Nice and clean. Good customer service. The reason that I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the seats are very uncomfortable and small. They do not have the reclining seats, besides that, its not bad for the price of the tickets.
We love this theatre. Maria is the sweetest. We look forward to seeing her smiling face at the counter every time we go.
They help me the best way they could. Super nice. Nice selection of jewelry hanging around I noticed. So it was a great experience for Me everything worked out fine. And usually nothing comes out fine nowadays does it??
Came to watch Tenant for my birthday and the movie kept going out, understadably we shared that with the team and they corrected it, or so it appeared. The movie went out once again and we asked the manager Andy to help, and instead of being helpful or attentive, he just said we purchased the wrong tickets and that he couldn’t help. Andy as a manager handled this very poorly. Terrible leadership and experience.
Decent mall, but a bit small and stores never really seem to stay too long. I would blame covid but its always been that way. Theyre making a lot of good improvements to it though
Nice, clean movie theater. However, the customer service is much better than the average or even better than the big one closer to my house. Always make us feel welcome and make sure we have a great experience!
Very empty so we are pretty much the only customers, but they serve food fast good quality
Very convenient and good service to visit and enjoy the film
Its gross here. Always dirty and seats are sticky.
We really like this theater. Cause it has a lot of auditorium we always get a good showtime and they keep the movies longest so we can catch a movie that others have retired.
Apparently they changed their refill policies because of covid which I get, but there was nothing advertising this at the theater and the manager said you should of read that online. Yes, I read your website before reading a drink...No wonder this theater is failing.
The movie theater is old and dirty. The Deputy General Manager could not answer in which theater our movie is located. He was standing behind the guest service desk with a computer in front of him. WP Regal has the reclining chairs. Oviedo does not. We will not return.
Great location and great atmosphere. Most of the staff members are extremely helpful and clean. However Id prefer a separate line for quick refills.
The movies are great ! Thats why they net millions of dollars. The movie theatre on the other hand... after a 20 minute wait for concessions, cold nacho cheese . One cashier for 40- 50 customers attempting to be served . This place needs help or change in management
Best store ever
They have theaters with large screens! The movie experience is so different when they truly have a large screen. Concessions were overpriced as always but i was comfortable in the theater and suprised there was so much leg room. Its not the fanciest movie theater but the big screens and ample leg room make it a great place, in my opinion, to see a film!!
Pretty standard movie theater. They hot new seats probably because of Regal now offering an unlimited movie package for (I think) $21.95. The new seats are nice but now they have assigned seating. This is good if you get your tickets early and want to wander around the mall, bad if a movie is new and its a spur of the moment decision to go. Try and go on Tuesdays, discounted movie and concession prices!!
This is a great weekend mall, it has a lot of family things to do!!! I have an 8 year old daughter, we went to claires, saw a movie, ate lunch, she rode a electronic animal around the mall, then topped it off by playing in the playground. And there is still much more to do at the eat district play, where they have games, bowling, wings etc... Great mall!!
Went to see Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood. It was a great up lifting movie.. The theater was clean and very comfortable.
Ive been going to this movie theater for 18 years. The theater has maintained originality since day one. Every visit gets more nostalgic and appreciable. I still remember seeing all of those movies as a teenager with my friends. Theres some of the fondus memories I have. Now I get to bask in that nostalgia as I watch my children look up at the same screens.
Great food, great theaters. Could be upgraded. Great staff.
This is a nice local movie theater. Its clean and the staff is efficient. Weekday evenings are the best.
Older theater, still good. They do seat assignments but theyre the really old style seats. Good movie selection. Can be a little overwhelming at rush times due to not enough ticket windows; 3 I think. They have some self-ticket kiosks around the back side. Staff is courteous and helpful. Nice that the food court is directly below. Also nice to grab a drink at Oyishi just outside the main doors. All in all I prefer Regal at either Winter Park or Waterford, but sometimes they have older movies here which is cool.
Saw movie, used self kiosk to get tickets - quick and easy. Theater was clean. Got popcorn - was freshly popped even though we went at a non peak time
Went and saw the movie Cats. It is an adult movie. Too many 3+4 year old kids at the movies and getting impatient and bored and making lots of noise. Paid good money to be pestered for 2 hours.
Nice cozy theater. Staff are adequate. Best park is ample parking.
Employees were really helpful and nice and they quickly prepared food and drinks correctly to what we asked. The movie was great and so whats the Theatre!
Assigned seating is great, sound system is good, atmosphere is good, refreshments are still way too expensive. Overall experience was good.
Could be better. Under staffed. Floors in theater sticky. Do not like assigned seats in empty theater
A great place just to window shop as well as find any specific items. I thouroughly enjoyed my time here!
The good thing is they always have parking and movies are never sold out. I’m use to more comfort when it comes to seating.
