Ive been back twice now since the theater reopened after the Covid-19 shutdown. My compliments to the staff at the Oshkosh theater. I think they are doing an excellent job making the movie going experience safe. The floor is marked to direct the flow of traffic in the building. Theres hand sanitizer stations all over the place. The seats in the auditoriums are taped off to encourage physical distancing and so we know which seats are cleaned. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Its greatly appreciated.

I went and saw the re-release of IT on 8/6 with my siblings. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly.

We participated in the old Casper movie Halloween event geared towards kids for $1 per person with popcorn included. We ended up having the whole row to ourselves in the dream lounge recliner seats. Both of our kids, 4.5 and 1.5, had a great time! We ordered our tickets online and went straight in, the ticket checker viewed our email and it was seamless. We will be back.

Very clean! Customer service exceptional! Felt like a kid again and I always have a great experience at The Marcus Oshkosh Cinama! My visit was on 10/02/20. Seeing Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back!

Great theater experience especially during covid. I feel like they have done more than any other place I have seen yet. Very friendly staff as well.

Love taking the kids and hubby to the movie. Bought tickets and drink online it was ready when I got there. Place was clean and service was great.

The seat are sanitized then taped off when you seat you break the tape so they know which seats need to be cleaned and sanitized. Very clean. Good job!!

Good time currently showing a mix of new and old movies at a decent price however as is typical with theatre food snacks and beverage prices are a bit steep

Watched Knives Out today, and the experience was good. The theater was decently clean, the sound and picture were good, and the seats were comfortable. Obviously the popcorn at movie theaters is always great too!

The soda counter was sticky, all the sodas were empty on either syrup or carbonation, even the soda were getting stuck on from being so sticky, the womens bathroom was filthy, soap was empty, paper towel was empty. This theater is going down hill. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the seats. The recline and very comfortable. A little small if a bigger person were to sit in it but still comfortable

Comfortable chairs, clean auditorium good sound and picture quality. Considering the cost though, sitting through what seemed like dozens of commercials for Chevrolet and Sprint before the previews started was off-putting. Also worth mentioning that if you buy your tickets online you still need to stop at a tablet on a folding table and print physical tickets.

Other than the fact that our seats (reserved) were broken, we moved two seats over and there was food in our cup holders (popcorn) the movie was boring so we left half way through and asked if we could just get compt to watch a movie some other time or a refund, of course they said no, with the explanation of well well fix your seats (really during the movie while other people are watching or you going to stop the movie to fix the recliner?) We just left and probably wont go to that theater again, last time they tried to charge us $17 for a popcorn and soda..oops was their response well credit your card back..still waiting?!

Went in just for popcorn. I bought the bucket for the year a couple weeks ago so it was under 5.00 plus you get a refill free!! Bonus!! And it was freshly popped too!! Even better!!

Movie theaters are so much better than they used to be.This place has better food options, beer/wine, comfortable seating, and of course the movies look and sound incredible.

We went to a $5 Tuesday night (11/26/19) 7pm showing of Knives Out the movie itself was great. But our theater was very warm when we originally sat down. So I went up to the ticket desk and told an attendant that the theater was very warm. The lady said shed tell someone upstairs. During the movie the temperature stayed very warm and lady next to us commented that it seemed to get hotter. After the movie I told the same attendant that there issue persisted. This is very strange for the theater which is usually cold (the way I prefer it). Not only was it a comfort issue but it could have been a possible health issue for older adults. This wont stop my family from coming to the movies, but I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager for a refund.

LOVE this theater! Although the cost of the movie,then drinks, popcorn and treats came close to$80 for 3 of us,the seats themselves are ridiculously awesome &worth the price! Im talking divine-recline,lol,I almost forgot we were in a theater!! And The Lion King was a great movie too!

The theater is fine. The concessions are the biggest RIP OFF ever. $5 bottled water? Cost .25 cents? $8.50 for popcorn? Cost .25 cents.

Many screens, clean facility thorough, grill & fryer food available, sm. selection of adult alcohol beverages. Plenty of employees to be of an assistance.

This theater had the recliner seats, which are totally comfortable and nice to lounge in, watch a movie and easy popcorn. They also have a wide selection of food to pick from, Ive cream treats and slushies too. This is a nicely clean establishment and the service is quick to get you taken care of and off to your movie.

