This place is outstanding. Your kids will love it and enjoy all the jumping they can do. It’s not just fun for the kids though adults can have fun there. It is very affordable! I highly recommend altitude

Nice big trampoline park. Seemed to be plenty of employees helping keep an eye on things which is a great help since there are so many awful parents out there these days that cant be bothered to supervise their own children in a public setting. Kids had a blast, and it wasnt too crowded.

Really cool place to take youre kids to, definitely recommend watching youre kids because the staff that regulate the bouncing areas are overflowed with too many kids to supervise throughout the time that I was there. Otherwise, I can easily see myself going back again.

Cool place, our preferred jump center in the area. Teen night on Fridays is a popular choice, and the kids love it. No real food options, although they bring in from a local pizza place for parties and such. Reasonable pricing, particularly if you get the coupon deals etc. Love having a place nearby that gets them a-jumpin!

First visit was less than desirable. Brought two of my two year old grandsons on Tuesday at 10:00 am March 3 during Toddler Time. After paying fees for adult socks and wristbands to enjoy facilities with toddlers, was immediately informed that we were not allowed to go on the trampolines and other activities with our two year olds. We were told we could only go on blue platforms. We almost walked out to demand refund as this was the toddlers first visit and there was trepidation going on the activities alone. While I understand attendents need to be vigilant, this one continually reprimanded other parents who dared to enter trampoline space to help guide their little ones. Facilities are wonderful but customer service a downer. We have had blasts at other fun parks which are located nearby. We will not be returning. So sad because the trampolines were awesome.

We had my daughters birthday party here and it was fantastic! Will definitely be coming back. The kids LOVED the 7pm DJ and glow jumping.

I was hesitant to go when it open, I know places are crowded,unorganized and chaotic when opening day comes around, so I decided to go today about 2 months after opening day & I just dont know where to start. This place is a MESS! I was standing in line and the unprofessional teenage kids were just hanging around and talking to each other when there were about 4 familes behind me also waiting to be helped. Cashiers dont say please or thank you, I wasnt even informed of the Night special which inluded 3hrs of jumping & pizza.Moving on to the Table section, there was blood on the floor leaving a track all the way to the back where the bathrooms are located. How nasty!! Some was even stepped on by someone JUMPING back in the trampoline area!! Parents if your child has an accident report it ASAP! especially if blood or body fluids are involved. By the time we found a spot to remove our shoes and jackets luckily they started cleaning the mess. This place NEEDS HOOKS!! Hooks for all those jackets and shoes on top of the tables. They have little cubicles for shoes not enough for everyone. Trampoline area was another mess. Workers need to reinforce Rules. Kids zone for kids only, not for teens playing tag around 1yr olds. Parents where are you? There was plenty of unsupervised pre teens & teens just on their phones smaking each other around and cursing like theres no tomorrow and taking selfies with the Slushies, where slushies are NOT allowed! Maybe if Altitude provides more Benches for parents near the jump area instead of below near the registers parents would supervise their children. I dont know if I went on a bad day & bad time or what! Hopefully the service improves and emty walls get hooks. Altitude needs improvement.

Had my daughters 10th birthday party here and it was spectacular. Kids had a fantastic time.Staff called a few days before to confirm everything. Armand the party host assigned to us was attentive, helpful, and polite. Everything in the building was exceptionally clean including the restrooms.The manager on staff Austin was friendly polite and also extremely helpful.Everything was great.

My 4yo loves the toddler Time during the week. Its never been too crowded and its clean. The kids all have a great time! The employees are kind and helpful.

The number 1 thing I found suprising of this place was the restrooms and how clean and nice they were. Trampoline places/bounce house venues have a tendency to have bathrooms that make you quiver. The trampolines were clean it did not smell like you just walked into a football locker room after a game. It was open and you could see your child from anywhere. We went for a birthday party and the host for the birthday party was very nice and with a 2 hour party they didnt kick them out right at the 2 hour mark. Id highly recommend this place to anyone. I gave 4 stars because the team members that monitor the floor actually told me I could not be on the same trampoline as my 2 year old....MY 2 YEAR OLD. I of course ignored him because she is 2 and little.

My kids love this place better than sky zone. It is less expensive than sky zone. I do think it needs organization and more variety of food products. But overall my experience was great. The team had good customer service skills.

Me and my three kids, (9, 11 and 14), were at Oswego location today, March 29, 2019. The place is a blast!! We love it!! But there is a problem, when you are planning to stay for hours, they DO NOT SELL FOOD or coffee. You are not allowed to bring outside food which DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL!!! After one hour of intensive playing kids, even parents/guardians get hungry!! So I think it is good that you bring good snacks and water for you and your family. You can buy drinks, potato chips and some candies, over there, but that’s pretty much all. Also DO NOT FORGET to ask if there is any day’s special. Some cashier’s don’t help you save money.Today was $18.99 from 1 to 7 pm straight which my kids enjoyed for 5 hours, I know!!! 5 hours is a lot! So it was why we have to buy some outside food to stay that long.Trust me! The time flew by so quickly I couldn’t believe we stayed for that long.If you really want your kids to enjoy those hours bring some board games for you and your friends to enjoy yourselves as well

New and kept clean. Employees could use a little more organizing. Last time we were there, there were a bunch of big kids in the toddler section and no one was enforcing the rules to that section. Employees are young and they should probably be trained to take their job a little more seriously... Like life guards at the water parks.

I came here tonight for the first time because they were doing a friends and family night for Churchill elementary. Everyone had a really good time. My only suggestion would be to offer real food and drinks like the other parks do.

