Its a beautiful small park. There is no official entry, but you can park nearby at the steam plant parking lot where there is an access way. Its a nice walk through. Ive heard that theres only one summer student worker thats hired to maintain it each year, so Id say its pretty good considering that fact.

Small garden with lot of pine kind trees. It has a nice path to the river. Good place summer relaxing time.