Went for a Tuesday night movie... my first time to the theater since moving from Appleton 2 months ago.Not a great experiance.We expected a lot of people, but one selfcheck in was down leaving 2. Then we waited in line for 15 min popcorn and soda due to EVERY screen having a movie starting between 7:25 and 7:40. 4 of the soda flavors were out of syrup on both machines, and my husbands recliner woudnt go all the way back.Not a great first impression

I grew up going to this theater. Recently I was home for the holidays and wanted to catch Frozen 2. The staff were friendly as usual and the whole building was very well maintained and clean. The only exception was a single bubbler (drinking fountain) that was out of order, and in obvious need of repair, but this had no impact on an otherwise flawless moviegoing experience.

Always clean, staff does a great job shuffling people through the snacks.

I personally like thia theatre because when you have a pass or go on tuesdays you get half off! Another thing that was cool was that in theatres 1-8 had 8k UHD video graphics!

Staff was very friendly, Amanda at the ticket area was very helpful and pleasant in helping me get a refund for two tickets. Theater was clean but lobby was a little dirty, tables not clean. But seriously people, pick up and throw away your own stuff, they are busy enough without having to be your mom and clean up after you.

Rude staff and lazy. The man at the pizza area was particularly rude, standoffish, and unpleasant. We have been coming here since our first date and now in the last two weeks service has declined to abysmal levels.

I usually love this place but there was a father and son at the movie too and the son was being disruptive. They were reported twice and the only thing that was done was on the second time reported they were told to quite down, not asked to leave. After attendant left the kid started again.

The chairs are comfy, the place clean, and the popular movies have plenty of screens. They also hire special needs adults to help with cleaning and ticket tearing which is great. I look forward to seeing those employees every time and talking with them. More places should be like this place regarding their treatment and partnership with special needs people and their quality of service.

Nice place with BIG cushy seats and usually a special that makes even the cheapest of concession buyers willing to buy something.Except for a single drink price, which is why there are 4 stars

Great variety of movies. Recommend dream loungers when watching any movie at a theater. Specials were given and honored which was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Responded to complaints well.Food was somewhat overpriced for the quality and quantity you received. Back bathrooms were dirty. After the last show of the night the sinks in the womens bathroom near theater 9 didnt work. Strange. Several customers disgusted.The bathroom was dirty, out of soap (both dispensers) and very dark due to certain light bulbs being out. Paper towel dispenser was empty and so was toilet paper in one stall. Could have been due to large amount of customers over the evening, but this is definetly something that should be monitored by employees. Certain soda dispensers were out of order as well. My rating is based on my findings this time and one other time. Overall it is a nice place to watch movies with family & friends, just disappointed on the cleanliness and pricing for some items.

Great movies, Great seats, Not the best food

The staff at Marcus theatre in Oshkosh is the worst! The woman helping us whose name is Monica literally put her hand up in my face as if to tell me to shut up! She did this not once but twice! She then proceeded to add a very snarky “your welcome” when I chose to simply walk away from the situation. The management at Marcus Theatre in Oshkosh clearly doesn’t care how their employees treat customers.

Only issue I have here is you often have to wait a long time at the restaurant counter for someone so.you can order drinks. Food is not bad at all.

The theatre itself is very nice and the seats are very comfortable. I am always deeply unimpressed with the staff. Whether they are rolling their eyes at you at the snack bar while placing your order, or busy on their cell phones it is very obvious they could care less if you are helped or not.

It was very dirty considering the time of night. The staff was kind of just standing around, there really wasnt a good excuse for it.The restaurant was just straight rude. My cheese curds were burned, the fried pickles tasted like they were pulled off a McDonalds hamburger and deep fried, and the staff was rude.We asked to add lettuce and tomato to the burger we ordered, (very common and standard toppings for a burger) and first were told, there isnt a button for that then were told we dont do custom orders on avengers opening weekend while I dont blame the worker directly,still ridiculous. I would go as far as saying a solid 70% of Americans eat their burgers with lettuce and tomatoes. NOT TO MENTION, it was slow! We were the ONLY people in line, and while waiting for our food (which took 20 min) there was 1-2 people not doing anything in the kitchen. Very very very poor management in this establishment, especially since it, at least used, to be one of the only good theaters around. I spent $120 here tonight, and was treated like I was freeloading. Might as well stick to the trashy theater here in town. At least I expect bad service there.

Every once in a while theres this one grumpy lady working there, and shes extremely vocal. Also, they dont seem to take clenliness complaints very seriously. Otherwise, very accommodating, fun time, nice new look, love the hot food!

