Me and my 7 year old son love this place. But the food the pizza they have taste very strange. But other that that it is a great place to go to for fun.
This place is for all kids. I love the huge playground for the little kids and its separate from the big kid area which is much appreciated. I went to a birthday party and the party room was nice and clean and the person assisting us did a good job. I think Urban Air is better than sky zone be a use of the different play areas.
Excellent venue for any age kid or teenager. Recently renovated and updated an excellent place for having fun! Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Just note recently updated computer system will require you to do a waiver update.
I had my daughters birthday party here sunday. I reserved a table and they do a great job decorating it and having it ready when you get there. They have very attentive staff who do a great job. I really appreciate the quality service for the price. Definitely recommend.
Came for my cousins birthday party, while the kids had so much fun jumping, when we got into the room to do pizza, cake and presents, the party hosts that we had were awful! They didn’t make the experience personal at all, they stood in the corner and whispered and laughed to each other and were very awkward, they were trying to clean up everything in the middle of the party, why couldn’t they wait till it was over? Because of this, the parents had to do all of the work which kind of defeats the purpose. Overall everything was good except for the hosts, they were just in the way the whole time, hire some better employees or train them properly
Love the new climbing area and other new things! Just wish this place was twice as big! Birthday party was a success!
The manager on duty 8/3/19 in the afternoon was absolutely wonderful. We had a large party of 20 people, she was so patient and accommodating! The park was clean and well maintained. We had a blast and my two birthday girls had a day they won’t forget!
Love this place! Can’t wait to get back again!
Great trampoline park in overland park. If youre looking for things to do in overland park, this is a great place to go. Also, its indoors so its great during winter.
Have a party fine spend a lot of money, but not allowing other socks but you can go barefoot...gross. Then order a pretzel and nachos to wait 25 minutes. Improvements can be made.
My 3 year old had the best time here and keeps asking to go back. The playground is huge and she played on her own there for over half an hour, which is forever for her. It is a little pricey though and was starting to get busy by the time we left.
This place is so much fun. We came on a rainy day and had an absolute blast jumping around. It’s perfect for kids of all ages. Big kids have their own area, little one have smaller places to jump plus a play center for little kids only. Perfect for parties and large groups. Absolutely recommend this place, and will definitely come back
Nice equipment. Kids are having fun. No supervisor for dodgeball. Kids get hurt without consequences as outlined in the rules. For the price would expect someone watching out for the kids not just their equipment. Bathroom is disgusting at best. The floor was covered in urine and not cleaned up for at least 30min. Kids run around without shoes and likely spread this everywhere. No paper towels.
My kids LOVED this place I am bringing them here all the time I am a adult and I lobed this place so I would say go HERE
The establishment was very dirty and we could choose if we wanted to go barefoot or purchase socks for $ 2.50 each pair. This on top of entry fee. We had other trampoline socks with us, but were told to take them off.I will never come back here, ever!Sky zone is cleaner and allows us to have other socks. And do NOT allow people to go bare feet!
If you are choosing between Sky Zone and Urban Air... Urban Air is better. I live 10 minutes from Sky Zone but drove 35 min here instead.Pros: not crowded, had more attractions than Sky Zone like the American Ninja Warrior course and 3 story playground plus the trampoline pit was made of a blow up cushion area instead of foam which seems more sanitary.Cons: not enough staff when we went on a Saturday (line to pay had one register open out of 4 and it was long), expensive ($13 for 1 hour of jumping and then the playground/Ninja warrior course were $5 extra), they wouldnt allow you to use the Sky Zone socks, dodgeball area was smaller than Sky Zone, you had to pay extra to get a time card for the Ninja Warrior course, the playground was a bit beat up and the air ball guns we not working. I would suggest the playground and Ninja course should not be extra at all.
Our grandsons 10th Birthday was celebrated at Urban Air. The kids had a lot of fun. Our hostess Bella was the absolute BEST. Very friendly and on it with all the details. Thanks Bella!!!
I didnt like that they close their kitchen to early. If an establishment closes at 8pm...staff should be cleaning and closing until 8:30. Kids wanted more pizza for party and I feel you missed a sale shutting kitchen down at 7. But its a kool place for kids.
