These people rarely answer the phone, they harass you about anything and anything. They harassed a contractor that was doing work for me. Would not recommend.

Nice clean place to live. Very family friendly. I lived there when I was really little. My wife lives there now

I have been treated with nothing but kindness consideration and understanding. I have no complaints....the managers and staff have gone above and beyond .

Management is rude, the old ones use to take great care of the grounds and it was always well kept, now there is places that arent mowed, or half mowed, trash everywhere. Old management use to keep up on how renters maintained their lots and now they dont cars parked where ever they want, junk and trash sits out in some peoples yards but, they get after those who keep their place nice and clean. They need new management ASAP!

The trailers are nice but the prices are outrageous.

Needs a lot of updates and work also managment. Theres about 50 mobile homes and a few visitors or short time tenants with campers.