Awesome place for your kids to go wild! However, the employees seem to lack in the customer service department when it comes to expediting the lines of customers. There are two lines here, one for online ticket purchases and the other for walk ins. The employees seem to have no intention of moving things along by speaking up, asking customers to move down to an open register. There are closer places similar to this that provide better service.

Came here for family fun night, had a blast and got in a great workout, too! However, we came in with competitor socks, said wed have to pay a dollar to exchange them. Wouldnt it be better to offer free socks in exchange for your competitors?! Just sayin...Also, they only have one Package for a Family of 4 people, no exceptions. Which is unfair...Wouldnt it be better to discount all families who jump together?! Again, great place, worth the money, but those two things cost em a five star rating for me.

I loved it staff was very friendly! I went around 1pm on a Monday perfect time for little kids. My son is almost 2 had a great time, practically the whole place to himself. Great first experience

Lots of fun, alright prices. The staff seemed far less than happy to be there. But, they were definitely making sure everyone was safe.

Had a kids birthday party here and the kids loved it. The staff is excellant.

A little different than some of the other trampoline parks. Easy to see all the way across the the entire jumping surface. Several things were closed. What appears to be a communication between co-workers, that whistle got old and quick. Other places use radio/ear buds. The manager had no issues yelling across stations towards the employees.. Layout could be better to avoid issues and reduce risks of injury. For the first time ever at a trampoline park we were forced to purchase the “altitude” socks even though we had grip socks from another trampoline park. All the other places we have been to were ok with whatever socks we wore as long as they were grip socks. Online waiver should send you an email. If you don’t get one it never worked. Found that out upon arrival when we were not in the system. Location is geared towards younger kids. Makes sense why they have a teen night so the younger kids don’t get run down.

I didnt have a problem with this place until today. The manager came up to me and asked me Are you with the three boys and that girl! Can you please tell the children to not run, roughhouse, or play fight. Because its prohibited in this place! They werent doing anything!! This manager than decided to go up to each child and tell them to stop running, and playing rough. Its a freaking trampoline place! She was mean to me and the children! I am not taking them back to that place again. Will be going to Skye zone and not this place

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! It is so unorganized and the employees need more training. They literally don’t know what they are doing. They are unfriendly and rude. They should NOT be working with children. The worst part is I have 2 toddlers and I always get charged different prices every time I come. I don’t mind paying the price but I’m sick of getting charged differently every time I come! I will not be coming back.

My kids loved this place. Ages 3, 4, and 10. There were plenty of things for them to do. The little one hurt herself and they have complimentary ice packs lol. The manager followed up with us to make sure she was ok. Definitely recommend this place and adding it to our weekend fun calendar.

Its a fantastic place for all ages to go and express there fun by jumping. There attractions are astonishing and just amazing. The crew are very polite and would help you with anything.

If it was possible, I’d give this place 0 stars. 11 high school-aged kids behind the check-in counter, 2 of which were actually working registers, the rest were socializing or on their phones. While there is supervision on the floor, they do NOTHING whatsoever. Hired help either hasn’t been trained or doesn’t know any better. It’s a short matter of time before someone gets injured at this place due to their complete negligence. There are too many other well run places in the area to bother coming back to this disaster.

Rock wall, balance beam battle game,wall jump, zip line, trapeze, basketball thing, dodgeball, this Wipeout game that a thing spins that you gotta jump over... And its Relatively inexpensive and very very clean. Would come back for sure

First time, looks awesome but unfortunately its a place where kids under 10 and younger are exposed to serious injuries. They have older kids, teenagers running wild who have no regard for the small children. The staff just stands around & does nothing, i saw many close accidents. They have rules which they dont enforce which are for safety purposes. I would not recommend this place to my family & friends because I wouldnt want to see no one get hurt. I give it NO STARS!!!

The kids had a great time! Recommend the Saturday Teen Night for the best deal. There are tables/benches to sit and hang out, but the WiFi is horrible. I cannot even load GMail home page. Suggest buying tickets online to speed up the check-in process.Suggest they add a prepaid line. They state most people buy online, but I witnessed most people paying at the desk.

I came here recently and had a really great time! Even when the place is super crowded, there is still plenty of room to bounce.

If i could Id give 0 stars .DONT GO!! I dont know where to begin the unawhere workers or the rude parents. The workers were not paying attention to anyone but either their phones or their buddys .The times they did pay attention they did not enforce anything .My brother amd i asked for another hour after 10 and then they shut everything down, we both have asthma amd there for are not supposed to be around cleaning supplies .Well the workers started cleaning after 1010 spraying Lysol and other chemicals. We also came on teen night and there were multiple 9 and younger with the same wrist band. While playing dodgeball my brother held a ball and the opposing team threw a ball and hit the ball my brother was holding and bounced and smashed him in the face. The lady running the area said he was out when i went to reassure her the adult (not a worker) said well sweet heart you cant talk youve been out like 5 times I then asked for a bet and she said ill bet because i have eyes though i did not have my glasses on i realize she could not know I can not see but i would have felt it. I then left the area and she started complaining about my brother and I to the security saying we were rude to her and her children. I would not recommend this place ive had better experiences at rocknjump in carrol stream. if i could give 0 stars I 100% would

I found it to be chaotic. It didnt seem like they had enough supervision on Trampolines. Plus it seemed like there were too many jumpers out at once, making the trampolines over crowded.

No lockers to put your thing in. No comfortable seating for parents. One long line for entering facility and for buying snacks and drinks.
