There are two water falls here surrounded by poppies and a cool looking tree growing on a rock structure. You’ll see this as you walk to and from the Phantom Falls (the main attraction) if you follow the trail. In the spring after some rain, the ground will be muddy and wet so you really need to wear water proof boots or else you’ll be worrying about your shoes getting muddy and your feet getting soaked.

The entire Table Mountain experience blew me away! I guess I wasnt expecting the lush display of wild flowers and greenery and 3 beautiful flowing waterfalls all wrapped up in one adventure! Granted its only like this in the Spring shortly after a good rain. Note: There is NO trail. One just meanders across (northwest) the table, which even though there maybe dozens if other folks around, you still get the feeling of having space to yourself. On the way back we found a sort of trail but taking it would have you cross the creek above Ravine Falls but is faster to get to Phanton Falls. This area is now one of my favorite places and a new go-to Spring destination. Honestly Ive never seen so much beauty in one place that I originally misjudged as nothing to do there. Hopefully this review will get you to go out there before the wildflowers wither! Its quite a display!