I hosted a 5 year old party here, and I was amazed at the customer service and detailed Logan had given my party. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and consistently checked to make sure he could help in any way. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a party.
Be very cautious with signing up for their monthly membership! I feel I was tricked. I was told I could cancel whenever I wanted by a member at the desk. This is not case, as in the fine writing it says you can not cancel before an entire year is up. Unless of course, you pay a fine (that equals the rest of the payments monthly until the year is up). Very frustrating!
Kids love it... adults hate it so I averaged that to a 3 rating.
Above and beyond customer service! The owner called and and texted me a picture of pizza ingredients to help managed food allergies during a private event. She even followed up the next day when there was a slight change with the parties food plan. I appreciated the extra thought!
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!!! THE STAFF IS SOOOOOOO NICE AND WE WNATED TO GO IN THE KIDS AREA BUT WE WERE TO BIG BUT THE STAFF WAS SO NICE AND LET US!!!! I Believe Justin was his name of your reading urban air give him the promotion!!!!
Great family-friendly place for everyone!!! I love the new parent lounge and menu. There is no excuse not to come here!
I have had my daughters birthday here and had a youth group activity here and both experiences were great! Would recommend this place for group activities any time.
The staff is lazy and unequipped to handle the job. They do nothing to enforce any safety rules. Case in point, we took our kids in for the obstacle course and they were letting 2 year olds play on it like a childrens playground. With such limited time for the price, no kid wants to stand at the beginning of the course for 10 minutes waiting for a kid to move. We wont go back.
Have been to this location multiple times and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have been to multiple parks similar to Urban Air and this have proved to be one of the best ones!! Look forward to booking my daughter birthday party there!
Urban air is the best family friendly park here in Kansas! I would definitely take my brother sometime! All the staff is amazing!
My kids were bored out of their minds we left unsatisfied after spending 40 dollars on deluxe bracelets, would not recommend to anyone.
Awesome place to go! Ive been to both Skyzone and Urban Air, and Urban air was definitely the better of the two.We brought a church group of about 27 kids/teens/adults for a two hour jump time. While organizing this activity for my church, one of the employees, Makenzie, worked with me the entire time answering any questions I had. She was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Upon arrival, Justin helped us get everyone checked in early and ready to start jumping. It was a super smooth process. All of the jump zones were well staffed. Our church group had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time with your family, or a group that you might be looking to do something fun with.
This place is awesome! I was able to book a party room for my son and daughters combined birthday party on Saturday the 14th. Our party guide was super accommodating, and was with us through the entire time we were there. They helped with getting all of our little jumpers checked in, and when pizza and cake time came, they helped serve all the kids. I was able to leave a great tip for our party host, as he was patient and AMAZING! My kids had a great time, and Urban Air not only made this birthday party super easy, but they truly made this momma happy!
Wish they turned down the music in play ground area. It is way too loud for 3 yrs old kids to play around. Otherwise the playground and trampoline is kept clean
They are assuming ages im 12 they thought i was 15 because im tall and I get called out for wearing skyzone socks in the dodgeball arena when other kids were wearing them and they said you will have to leave if you dont take off the socks. Referees call things on older kids and not 10-11 year olds get away with everything never going back not worth it go to skyzone if you want a good time.
Friendly staff and affordable toddler time. This location has a relaxed vibe. Love bringing my toddler here!
This urban air, has a manager named Taylor W, who has a potty mouth and terrible customer service. My phone and money was stolen she told me there was nothing I could do and to screw off. After that I talked to the owner, who were very nice and told my they did have cameras. After talking with the police we got both back minus a SIM card.
My kids love this place. I wish we had these when I was a kid! We first came in May and have been back several times since. We make an hour drive there and an hour drive back and its worth it. Im glad I found it!
Amazing dude we saw a guy fall down Cole absolutely stepped up and helped the kid fun place great caring staff.
We used to go there every Thursday. It is kind of expensive but thats ok. The place really needs to be cleaned. Both of my Kids got Hand Foot Mouth after going to Urban Air. We stopped going, waited 4 months and went back. Now we are showing symptoms of Hand Foot Mouth again.Wont be back.
