They say in their website that they are open and they also have a Groupon offer out there. They are actually closed due to the pandemic. My family bought two Groupons and drove 35 minutes to go there for no reason. Terrible experience.

Generally I would give this facility a 1 star review for the simple reasons listed below:1)They are Temporarily Closed and have not updated their Hours on Google, their Website, or their Groupon page which continues to sell their tickets.2) These owners have yet to update their phone system to reflect this change by a simple automated message.3) I literally traveled 30 minutes to pick up my kids, then 40 minutes to make it out to Oviedo to find out this facility is closed.Fianally the reason why i didnt give this subpar experience a 1 star Review is because ive been here before and actually enjoyed my time.

Pretty good for the price. There is a dodgeball area, mini arcade and prize counter - limited prizes. The rock climbing wall is nice as well with different levels of difficulty. Wll comes included in jump price, unlike some other places. Attended 2 birthday parties at this point. Only 4 stars because I have been to another one on international, across from funspot and that one had some obstacle courses and foampits to jump in.

It had been a while since we have been here, but it was still so fun. I had a free hour plus $2 off any additional jumpers, but I wasn’t given the $2 discount. It’s ok because we had the whole place to ourselves! What a great place for a birthday party.The Rockbot app is cool to select music to play, but the music they play is already good. They have options for food and drinks if the kids get hungry.There are cool special socks that you have to wear and they sell them for $2, but we had our own from last time which saved us some bucks.

I took my kids here twice, ages 8 and 10 and they had a blast. It is reasonably priced and worth it. The rock climbing wall is a highlight. The staff are very helpful and kind. Overall, we had a great time!

This is a good place to bring kids for a fun afternoon, weve been to several birthday parties here & its nice because the kids have a choice of jumping, rock climbing or the arcade. Regarding parties: you cannot bring outside food here, just the cake, they provide all else at a cost. Additionally, if your child is under 3 they can only jump during certain times.

We were at the fun center in Oviedo this afternoon. The place is really fun for all ages. My kids had a blast and we did too. One of our kids is autistic and the manager graciously allowed him to play without the mandatory anti slippingsucks as he couldnt tolerate the texture. My son had so much fun. Reem greeted us at the front desk. She was very thorough explaining the rules and what all the center had to offer. She was very professional but yet made us feel like family. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place.

Made plans to take my 4 kids there Sunday. We arrive at about 6 since they show they are open until 8PM. When we got there I waited at the counter without being helped or acknowledged for about 6-7 minutes even though someone was in the kitchen. Finally he went and got someone to help me only to find out that although the website advertises toddler prices toddlers under the age of 3 arent allowed to jump. I was baffled as to why toddler prices would be on the website if toddlers arent allowed to jump. This ruined our entire evening because 2 of our 4 kids are under 3 so we had to leave. Thankfully I hadnt yet purchased the groupon but our evening was still ruined since most of the other trampoline playgrounds were already closed with thia being my husbands and I only day off we had to postpone our plan for an entire week. Needless to say my kids were furious because they were looking forward to this all weekend.

I write this review following a day of events. We showed up at boing. For a birthday party for my son and daughter. We realized when we got there that the covering opener of the store slept in, as our guests arrived. We found ourselves on the outside of the store looking in. A young man came in on his time when he was to be off and opened the store and made the morning and party possible. He and his team stepped up and made this day go off well. The kids had an awesome day as well as their friends. Thank you to Conner and his staff. With this type of service I recommend boing to anyone seeking a great day of family fun!

Ufff... DISILLUSIONED with the place ... I took my daughters and my 2-and-a-half-year-old grandson who is almost 40 who are visiting from Pennsylvania and I had to leave, because my grandson was not old enough to enter with his mother and his aunt.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!!!!

After coming into boing today, I know I will be back! I’ve never been treated with more respect. I was greeted by Lexi, she made me feel right at home. When my son asked to use the rock wall George jumped right on it! He hurried over and made sure we were taken care of. The highlight of my experience was Daniel reffing dodgeball. He called an extremely fair game. My kids absolutely loved the place and we will come back soon!

I know people always say this was a great place, but this was a great place, cheaper than the other trampoline places. lots to do. video games, Food, tickets for prizes. they do have some deal days like Wednesdays $18 for as long as you want to be there, seems to be the best day. Thursday is buy an hour get an hour free, I have a 5 year old and a seven-year-old they werent out of place in any way shape or form I thought there was going to be older kids and maybe they would be a problem but lots of room lots of space everybody played together it was good

I come to Boing often and always have a great experience. Lexi is very helpful and quick with service at the front desk.

