The Highlands Mobile Home Park

Very nice park. Lots are spacious and most homes are newer.

If you dont know where youre going you will get lost in there theres only one dead end Street good luck

My dad lives here. Although he does not leave his trailer, there are amazing facilities in this mobile home neighborhood. Look, they are mobile homes, but this isnt your freeway adjacent, 70s trailer park. Legitimately the clubhouse is really cool. Pool tables, room for parties, big TVs. Outside is a nice pool, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tons of other cool sport or game setups. Plus its in Oro Valley, with amazing mountain views. No shame in living in this place.

This place has no speed bumps or speed limit signs. And no security gate. Anybody can come and go as they please.

Would love to buy in here but they dont allow a pet. Does anyone know why? Hoping that will change so that we are able to reside there. Beautiful place.

Its a great 55+ Residential Community. We are glad that we own a home and a space in this park.

The people who reside in the Highlands Mobile Home Park are very outgoing and friendly. We enjoyed a morning coffee gathering twice while visiting relatives who have a place in the park. They have a very active agenda for the residents including a senior citizens overnight bus tour.

It is a 55+ manufactured home neighborhood, well maintained and a lot of amenities. I was there for their annual community yard sale. Super nice people.

No dogs what a relief...there should be more parks like highland...

I buy ammo, and fire arms, at a great price. The employees are very knowledgeable in what they sell

Its a fun place

The place itself is nice but they won’t allow my tiny dog. A house is not a home without a pet so not the place for me to buy.

My parents live here and they hardly ever complain. All the neighboors seem very friendly and the pool is always clean. The people in the office seem to be friendly as well. Recommended to any 55+ couple or person.

55 and older. Great bunch of people all caring about each other.