Website shows there is pizza and chicken strips. I took two kids expecting to feed them. The concession stand had a closed sign that said go to front concession stand. There is no front concession stand, only soft drinks and a few snacks. My kids also wanted lemonade and I was told they didn’t have any cold. I said how about the large cooler of drinks in the back and the employee said he didn’t have a key. I complained on the Facebook page and the same employee magically found a key and brought us a cold lemonade. There was no toilet tissue in the bathrooms and they were dirty. There was only one girl at the front checking in long lines of customers. She finally called someone else to help. This was a cloudy day with school out and a lot of people bringing their kids to jump. Also not sure why kids can’t wear their own socks. The option is the kids go barefoot which i find to be not very sanitary. This is just a way to make money charging $2.50 for socks. Not very good service for what it costs. Pretty sure I’ll be taking my kids to Cosmic Jump in the future.
The workers are very nice. But I asked for a different songs bcz the ones playing were from frozen. They said no. The music gave me a migraine.
JumpeRoo is perfect for toddlers! Great price for hours of fun. My little one loves having the run of the place and I love not having to worry about him getting trampled by bigger kids.
Looks like a fun place for children - many fun activities and lots of supervision! However, I would not recommend it for adults. The oldest player I saw was probably about 11 and the facilities are small. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - multiple toilets plugged, liquids on the sticky floor, etc.
Had my granddaughters 5th Birthday party of 21 kids and it was excellent the kids loved it, our host was the best Thanks so much Urban Air.
My first time being here and I was asked to move up front away from everything by a cold front door since they had used all their tables for parties back by the concessions....I had settled in watching my daughter and bought a pizza and I had to gather all the drinks and pizza and move....I find that rude....you dont have a designated area for people to sit who are waiting on kids except up front away from everyone? If there was a sign posted reserved for 2pm at the table that would have been nice but I was asked to move at 1:45....my first time here and I am not impressed after I paid a nice price....this place is not on my priority list....
Always a great time at Urban Air, fun for all ages!Update - the last few times in have been a train wreck everything from being overcharged to staff on their phones instead of watching my kids, to think my kids liked Urban Air but we wont be comming back.
Extremely busy, staff were told not to enforce rules so more ppl could get onto attractions, making it impossible to do anything properly, very dissapointing!!
We had a birthday party there last Saturday night. The place was not overcrowded. We opted for the additional $50 for the Ninja Warrior Course. I highly recommend that! The kids were so tired by the time 2 hours was up. They had so much fun. We ordered Pizzas and they were ready on time, and the host did an amazing job tending to the party group, and answering any questions. This was our first time to any of the trampoline parks in the area. I have to say, I dont see a need to try any of the others. Kudos to the management team for orchestrating a good time and positive employee attitudes!
Wow!! I love this place so much! The birthday parties are so much fun and all the kids enjoyed jumping around and playing dodgeball with each other. Check it out for yourself!!
I’ve taken my daughter here a dozen times. She’s 3.5 yrs old. We have a great time every time. It’s a little pricey - but on Black Friday they had $100 gift cards for $50. Wish I had bought more than 1. Anyway, lots of fun for the kids and adults.
The staff in the food area is very unprofessional. Took ten minutes for nachos and about 5 min of that they sat in the window. Also my pretzel bites sat in the window ready for about 3 minutes after being done while at least 4 staff members were standing literally in front of that window. I saw at least 2 cell phones being used while behind the counter. Also 2 employees grabbed pizza straight from the pizza display and ate it right there. One used a glove at least but the other didnt. I watched as they wasted goods crafting. Blew up a glove and drew a face on it then stuck it to a cup and stuck straw arms in it. Wasteful. The only one guy I saw cleaning flipped the bird to another staff member that was taking his picture on another phone. Then the guy cleaning put that broom ontop the other kids head while sitting at the food counter. If you have time for all this you should be cleaning. Epically the food area. Very gross
Background music from the speaker at playground area peaked at 89dB. Noise at 85 dB over a prolonged period of time will damage your kids hearing.I requested to turn down the music at playground because the kids get so close to the speaker on playground. I will follow up with the response
My 5 year old son loves it! It has more activities than SkyZone and the equipment is in better condition. Look on the website for coupons.
