthday party, and it sure is much better than skyzone! Im glad I chose to come and take part of the glow in the dark hours!

My university rented the place out and my friends and I had a ball!! Highly recommend going and playing dodgeball on the trampolines!

To many kids running wild with no parental supervision, running into ppl knocking other kids down, jumping on trampolines little kids are trying to jump on knocking them down, we will never go back to this place as long as it has no supervision. We will go all the way to Evansville to sky zone at least the little ones can enjoy some jumping too.

Made an out of town trip to bring the kids to toddler time, but the website falsely advertised the hours. the website stated the time would be 9 am to 1 pm. Upon arriving at 9:45 there was a sign on the door saying the hours for toddler time were 8 am to 10 am. My kids were very sad and crying because we had to leave. I will not plan another trip and I would not recommend going here, unless you want to crush your kids happiness.

Too Crowded and staff ineffective. A kid got a bloody nose and used the water fountain to clean it up. Then a kid went to drink out of it. The staff didn’t help the kid. I will not be back. It’s a health issue at this point: poor management.

Kids had fun but there were way too many people jumping. Not enough staff to watch that many kids. Rules were not being enforced. Someone is gonna get hurt.

Terrible experience! Extremely over crowed and very uncoordinated, complained to staff and staff argued with me that there was nothing they could do. As complaing to staff kid busted his nose open inside trampoline area because it was over crowed. Will not be back it is worth driving to skyzone not to deal with this service.
