Nice and clean. Friendly enough staff. Theyve got beer and alcohol which is nice. Seats could be a bit better.

Love this local theater! Reasonable prices, a solid rewards program, and discounts all the time. They seem a little short staffed at the counters sometimes but it’s never a long wait even when the lines are long. The bar is a nice little bonus too although I haven’t had a drink from it yet, they seem to have a decent selection.

The best movie theater in the Aurora/Oswego/Montgomery area! Newly remodeled to house a GDX (Giant Digital Experience) and an amazing lobby with self serve tickets booth. For those over 21 the bar is available with domestic, regional craft beer on draft and wine. Free popcorn and drinks if you are a true movie goer and use the rewards program! The seats are numbered and so make sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time so you can pick your favorite seats. Service is excellent, friendly and courteous. People visiting this theater are very friendly as well, every time I’ve visit everyone seems very happy! The restrooms are well maintained and clean. Parking is quite big but sometimes a little too packed, so you can always park on the other side towards the Jewel Osco if you can’t find any available spaces. Prices are more than reasonable. Sometimes the movie might be too loud, don’t be afraid to ask the manager to turn it down a little so everyone can enjoy the movie!

I do love this theatre. Always clean and the best popcorn around. Love the flavors they have to put on our popcorn also.

Critics are way off.Everyone wants their own way to bring Star Wars to an end. If those so called roten tomato critics can do any better, Id like to see . Besides, growing up they use to give movie stars. I saw Star Wars when I was 7. 42 years later it took different directors to bring a final salute. Great movie!

Movie theater is fine but they advertise recliner seats when they definitely are not!! Don’t have me choose my seat online and say it’s a recliner seat when I can’t even relax because the seat back doesn’t move. Just because they’re leather seats does not make them comfortable. Very unhappy.*edit* thanks for replying, I did enjoy your theater overall but I suggest you clarify your seating charts with your third party ticket sellers, to eliminate confusion in the future

I love this theater! Very conveniently located. They keep everything (including bathrooms) clean. The seats are large and comfy. Prices are very reasonable, and their member card gets you discounts every visit.

Newly remodeled. Clean interior. You can choose your seats. Snack bar has all the usual movie going fare. Theres an option for real butter (for .50 more) vs buttery topping. They also now have a bar. Theres at least one private party room. Bathroom are clean. Staff were all friendly and fast.

Great place clean, the guy at the counter coming the fries was a little slow at it for only having a couple customers, but Id still go back.

This is a really great theater. The prices were cheap in the concessions were very reasonable. If you go earlier in the day its nice and quiet. The whole theater was very clean and staff were quick. A good experience overall.

This place is fantastic. They have three rows of recliners in the front and the theater is always clean. Staff are polite.

Very nice and clean place. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was kind of strange were these computers up front to order the tickets. Maybe I am just to old school but it was a very nice experience when we went.

Great staff, awful management. The concessions arent half bad and the employees are generally kind and helpful. Then management ruins that. Im not talking about the GQT high up management, no, Im talking about the specific managers at the theater. Overall, not bad. I still highly recommend.

Tickets prices are extremely expensive for a matinee $7.75. Where other local places are $3.50 at Tinseltown in Aurora and $6.00 Ncg Yorkville. Its nice and remodeled, you can select you seating and concession prices are ok. If you decide to come here sign up for the rewards card to earn points and get a 15% off concessions.

Came here with my daughter to see The Lion King and Ive seen other movies as well and I love this movie theater. Always so clean.

Saw It Chapter 2 tonight with a couple of friends. The guy working concessions (forgot his name, but he had cool looking glasses and his favorite movie was Austin Powers) gave us the best customer service. He talked to us about the popcorn butter, how they were using real butter instead of the usual type, how he layers the butter on the popcorn. He offered to mix my usual cherry slushie with mountain dew to make it code red (it tasted awesome)! The movie theater itself was immersive and amazing, but the thing that really sticks with me is the customer service. Give this guy a raise or a promotion — he deserves it. :)

This is actually the only movie theater in town, so there is really no competition for the Kendall 11! The seats are comfortable, especially in the new GDX theatre. Great place!

Ever since renovations, Kendal 11 has been much cleaner and an all around nicer place to go. Updated seats are super comfy and now there is a ton of extra leg room.

Theatre facilities are great. The seats are big and comfortable. I bought my ticket online, but had to wait in line, because the online ticket kiosk was down. Standing in line at this theatre means you are guaranteed to miss the previews, and probably the start of the movie. Each ticket sale, or food sale were performed with the expediency of a first day employee. Ive been to this theatre many times, because its the closest to my house, but the kids behind the counter need some sense of urgency.

Has Great theater chairs!! Comfy, Its clean. Love the new look inside. I would say the food and drinks are a little too pricey. Also I was in a car accident and had back surgery not to long ago, it was so hard to go from the theater area to the washroom. Way too far apart! Handicap accessible but there needs to be another bathroom area and maybe some wheelchairs by the front door.

This has been my theater of choice ever since it was a Kendall 10. Concession prices are a little steep, but everyone knows thats how theaters make their money. (You can download the GQT app and become a member for 15% off concessions if youre a frequent movie goer.) The seating is comfortable and the video and audio quality is extremely good. Ticket discounts are also available if you have a student ID.