Urban air is the best jump place ever
It doesnt have all the things its main center has: only trampolines and warrior course (with no balls) NO ZIP LINE AND THE BIG WHITE FLOOD LIGHTS ARE ON~NOT THE COOL COLORES LIGHTS
We just left there today .. had my 7 year old b day party there.. over all.. Was a good time kids had a blast .. the one negative thing I would say is that the warrior coarse isnt for all ages.. we decided to pay extra so all the grown up guys could have a laugh, but the course is not really for adults and I wish we was informed of that.. not one of us used the course n just wasted the 50 bucks wish we would have rathered put it in for more stuff for the kids had we known ..
We love Urban Air! The kids area is fantastic and we love coming for Jumperoo! Its so nice that they offer a time specifically for the younger kids. Highly recommeded!
The activities are great and the kids loved playing here. The issue was the music. I dont want my children listening to and singing about sex and drugs. Literall lyrics, not just innuendo and hinting. The first song I heard I though it may have been a mistake, maybe an uncensored song slipped through. But it went on and on and we ended up leaving when my nine year old started singing party in the club. We will not be going back.
This place is outrageously expensive. My 6-year-old would cost $13 each for just jumping, and extra $5 for anything else. My twins cost $40 just for a one-hour activity. And the facility is just OK. The playground and warrior place are both small. We will never come back. We will go to Fun Run, which only charge $8/child for a whole-day activity, which includes everything under the roof.
This place is great. Love coming here with my toddlers for jumps too!
My first one star review, ever. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and supervision within the place. The bathroom was filthy. Worse than a dirty bathroom floor, is the sight of BAREFOOT KIDS using the bathroom, tracking the contamination onto their feet, then jumping on trampolines. The health violations I witnessed made me rethink ever coming back. The place is understaffed, lines for checking in, few chaperones to observe the teens that are clear too old for the toddler zone, and dodgeball gone horribly wrong. I forgot to mention the entire facility smells like stinky feet.
We love going to the Junparoo times! My 1.5 yr old and 3 yr old have the best time!
Lots of different play/jump stationsas well as toddler play area
Place is ok at best, the kids had a lot of fun, but it should be run a little better. As much as we paid to have my daughters birthday here, definitely should have been more organized. Our party chaperone didnt show up that day, so we had to wait for someone else after finding the manager. They did give us an extra half hour in there, but it was a half hour late starting because of this issue. Pizza is way over priced, drinks had to be purchased separately and they dont have any kind of fountain system, $2.00 for a bottle of water is ridiculous!! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, I understand there are a lot of kids there, but they should be cleaning them every hour at least. The concession stand closed before the party was over, so the guests had to go up front to get ripped off on a drink. The party room was really hot, and it kind of felt like it was a jail cell. One window and very narrow. Might take the kids to jump again, but will not do another birthday party there!!
My childs friend was seriously injured at this location, requiring multiple stitches. The staff at Urban Air were incompetent and oblivious to her injury, offering nothing to help stop the bleeding, or help to get her out to the car to go to the hospital. To add insult to injury, they slapped her family with the bill, not covering any of the out of pocket hospital cost, or covering on their corporate insurance. When asked to help, the owner was abrasive, aloof, demonstrated no empathy, and took no responsibility. Urban Air corporate leaders were no better, having their bulldog lawyer try to intimidate her family and deny any responsibility. We will never return to this, or any Urban Air location. They are an abomination and demonstrate no concern for their customers safety.
We come once a quarter. But I noticed today that a child made a mess on the top of the top part of the playground. A teenager employee sprayed a quarter of the entire third level. He never wiped it. Just sprayed. Left it there and after many two kids ran through it, he shows up with a dirt devil like mop and starts to mop that same level. In the mean while, my kid slipped in their cleaning solution on the playground. When I went to the front desk to talk to someone about that, he just said he will ask them to stop cleaning. I told him, if someone got sick then please keep cleaning but put up cones or something! But all he said was, Ill tell them to stop. And there is an extension cord running through the playground area.