Its cool theres lots of space and i had a great time with my friends
Update: I just heard that theyre now making you reserve seats when you purchase tickets. Taking off a star for this because this was why I stopped going to movies so much. With a young child you cant always plan days or hours in advance to go see a movie. Seems like a ridiculous choice for a theater that doesnt get a whole lot of business.********************************************************************This really is my favorite theater. Now, granted, Im not reviewing from a standpoint of needing luxurious reclining seats and the like, Im reviewing from the stance that I want to go see a movie, I dont want to fight a million people and have to get there 45 minutes early to get a seat, or reserve it ahead of time. I literally cannot stand the new theaters that make it a chore to go see a movie. I like that this place is close to my home, its always clean, the people are always friendly, and I know if I make a last minute decision to see a movie, I can go in 10 mins before and still get a good seat. I always use my crown club card and am able to use points frequently to get discounted popcorn. I love this theater and as long as it stays clean and friendly, Ill definitely keep going back. Keep up the good work!
Nice place to watch a movie. Plenty of parking had a food court nearby
Had to give one star just so I could review. My wife and 2 granddaughters ages 7 and 10 went to see Toy Story 4 at this theater. Everything was fine until they sat down and they started showing commercials before the actual movie began. My wife was appalled to discover, at a movie designed for kids, they had a commercial about Google Home with two women kissing. I assume there is a place for that, but a movie designed for kids with kids packed in the theater is not the time or place. Will never go back.
Theatre was clean, seats were really old and uncomfortable for my 65 frame. Theres no point in having assigned seating for a nearly empty theater. Maybe reserve that for premiers and really popular movies. Nacho cheese was kinda cold also.
Went to go see Good Boy the theater was pretty empty which was kind of nice in a way. I wish the workers walked around to make sure people are not on their phone. We dont pay all that money to have your bright screen all in my face! So annoying! But the popcorn was fresh and yummy. This is our go to theater.
Come see Ryder at the Sprint Kiosk. He is offering some seriously good deals right now. Free Amazon Prime anyone?
Best mall to go to for uncrowded and quiet viewing of a film.
Move theater open today., 8-20-20
Love the town get together for Cpos n Kids car show
I love the fact that it doesnt have a lot of people there. Thats not good for the theater but great for me since I can always get a great seat. I almost took off one star because their concession selection lack some variety but the mall and theater is beautiful and the food court is right below the theater. The mall/theater location keeps me from having to fight Orlando traffic coming from Sanford. Also, the mall is not a bad place to walk off the popcorn. Its beautiful!
Pretty cool mall actually. The overall look of the movie theater area, is unique from any other Ive seen.
Our favorite place to enjoy the movies! Always clean facility and friendly staff!
I love to go to Sarku and the brewery before movies.
Its a mall. Theres a movie theater, food court, and arcade with escape rooms. I also really like the Japanese Steakhouse. It has a good mix of interesting stores as well.
Love this place I go every Tuesday $6.00 if youre a Regal Club Member.
They really need to upgrade this location. I really love the convenience as its close to my house but Ill usually travel to Winter Park for the better seats and being able to pick my seat. More people would go here if they just put some money into it.
The concession line took over 25 minutes to get to order. I missed the first 10 minutes of the movie. They could have staffed the concessions stand better. Other than this, the theatre was cool and comfortable, and the sound level was powerful but not deafening. Bathrooms were clean. It usually takes longer than expected to get concessions- fyi...arrive early so you dont miss any part of your movie. It if werent for that experience, I would have given this theatre 4-5 stars.
Great for the dollar theater experience at retail prices. Especially love their frugal use of air conditioning.
We love our local theatre. Lost a star because on opening night of a gigantic Marvel movie you have 2 box office cashiers and 3-4 concessionists. We waited in box office line no less than 25 minutes and skipped concessions. This place always seems to cut their corners on labor in box office and concession. Movies are always flawless in presentation. Audio and visual all A+.
With theaters stepping there game up and giving you reclining chairs and made over theater rooms ovideo will charge you more then most and sit you down in the 1980s seats. The sound is not even as good as the dolby theaters. But hey its ovideo they have chickens at the gas stations lol
We had several disabled people in the group and asked while buying tickets and picking seats if the was a ramp and was told yes but there was not. The lady selling tickets did not know which theater had the ramps. Was very difficult for us to get to seats.
Great Mall, just sad to see all the stores pull out..
Go here for your typical American cinema experience: pay $9 for a good bottled beer, then cringe when you see it being poured into a plastic cup. Then move on to the torture chamber, where they try to freeze you to death with the AC on 60 degrees while you have to sit still for 3 hours. Who care about the planet, you just save it in the movies, right? Outside its 86 and sunny, so I didnt bring my long pants and winter jacket, strangely enough. You will not see me again in this cinema. Id rather wait and enjoy the movie at home with the AC on 78 and my beer in a glass.