Couches have holes, kitchen closes before ten so no Mac and cheese bites, kinda dirt, but the people are nice and they do their best to support the mass demand.

Love that its not very busy. Friendly staff, specially Bakari ( I think that was his name) he played with the kids and they had a blast!

Great place for kids to have fun. The website isnt always updated for the most current specials so you might have to call or just show up and see what is going on. Illuminights is a big hit with out kids so dont miss out on that event. Glad they have the option to fill out the waiver online beforehand; makes the check-in process so much easier.

Our family loves Boing but I’m not sure when we will go again because of the price. My son and I were the only ones in the whole facility a couple of weeks ago and we still paid full price which was inflated compared to other similar attractions around town. They should drop the price a bit they will find themselves out of business.

The owner/staff is impolite. But apart from that the establishment is pretty good.

$15/ea for an hour of bouncing, got the kids tired out a bit :)

Apparently Boing let’s their much older employees play dodge ball. This punk likes to spike 6 year, olds and young ladies in the face. It’s a a shame that the monitor allows this to continue until a group of parents complained to the manager. This manager was complacent in the act by not firing this punk for maliciously going after little kids and young ladies. We are not talking about accidentally hitting kids in the face, but tactically aiming for kids faces. This is a violation of the rules of the game and more importantly the rules of being a man. This 19-20 year old punk should have been fired on the spot for causing harm to children. I am contemplating legal action if this location doesn’t dismiss this punk. *****Parents I warn you and your children as long as this employee is an active one your children aren’t safe and SHOULD AVOID going there until he is dismissed.

Wow! What a find on Groupon! Would have never known this place existed! Trampolines are amazing. The rock climbing wall was quite the accomplishment and the arcade games and tickets to get trinkets, rounded out the visit.

Not as good as defy I feel like they put a giant arcade in and could have fit more stuff for trampolines like maybe a foam pit or something I feel like all so they should have private lockers like defy or sky zone the shoe system I think is a little unsafe would say somebody wants to take your shoe off the other rack around the corner and go get your stuff that you put with the front desk overall and okay trampoline park at the best.

I didnt know cakes werent allowed ..... when my family and i went, the young ladies at the register told me to put it outside because they cant do anything about it.. the manager was nowhere to be found when I asked for one.. I dont think they ever really looked.. thankfully another gentleman was nice enough to offer the option of putting the cake in the fridge they have in the back and I didnt have to leave but the kids were still able to jump.

This was probably our first and last time coming to this place. The staff was good but the manager ruined our time.The owner of the place was extremely rude. I understand that rules are made to keep all jumpers safe but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. He was very snappy with the jumpers. I mean seriously they are kids. I will definitely just stick with my other jumping place.

Worst fun center I’ve seen. More games then bounce and physical activity areas. Our kids were bored within 15 minutes. Planet obstacle and or any other fun center would be better. Also found it odd that kids can win knives for their game tickets.

I have never been to this Boing location but it is an awesome place to go to. I go to the Brandon location every weekend and enjoy seeing customers happy. It is great location to have some fun and burn energy.

Don’t waste your time!! Go to sky zone. Costs about the same.There are more activities to do. I only stayed an hour and I paid for 2 hours. I tried to get the difference back but all they said was that it was the final offer. Won’t be coming back to this place or telling anyone about it . Don’t waste your time!! Literally all they had to do was refund me the difference and I wouldn’t have all this wasted time sitting here in the front to write this review hahaha

Went for my nieces birthday and it was nice. We thought there be a little bit more to do but it was good for what it was. Unfortunately, they were understaffed which would made a lot of things run smoothly, like check-in if they were staffed properly for a Saturday night.

Kids always exhaust themselves silly bouncing around at this place. Super popular for 10 year old birthday parties. The staff on our visit was not proactive enough for a Sunday with birthday party going on. We had to ask a lot vs being told what to do and whats next. No staff was on the floor the whole party to watch over things or ref the Dogeball area. Maybe they were short staffed that particular day but thats not acceptable. They did have someone come out for the rock wall but I didnt see anyone else that day until almost 1pm.

This was a great place for kids the help their is horrible their teenager that dont want to be there so theyre miserable to the kids to the parents

The management greeted me with a smile and was courteous. Also the trampolines where of good quality. The building was as clean as it could be even looked quite new. I went there on a Friday night and it wasnt too busy. The tumble tracks were nice and big. And the charge was $12 instead of $14 or $17 like a few other places.Over all I had a great time it was quite fun and a great place to go. im definitely going back.