While at urban air about 20 minutes ago for our first visit my 5 year old was playing dodgeball. While I was watching I witnessed a little boy start beating up another little girl and choking her and punching her in the face. Management was notified. The manager who’s 12, went over and spoke to the child and his parents meanwhile my child was scared and upset and not wanting to play anymore for fear of being beaten up. When myself and other parents approached management upon noticing this child was once again let loose in the facility, the manager said he felt neither child needed to leave. This is poor management by teenagers. How disappointing that I wanted to bring my child here to play during spring break and plan birthday parties here but now I’ll be spreading this to other places as my child feels unsafe to play here. Hopefully urban air decides to hire adults. And until they instill a rule stating that if any child hits another child they will be asked to leave, I won’t be returning and I will be spreading the word to others as well.
Cool place, but has limitations in area of play. There should be more room to jump with platforms. It is filthy with hairballs and trash everywhere. Staff was very nice and friendly.
I could not be more disappointed in this establishment. My son is 8 and was was physically hurt by another child in dodgeball while attending a birthday party. The person monitoring did not even notice or do anything. He left with a bloody nose, a smack across the face and had been kicked in the privates. When I brought this to the managers attention he was extremely rude, yelled back and me and had the nerve to say they are boys. We had a party there a month prior and I noticed how poorly supervised it was then. This birthday was even worse. Dangerous and unprofessional.
It was our first time going and we werent properly informed how the place worked. We came for the warrior course, so we told the staff at the desk we wanted to do everything but only received a standard wrist band. Its really unclear what we can and cant do with the bands we have. I wouldve liked to be informed about how the place works at the desk.
The staff is nice but there restroom are Disgusting my nephew had a party there yesterday and i took my child to the restroom. Trash, tissue all over the place it stink real bad, out of paper towels the list can go on my ? Is do they bathroom look like that at home i would hope not but anyways i told the staff how DISGUSTING the restroom were all they did was put paper towel in the paper towel box SMDH just show you they didnt care
It was really fun! My family went and the price was only 15 dollars for 2 hours! Amazing! I recommend this for kids partys and just to hang out and play at for kids, maybe even adults!
I went to Urban Air last month to have my boyfriend’s son’s birthday party. When we were doing the party reservation online, we saw the OP location offered a “warrior course”. We got on YouTube to see what the course was about and we found a lot of videos showing adults on a Ninja Warrior type course. I specifically paid the additional $50 so the adults could have a little fun at the party by being able to compete on the warrior course. When we arrived, we were highly disappointed after seeing the course. It’s definitely not made for adults and nothing like the videos we had watched. We assumed since Urban Air is a franchise, each would be set up similarly. I would not recommend spending the extra $50 and actually wish I wouldn’t have since no one in our party even used the course.
My daughter loves going to this places and its great and all but its ran by teenagers who get an ego boost by controlling what little kids can do! There needs to be a few more adult supervisors working!! Also a little speedy for what there is to do if your paying for more than one kid!
My son had an altercation with one of your jump guards on friday, when I spoke to the manager, he was very understanding and took care of the situation. We were given jump passes and were apologized to, will definatly be back.
My kid and his friends love it. I love that there is comfortable seating for adults. Prices are generally high but on special event nights they are reasonable.
Had socks from sky zone on us, were told to take them off because it was not allowed to have other socks than urban air!! They rather want people to go barefoot than have clean trampoline socks on. Disgusting! Were NOT coming back!!
Fun place for kids and adults alike. Dodgeball tournament on Wednesday nights. Great workout without thinking about working out. Love their foam pit!
We had an impromptu birthday party for our son and the owner went out of his way to help set it up with a private table and party favors for all of the guests. They were very crowded with other birthday parties that day, but they made a spot for us and made the party a success!!! I would advise to be a better party planner than I, and book your party at least 72 hours in advance verses just showing up the day of. All in all the kids had a great time, its a nice environment, and they liked it better than sky zone! They keep asking to come back. In fact we booked our daughters birthday there for later this month. Great addition to Overland Park.
Great experience! Tyler at the front desk was incredibly helpful in our birthday party and our party host, Easton, was amazing. Tyler, thanks for everything you did for us!
