Got my ID confiscated last night, although it was real and Im 22, because it was too shiny and from Michigan. Asked the bouncer to recheck it please as its my actual ID and he said nope call the non emergency police line. So I did and the police took it back from the bouncer to give to me. I was very upset with the way it was handled. I was upset the bouncer wouldnt just recheck or ask me questions. Even if he wouldve had one of the other 3 bouncers there check it, if he wasnt sure that wouldve been great. The bouncer did not even apologize upon realizing he messed up. He rolled his eyes and handed it back to the officer. This used to be my favorite bar and I can say I no longer will go back. I have been there numerous times before with no issue until this instance.

Great place. Drinks are pretty good. Some bartenders have a heavier hand than others so drink quality is varied drastically .Prices are pretty cheap. Place serves more as a dance club and does have some low end pool tables and dart boards but at the moment seems lacking. The club music is overplayed and repedititive and the dancefloor is barely full even at the busiest of moments. The crowd is generally younger mostly full of college kids. Being a dance club I feel this establishment would benefit more from throwing in some kareoke in the mix. The place is louder than it needs to be. With the lack of dancing happening the music becomes more of problem of trying to hear your friends than actually enjoying the environment. With that being said if your going to have a more dance club bar that does not fill the the dance floor but you have a full bar. You should think about an alternative for of entertainment and also extra places for people to sit down. You have a rear bar with no purpose since there is no bartender. So the tables and chairs in the back are practically useless unless you play darts or pool. But you always have a bit of walk to get a drink and if you have a crowd to get too the bar is annoying because nobody is on the dance floor your fighting threw a dense crowd because everyone is huddled together just too hear someone. In short its a great cheap place to get drunk. Just the entertainment venue dont match your majority crowd. I have seen more people dancing at a kareoke bar that is no bigger than a long john silvers. Strongly consider a kareoke/DJ combo. Get your patrons more involved with your business other than drinking and yelling at each other just to be loud enough to converse. You would be the only bar in the area with the space and potential to do it right.