Great for bigger kids all the time. Its a little crowded sometimes for the little ones so go early if your kids are smaller.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here for a birthday party with 32 kids and all of their parents on a Friday evening at dinner time. Mom of birthday child ordered plenty of pizza for the kids but was told they had a snack bar for the parents. I go to the snack bar at 6:20pm, and was told they have no pizza, or nachos, or any other food other than bags of chips. I asked if I could go grab something to eat and bring it back in, as its dinner time and I worked all day and hadnt ate anything all day. I was told no, their were no outside food allowed, yet they have a menu of food and no food available for their customers. The girl behind the register stated they would be getting pizza soon. At 7:30pm, when our birthday group was called back for their pizza, I go back to the counter to check and I am told still no pizza. Apparently they ordered out the pizza, and only ordered pizza for what the party ordered. With such a big party, they never even asked birthday childs mom if she would like to add on additional pizzas, since they didnt have anything available. Will not return to a place that doesnt prepare for their guests who spent a TON of money here.

I would normally rate this 4 stars, however as of my last experience its down to a 2. Their prices were reasonable when I first started going a few years ago. I paid $10 since I got a discount for being a college student. I enjoyed Boing for their new equipment (the trampolines were really good quality) and good price. However there has always been a lot of rules, no sitting, no running, no leaning against the walls, no double flips (not even onto the padded area) and no cameras. All of this was forgivable because of the good quality and price. My last visit however knocked their rating down. They did away with the college student discount (I dont understand why? If they were losing money theyre going to be losing a lot more money because Im not going to pay more) and they now require you to purchase their socks in order to jump.

This place was fun. Lots of jumping, dodge-ball, basket- ball, rock climbing, and air hockey. However their air conditioner was out and it was extremely hot. With it being so hot and muggy already I would assume this place would have the A/C unit up and ready to go. For me, my husband, and our two kids it was about $90 to jump for two hours. This included grip socks and a drink for all four of us.

I have never been here before but I enjoy Boing in the Tampa location. It is a great place to let off some energy, have fun with friends, throw a birthday party, or even just play arcade. Boing Fun Center is a awesome trampoline park to go to!

Staff is mostly useless. A good way to pass an hour. Boys were touching girls buttd during dodge ball..ugh.

My kiddos enjoyed the place. We were there for one and a half hours. I was tired so I slept on the bench lol. All I can say is the kids had a lot of fun and I got a needed nap so 4 stars.

My son had his 9th birthday here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the kids had a blast. I think its awesome that the arcade is included in the admission too; Ive always thought it was silly when other places charge separately for the arcade. Its helpful too that parties have a set start and end time on the trampolines, that way theres not a ton of kids running all over the place and potentially getting hurt. Its also very helpful that they provide socks for the kids!

So I have never been more insulted by a team of employees that enjoy standing around instead of serving those who pay their wages.. even the manager involved himself in conversation and ignored me.. I had to say “hey excuse me, serve ur customers.. paying customers and conversation later”.. never returning after today.. need to rethink this team running the place!!

An hour of bounce time goes very quickly, but the rock wall being included in your ticket price is a nice bonus. This place is a little smaller than other trampoline parks.

Our third time to this location. For my sons birthday in July the air conditioner was out. Extremely hot on this day and no concession was made for us or our group. We went there today Jan 3rd Wednesday well another failure IMO as the staff was undermanned and the computer kept going down or whatever we waited over an hour to show we paid online and could jump. As we already signed waiver and prepaid online. It took 25 minutes to get a soda. Fortunately my son loves this place the kids and trampolines but we will limit as the efficiency of customer service is beyond ridiculous. I run a small business and these continue issues are unacceptable. Thanks

Ive tried to book a birthday party for my daughter. Have called multiple times during business hours. Either they dont pick up or they say that they will call you back later. Still have not received a call back. You just lost some business!

Its really fun especially with friends, most employees are nice but there are a lot of snakes. By that I mean little kids who run under you if you flip or jump high. Like squirrels that jump Infront of you and change directions.

Too pricey...and their isnt any cleaning going on. Bathrooms are filthy at opening. Floors are nasty. No customer service. The ac is barely on when you have people jumping the ac should be turned down. Refreshments are redicilously pricey for not great quality. 2 dollars for spring water. Dont think we will be back.

High price, limited options, compared to their competition Altitudes they are lacking
