An amazing, and lesser known mountain! The trailhead is a little difficult to find. Drive down marble road, and there is a sign saying parking. Park here, and walk up the road a little to find an orange gate. Walk up this trail, and you will eventually find a sign that says bayle mountain trail. Its a short moderate hike to the summit. There are amazing views of the mt washington valley, and the ossipee range!
Trying to find this mountain and Mt. Whittier led me to a private road. How do you expect people to find anything like this if it brings you to nothing but dead ends and private roads? Worst directions EVER. bring me to the trail head!
Quiet spot, amazing views