Decided to try out Urban Air after I had tried out Sky Zone to see which one I liked better. It IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE like Sky Zone. At Urban Air you must pay more money than the hourly price to have access to all the activities, unlike Sky Zone where you get basketball, dodgeball, a foam pit, and open jump for one price. Will not be returning and instead taking my business to Sky Zone.
The overall concept and environment is amazing. However, if youre not wanting to spend a small fortune, you might want to rethink your outing for the day. The price of $13 for one hour of jumping is one thing. But once you arrive, there is an indoor playground for an extra $5 and a warrior course for an extra $5 for a grand total of $23. They do offer a package deal for $20 for all 3 options. I am a mother of four children- that would be $80 for an hour worth of fun!!!!! Even if you go in thinking youll just buy the jump pass, try explaining to a child they cant play in the playground or obstacle area. Unfortunately this is not an affordable place for me to take my children...I realize the majority of families have two children- so you are still looking at $40 for ONE HOUR of fun.
It is overpriced and it is quite a dangerous place. Most of the employees dont seem to care about the safety of the people jumping. It costs extra for this obstacle course, and even more for an indoor playground. Greater safety measures must be taken here. A fun place, but very dangerous for kids.
10/10 would do again best place ever!
In Play area (under 8 years old) with my 3 year old, teenagers running around like crazy. Already had to ask staff for help 2 times in last 30 minutes. Don’t post sign for 8 and under if you don’t enforce your own rules. Signed waiver might not be enforceable when toddler get hurt by a 15 year old you allowed in area designed for 8 and under
Matt is awesome. Gotta love urban air, brothers
SO FUN!!! 3 year old daughter loved this place. Could definitely spend all day here playing.
Its a nice place for kids to enjoy and have birthday parties. New place and so its very clean. They need to change their food policy for parties.
This place was awful. They make you pay extra money for the warrior course and all it is is a bunch of kids messing around on it without trying to complete the course. The workers give absolutely no effort in making it fun. Dodgeball was a joke because the workers dont try. I will never, I mean ever come back to Urban Air
This place has the laziest staff ever! First and last time coming here. When first entering we were excited with how the placed look and prices were good. Unfortunately their tablets were not working well and when I asked the staff about the tablet not responding, I got was this young girl that said to me, “yeah our internet is slow” and she walked away! No help! It literally took me 15 min to sign up 2 boys. These same two boys were super excited to play dodge ball like they play at sky zone or cosmic jump when it was open, but staff either was not educated or to lazy to enforce the rules. Kids were sitting down or playing in the corner messing around. Needless to say waste of time, money, and very disappointed kids!!
Had a blast, way more fun than I anticipated. Our host was amazing.
I would strongly discourage you from taking your children here. We went for a birthday party last weekend, which was followed by a trip to the emergency room for my daughter who suffered a concussion from hitting her head on the metal poles in the warrior obstacle course. All of the kids at the party were complaining that the socks were slippery and not sticking anymore towards the end of their jump time. The entire building smelled awful and you could see dirt on the floors, equipment, etc. They seemed very understaffed as well. There was no one monitoring the runway trampolines near the basketball court and small children kept running in front of the older children as they flipped. Along with that, there was not a single employee at the warrior obstacle course when my daughter fell. We had to search to find someone to get us an ice pack and no one offered any help beyond that. The teenage girl running our party said its known that people fall on those poles all the time and each of the employees have fallen when they try it. When I called to talk to the manager suggesting they at least wrap the poles in padding to prevent future injuries, he said he would share with their maintenance group and offered me free jump passes. I kindly declined and expressed wed never return and would stick with Sky Zone.
It’s a super fun place and I loving coming here!!!!
Just had my sons 6th birthday party here and it was amazing! Stephanie was our party host, and I couldnt have done a better job myself. Everything was very smoothly run, and the price not completely unreasonable for the amount of kids (14) and everything they offered for them. They were also able to cater to several special needs for some of the kids in our group and did so without batting an eye. The owners were nothing but polite, kind, and efficient! All of the kids had a blast, and all of the parents were quite impressed. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.
Total rip off. For 6 year olds to play and jump its over $20 each. Kids got bored after 30 minutes and I spent $99!!! Everything costs extra. Will not come again, very disappointed.
So far I love sky zone but in gonna the this place out people are saying its great
My son had a lot of fun!
