Lived here for 14+ years. We enjoy being in this community. Also a big shout out for the property manager Jennifer!! She helped us so much to get into our new place. Jennifer and her crew works hard to clean up the community when she took over. Awesome job Jennifer and crew.

If you are looking for a very quiet place to live Id recommend this area for sure. The people in the office are very nice and they do their job as fast as they can to give people answers.

I have lived here 8 years and have lived it for the most part. You know you got some neighbors that drive you crazy some days....lol, otherwise not a bad community overall.

Edison Estates is a great community. When buying our home, the office manager Jenifer, was very helpful and made the buying process very easy. When ever we have had an issue the maintenance guys are very helpful.

Overall, a very nice, quiet, and enjoyable place to be. Jenifer is a very nice and polite office manager as well, highly recommended

They are very friendly people when u come up to the office and matinence people and a good place to live could have more thing for the kids to do besides playing in the roads and can fix the street from holes.

Need to fix their roads so many pot holes