I like this place its really clean and comfortable and its a really good thing they let you choose your seats when you pay.

Decent theater. Very clean and lots of showings. They have a bar, but usually hard to get service and limited selection. Plus only have recliner seats in first 2 or 3 rows. Not the normal seats are very comfy.

The GDX theater doesnt have decline seating, the concession food tastes awful, and the theater as a whole (especially bathrooms) are dirty.

Awesome theater if you are in the area. Seats are large and plenty of legroom. I highly recommend the GDX experience.

My family loves to watch movies at Kendall 11, we have been going there for years. The past two times my family and i have been there we have came across a very disrespectful employee. Her name is Daniela. i can’t believe she has the audacity to make fun of my child with disability (he cried the whole duration of the movie) and she gets paid $8.30 an hour. I’m happy to say my business has been lost with Kendall 11 and i’ll be putting money into AMC in naperville.

Theater is fine. GDX is a cool upgrade for big action movies. Wish they wouldnt cover the automated ticket pickup machines at night all the time, and if they arent going to have someone whos 21 able to serve me a beer, then they should at least let me get my own beer. ;)

Great front desk service

Dont bother buying tickets in advance, as their kiosks are inoperable and they employ only 2 people working registers to sell/redeem tickets. Pay the extra $2 and go to Showplace or Regal.

Im old. But it appears as though they have begun to let go of their young employees based on age. Thats not fair to the kids trying to make some money and be responsible. I wont go back here if this is true. If I find out this isnt true, Ill remove the rating and resume seeing movies here.

Kendall is a great movie theater but it needs to be better in its house keeping duties!

Nice place. Some theatres have reclining seats. They have a GDX screen that emulates an IMAX. Clean, modern theatre that I can only fault for their lobby sales lines. They have kiosks that hardly anyone uses, and when they do it usually doesnt go well, (user error). And if they get moderately busy, the lines back up quickly. Also they charge 55 cents for popcorn refills regardless of size. Soda refills are free. If you buy a Combo deal the cost is the same if you bought individually. But they dont push upsales. So buy what size you want to save money. I recommend Kendall 11 frequently.

Ever since the update I love this theater. Super clean and the seating is very comfortable. I dont know if this is knock on the theater or the theater industry but the tickets cost too much and so does the food and drink. We would come more often but it just isnt in the budget to watch here. There has to be a threshold of supply and demand. You can effectively make more profits if you drive more people. But what do I know?

They have greatly improved the seats here since I moved out to Oswego 14 years ago. Everything about this theater is excellent; the food, the staff, the sound in the theaters. Recently I saw Black Panther in the HUGE GDX theater, and I was absolutely blown away. This is by far the greatest movie-going experience Ive ever had. I simply cannot recommend this theater enough.

There was a time when I boycotted this theater. Back in the day, there were always problems. Sound would be out of sync, fuzzy picture, video ratio incorrect, uncomfortable seats, the list goes on. Most of that has changed, Im happy to report. We now go here not only because its close to us, but because its actually a good theater. Gets a 4 star because the last movie we saw was a little out of focus and the online pickup kiosks seem to always have problems.

Is cool that all seats are assigned at purchase just wish they had theaters with dbox seats

Definitely not one of the big chain theaters. Ticket prices were within expected norm. Concessions pricing was also within the norm, maybe even a little lower. Clean restrooms, friendly employees, clean theater. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time wife and I want to see a movie.

After their recent renovation, the Kendall 11 can actually compete with some of its larger neighbors in Naperville and Aurora. The bathrooms are always clean and the new theater seats are really comfy. I love a good sound system as much as the next guy. But occasionally, the volume is turned up way too high. If I can hear the movie in the next theater, word-for-word, thats too loud.

Great recliners, though they only had them in the front three rows (in the particular theater I was in). Hotdog and mozzarella sticks are were forgettable.

Every week we choose a day to see a movie and even sometimes two movies in one day and the staff is always extremely nice, the theatre is always clean and I love the fact that staff steps in at times to make sure everything is like it should be. *Just one thing though ~ that wait in line is the best but I understand you all want customers to order them online, but I dont like that at all. I wish selling us the tickets was a much quicker process. Oh and that eye candy security on this past Saturday night, YEP 5 STARS!

The theatre has spacious seat with broad armrest and cup holder with metal inlay; definitely a nice upgrade for movie watching experience. Also appreciate that I can select the desired seat when purchasing a ticket as I dislike not knowing if I will get a good seat in free-sitting theatres. I don’t usually buy concession but decided to try the soft pretzel... no regrets on that purchase either.

This movie theater has recently been renovated. The chairs are nice and gives you plenty individual room to stretch your legs. . The bathrooms were clean. The concession stand has lots of choices. I love the summer movie event, this was our last visit, where the 10 oclock movie is only $1.00. This is a great deal and a nice thing to do on a very hot day or when its raining. The children and I really enjoyed going. Staff was nice and helpful.

GDX theater is great for big screen action. Clean theaters with rewards program available for frequent movie goers.