I go to a lot of movies and enjoy the staff. There’s a shift lead named Mitchell who is one in a million. Super friendly and goes out of his way to take care of customers. My girlfriend and I enjoy coming especially when we come and talk with him.

We like using the kiosks to pick up already purchased tickets. Bathrooms were good. Seats were comfy.

Tuesday $5 movie with free popcorn and comfortable recliners

Great theater and the dream lounge seating is awesome. Now the concessions are another story. Nearly $10 for a large popcorn and $8 for a drink that outrageously overpriced in my book I get that thats where they make their money and I see why. Fountain drinks are insanely cheap as well as popcorn i can see a 300% mark up but 1000% is pushing it. I sincerely hope they find another way to make their money and power the prices of the concessions.

I love this theater since the upgrades. The nachos are amazing. They need to fix their lounge seating in some theaters.

I had an amazing experience here. Its very well maintained, not very expensive and I think it has the best seating arrangement. The couches are very comfortable and cosy. Its located near the highway so easily accessible.

Love their reclining seats. If you go on Tuesdays, it can be an inexpensive date. Their popcorn is much better here than at the theaters in Appleton.

11/21/18 at 9:45pm: Horrible staff. Horrible service. Was being helped by a gentleman at the refreshment counter. He was absolutely rude. I asked if it would be helpful to get all our food on one beeper and the response was thats too late. Then we tried to order a specific wrap and was told they were out. That was fine. Except then we asked what they did have he replied, well, just ask me. So we asked for a different wrap and they were out. Its not the fact that they were out of food that was the problem....our problem was with the negative and rude attitude that was given. Never coming to watch a movie here in Oshkosh ever again.

Great local theater. I was expecting something very small and was pleasantly surprised to find a well- maintained and updated theater with dream loungers. The staff was all very welcoming and kind.

Its Thanksgiving Day Weekend and we knew it would be busy. 2 lines open for food and drinks and only 1 worker at each line. 30+ people in each line with wait times of over 25 minutes. Poor staff planning today.

The guy who tore our tickets was lacking people skills...but overall a nice theatre. Nice that they have food options. Negative would be the bathrooms are a bit if a hike compared to the Valley Grand in Appleton.

This is such a relaxing, comfortable, and clean place. Staff always patient, helpful, and understanding of needs of movie goers. Highly recommended for date nights, child safe and friendly. Place to allow your mind to relax and enjoy a stress free moment to escape reality into a dream.

The movie keep stopping but everyone seeing that movie got a coupon for a free movie! Love those big recliners and so much room! I will definitely come back!

Decent seats and you get what you pay for. At Zaffiro’s, however...fire the kid who works up front at the cashier. He’s rude beyond belief. He literally snaps his fingers to get people’s attention if they’re distracted for 2 seconds, he throws menus at you if you don’t answer with what you want right away, and he loudly complains about his job with his coworkers who work the grill. If you hate your job so much, get a better personality and quit.

Absolutely hate that you have to reserve your seats. No more walking into a theater and watching a movie unless you want the front row. Not helpful staff.

You know how going to a movie you always planned for it to be cold? It was uncomfortably warm.

It was a really nice theater! The seats recline and are really nice leather and the popcorn/drink combo was fairly cheap if you are a member! The theater was clean, but the lines for popcorn are really long. That is the only downside.

Have gone to the movies hundreds of times! I love the place! With the renovation going to the movies is almost like watching movies at home! Better food better sound! Always looking for to seeing new movies!

Dreamlounger seating makes every movie a good movie. One policy complaint. My girlfriend bought tickets online and was not a Rewards member. Since she got the tickets, I didnt qualify for the free popcorn that Rewards members get, even though I am a Rewards member.

Every theater has the dream lounge seating and reserve seating making this theater absolutely amazing. I come here to see all the new releases, and utilize their student discount. I never purchase a ticket at the movie theater I’m always prepared by purchasing it online and easily getting it at the pick up kiosk. Of course food and drinks are going to be extremely expensive however the cafe has decent food, but is mostly worked by teenagers who aren’t very concerned about sanitary situations or attitude. The cafe could work on customer service.

The Icey machines where not working. I also like to have free reign over the butter for popcorn not have it put on by the staff.

We drove from Fond du lac for the great seats. our family appreciated they had their five dollar Tuesday special AND were open on Christmas. The kids enjoyed the treat of the movie.