Pretty cool mall, but it’s dying. I wonder why, plenty of cool little places, the mall is shaped cool, I hope it sticks around
Love these theatres! Went to see End Game on the big screen and it was fan tastic. We went for the $6 movie on Tuesday and saved enough to but popcorn and a beer. Great seats and employees are awesome nice.
Nice clean mall with a wonderful food court, small indoor toddler play area and Fina activities for all ages throughout the year.
No reclining seating. Otherwise a decent theater.
I never have an issue here. Best part is you can always get a seat to the newest movies.
Ate Asian at the food court and people watched. Great as usual. Must start earlier if shopping is on the agenda :-)
Convenient location for me and big selection of movies. Started having to pick your seat when buying ticket.
I really enjoy the movies I go to see there. My only complaint is that it is so very dark. Why arent the lights a little brighter when the movie is over? I suffer with night blindness and I am afraid to fall due to dim lighting. Please think of people who have a problem in the darkness. Thankyou.
Not bad. Little bit older. The place is clean. No, issues with the staff at all. They have a really nice area outside to buy your movie tickets. I will be coming back soon to see more movies. The only reason I didnt give this place a five star review is because its a bit older, but still a nice place to go and watch a movie. Thank you!
Super cozy mall
This is very old mall in Orlando. Lots of stores are closed. But still lively and fun.
Great place to browse and hang out with family!
It was good nothing special it was clean but the mall itself looks like theyre getting ready to go out of business and also there were only two other people in the theater so if you like to avoid crowds this is the place to go
I have had this place become my go-to movie theater. It also has a bunch of Pokemon GO stops and gyms, so that is always a plus. Go to dollar store and get snacks before you go to the movie :p
Typical mall theater. Nothing fancy or different.
I have watched many wonderful movies here. The staff is very friendly and theres always parking available.
Love there set up.
Movie plays and sounds fine, however seats and interior need updating. I do enjoy reserved seating!
Regal cinemas every Tuesday runs a discounted tickets all day. Its great for families and teens. $6.50 for tickets all movies. This place is the anchor that keeps The Oviedo mall alive. Its a good place to spend a Tuesday without breaking the bank. The theaters are clean and the auditoriums are spacious and has good sound system. Yes there are other theaters, but this one great on Tuesdays.
I love it. It needs to own more stores.
Love this movie theater, price is good, this small mall has a great food court so I always eat before or after watching a movie. Movie theater itself is always clean. The people that work there are very nice and it’s never crowded.
We went gamestops the store was small but it had decent games it was overpriced
All good...only the seat comfort could be better. imo
Regal Cinemas @ the Oviedo Marketplace Mall is a huge, 22-screen complex within the Mall structure. More than adequate parking for patrons, with close-to-entrance handicap spots and easy to spot elevator delivering physically challenged film goers to the 2nd floor cinema ticket area. The cinema offers one free companion ticket for care-givers accompanying a physically disabled patron. Each theater offers designated handicapped seating w/ramp access, as well as comfortable stadium seating for other theater-goers. A well-stocked concession stand and restrooms are also available. As of this review, the theater offers $5 tickets all day Tuesdays for all shown films.
Convenient location with new release movies
Very nice, clean movie theater, and a pleasant atmosphere
Its an actual mall with stores, and a food court, and movies! Love to get an oil change at Sears and then see a flick while I wait.
The place is always clean, people Re super professional.
Go here all the time love the staff however very disappointed you call to ask a person a Question about a movie you get a recording than it hangs up on you may have to reconsider where I go moving forward
The Cherry-Vanilla Dr Pepper tasted off, like it had a stink bug in it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was great.
Theres nothing negative to say about this theatre. Tuesdays are pretty much the only time I go and thats because the tickets are discounted to $7 per person. Perfect price to sleep through movies that the kids want to see, Lol.Seats are pretty basic, a little tight, but basic.
Great movie theater n great for u n your friends to meet up
Great movie but it was like a refrigerator in the theater.
I liked the visual, but the volume in auditorium 1 was pretty low for the whole film. On top of that, the cup holders for my seat were broken. All in all, a nice theater, but could use some more TLC in terms of presentation.
No matter what time you go, there a wait at the concession stand. Never have enuff people behind the counter.
Long popcorn line, missed previews, baby cried whole movie and male general manager was nasty and didnt care..never even offered a complimentary candy bar.. NOTHING..he said i should have moved. He should move and work in a factory where customer service isnt needed.
Movie theater and mall is outdated for the prices of the movies and food offered. But if youre just there for a movie watching experience, most times its so dead inside you can watch the movie without another annoying person to ruin your viewing experience.
Hate the new assigned seating. They made us go way up top to row M. My husband has cancer and I have asthma. Climbing all the stairs was really difficult. Didnt like having to sit behind a woman wearing alot of perfume as I am allergic. Whole experience was not pleasant. We usually go to the movies weekly. Now Im not sure we can go back.
Old seating and a little run down. Wish they would do a seating makeover and some TLC in places.
