Always has what’s needed for sanitizing. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. So many choices to pick from with group classes but also so much equipment you don’t usually have to be elbow to elbow with other patrons. The staff is always cleaning and making sure things are tidy. This is all before and during Covid. Great gym

Always felt truly blessed to find a second home and family in a gym! Nearing 4 years as a member, and am pretty confident nothing will ever compare. Staff is always attentive, high spirited, and wears nothing but smiles. Theres no doubt they care about every single member. Gym is always clean, and health is one of their top priorities. I would also like to comment on the dedication of the staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Absolutely amazing.. six stars in my books!!

Great to get back into the gym. As we all figure out the new normal, the Zoo Fitness is doing a good job of separating the equipment and keeping up with the cleanings. If each gym member does their part we should be good.

Very clean and well organized gym. Has a good variety of cardio, weights, machines and functional strength equipment. The bathrooms are small but provide lockers, showers and a sauna. There are classes and personal training available for an extra cost. Honestly, the place is pretty good for the money. Oh, did I mention they have a juice bar!!! Anyway check it out for yourself.

I have been working out here for several years. The training staff is all from UCF, so they are very knowledgeable and can help you loose weight fast. The establishment is always kept clean, and they have wipes a spray cleaners everywhere so you can clean the machines when you are done. Open 24 hours, this is the gym to go to if you need one.

I just love the classes offered at a great health club with friendly staff & emphasis on the incredibly experienced instructors in the private classes. Oh, it’s always clean, too. This is my “Go To” Gym for Winter Springs & Oviedo!

Zoo is an incredible health club with state of the art equipment, a clean facility and locker room and outgoing staff. Cant recommend it enough!

Ive tried every other gym including UCF student gym and I cant go back to them. This place is CLEAN and thats a huge factor for me. Not to mention the best price for 24hr access.

Gave notice to cancel my membership was told I would only pay two more billing cycles was billed 3 apparently I was giving one month free at some point. Was told they would someone from management would contact me to resolve the issue, but of course that never happened. Overall the staff and managements willingness to help was the wort customer service I have ever seen. Join at your own risk.

Love the Zoo Fitness in Oviedo! I was shocked by how many excellent classes, fun instructors, trainers and members they had when my dad happened upon it, looking for a Body Pump class, after my husband and I moved into the area last year. Its a fantastic, clean, well-managed place - overall: top-notch!

The zoo health Club is in a great location right next door to a childcare facility. When you walk in you are greeted immediately and you feel welcomed. The gym itself is moderate in size and square footage with a fairly good-sized free weight area and a lot of machines. Almost too many machines. I understand that the owner wants to make as much equipment available as possible. It just seems a little crowded with all of the machines. It cant be tight in some areas to get around each machine but, there are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and other cardio equipment which is always a good thing. My focus for them would either be to get more square footage for the equipment they have or reduce some of the equipment for the square footage they have. They also have a good juice and smoothie Bar from the feedback I received for others. I cannot say I was able to try it myself. The mens shower facilities are a bit small and tight. and if you want to take a shower be patient because it takes a long time for the hot water to come around. I waited over 10 minutes. On a good note, I was able to point this out to the owner and he took the information very well and constructively. The other thing I like about this gym is that they are open to ideas and suggestion. They seem to want to genuinely improve their gym and every aspect of it. I also like the fact that they get to know you on a first-name basis. As often as I work out a family feel to the gym is critical to me and I get that family feeling here.

Great equipment, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Ive been looking for a near by gym, with an extensive range of work out equipment. Well the zoo, they definitely do! From machines, to free weights this gym has it all! Great cardio machines, power racks, classes, and (one of my favorite things) a sauna. Check it out...if you are into really working out/training, and want a gym that is properly equipped...then look no further.

Came in on a guest pass while checking out the area for a potential move. Nice facility that has obviously grown into more and more of the building. They could probably stand to expand, but its obvious theyre trying to get as much in here as possible. I joined the cardio weight training class sessions, and they were good. The regular instructor is awesome and will kick your butt, but she had a trainee in one day. She was ok, but it was nice to have the pro back!

The gym itself and classes offered were great, but I’ve had such a disappointing experience with trainers at this location.My first trainer quit with no notice and the office never notified me, so I ended up having to call multiple times over the period of a week wondering why I wasn’t able to contact my trainer until they finally told me the news and set me up with someone new.This second trainer then also quit and was kind enough to notify me that she had taken a position at another company. Again, I called multiple times over a couple weeks and was set up with another trainer.The third trainer was awesome, but upon complications from knee surgery I needed to take a break from training.Cut to the past 6 months, and I’ve been attempting to contact their office to no avail. The front desk always answers, but the training department is never there to take my call. I’ve left multiple messages with the front desk staff, sent e-mails to various people I’d been directed to contact, shown up on occasion till my membership was up...nothing.I’ve never left such a long review before, but I think it’s important to let people know that this extremely expensive investment into your health, at least at this location and in this instance, is so not worth it. Now that I’ve had a better experience at another gym (for way less money), I’m all the more disappointed about the remaining trainer sessions I have yet to hear back about with Zoo Fitness.

Review based on spin bikes only. Bikes poorly maintained, one doesnt register cadence, anothers handlebar galvanized in place due to sweat. These bikes in common room, better bikes in spin room.

This gym is good but today I was working out and 2 kids where in the leg extension machine being annoying ... yelling and filming them selves... too many of these kids come to this gym and do not lift but film themselves ... half of them are not big at all ... they think they are...

I came in today wanting to sign myself up to get fit and I must say I was disgusted with the service that the young lady with shorter hair provided me with. She was short acted like I did not matter to her, she rushed me and was very snippy with me as if I wasnt good enough to be around her. Several of my friends go here and I was very excited to start my fitness journey until I came across her. After talking to my friends they said that is the worst part about the gym is how nasty this one lady is because she thinks she is in some sort of power position. I will never come here again to get a membership do to this lady leaving a horrible taste in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and never come here, you will regret it!

Location, cleanliness, staff and equipment all 5 stars. Classes are professional and emphasis on form. I just wish they had a few or even one hip thruster for hip thrusts. Its a simple machine for $500. (Bret Contreras sells the fyi.) They have a variety machines and free weights. Lovely locker rooms with sauna. Clean as a whistle. Boom! #neverminditsjustme

This place is a great facility and has ah strong team..but theyre personal trainers are hustlers and dont actually care for someones health..only what comes from their pockets..I recommend going here to work out but if youre looking for life changing goals dont use their personal trainers!!

Great layout and very organized. Weights right where they should be with clean machines, floors and locker rooms. Leaves the YMCA in the dust for a 3rd of the price.

Horrible customer service and unfair treatment! Both of my sons were members there and moved to the same apartment complex in Winter Park. They went in separately to cancel their membership and my oldest son was told that he didn’t move far enough away to cancel his membership and they are making him pay out his contract and yet the gladly cancelled my younger sons membership! This place is ridiculous and totally just cares about the money!!!!! If your going to enforce the contract- it should be across the board, very poor business practice!

I have tried a lot of gyms in central florida, none of the gyms were as good on level as zoo fitness. I came from south Florida where the gyms were on a different level fitness wise then I have noticed here in central florida. A lot of people down there are big on fitness and being active, zoo fitness is the fitness meca of central florida hands down.

Crooks. Hire scram artist personal trainers who flake out at the last minute. All employees have car troubles when Im supposed to meet with them.
