The two previous owners (two females) were excellent at running this shop. They were very educated on all their pets in their shop, cared very much about them and had more than fair prices.However, the new owner(s) are absolutely terrible. I go in every once in awhile (when I cant make it to a better pet store) to buy crickets for my leopard gecko. I ask for three dozen (36) and she gives me barely 20. She also charges $1.30 per dozen crickets, which is completely outrageous. The previous owners had it all: fish, reptiles, small mammals, insects, large selection of supplies for each type of animal. The new owner(s) have next to nothing except garage sale reject items.I also had a friend tell me they do a horrible job of taking care of their animals. My friend saw a guinea pig there and it had a huge insect of some sort on the outside of it and was hurting the animal (tangling up its hair and causing it to have trouble walking). She asked the new owner if she is going to do anything about the poor creature and she simply replied: I dont have time. IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR ANIMALS, YOU DONT HAVE TIME RUNNING AN ANIMAL SHOP. END OF STORY.

Creepy Crawly Critters has the most DISGUSTING store I have ever seen. You walk in the door, to be overcome by a strong ammonia smell from the animals. The animals are all severly underweight, and under cared for. The reptile section is the most deplorable thing I have ever seen out of a pet shop. an employee, who only makes 5 dollars an hour might I add, informed me that they had just lost a snake that morning,b ecause they had left a live mouse in the enclosure, which killed the snake. The bearded dragons had shed all over the tank, with no proper hiding spots or basking spots. The large ball python was huddled UNDERNEATH its water dish, which was filled with mold and mildew. They had a morph of red tail boa that was bone thin, and had loose skin hanging off of it. When confronting the owner, she defended herself and screamed at me. This business should be SHUT DOWN, and I am currently working through the proper channels to ensure it is :)
