This Volleyball Club is Amazing. Their Training and Amount of Respect is On Top of every level. I have been with this club since 2012 and My level of skills has increased over the Years. I truly recommend!!!

Great Volleyball Club, I love this extended family! Excellent Coaches, Excellent Practices, Awesome Elites Teams. The communication is excellent, Michelle & Nestor look for ways to make you feel like family.

They are Awesome Club my daughter it’s been there since 2012 and has been the Best all the communication is super up to date for my daughter has been growing experience and learning more and more thruw our the time. I’m very happy and my daughter more.

Excelent club!!! Not expensive as other clubs, girls really enjoy while they learn and practice. Very successful club with teams winning tournaments most of the time in every category and most important, they treat you not as a member, but as a family! The best club in Florida!! Go Tainas!!!

The customer services is really poor and somewhat disrespectful when it comes to answer questions in regard scheduling. They need to implement a better way to communicate last time changes in their schedule.

Great trainer without a doubt but the customer service is aweful and Michelle is highly disrespectful. They put all notifications on an app and send a lot of notifications that most times don’t pertain to the team in which your kid belongs. They make a schedule and put them in PDF format and you’re supposed to go over the schedule every week to check if your kids has practice or not. When I contacted Michelle to ask her what happened she responded with attitude towards me saying that I was the ONLY PERSON that has EVER GIVEN HER PROBLEMS. This tells me thy you as a parent cannot make any complains nor forget to check their app which is very messy and difficult to follow.I told her since I was a problem for her to refund me what I had paid for the month. She replied to me with a cynical laugh that she didn’t have to refund me anything because the schedule was in their app.I felt highly disrespected by the way Michelle replied to me and her attitude. By her telling me that I was a PROBLEM for her business, I understand that she didn’t want to do business with me, and by the way she laughed at me when I requested refund so I wouldn’t take my daughter again, she showed her lack of professionalism towards her customers. It seems that TVC forget that they’re a BUSINESS. And as such they have to learn to deal with all type of customers with the most respect. I will never recommend this club to anyone.*********************************************After the response from the owner was received on Facebook, I replied to them with pictures of the conversation I had with Michelle Diaz since on the reply I was called disrespectful and problematic. I posted the replies sent to me through text in which the manager responded with disdain, and I also let them know that I had 4 people listening to the conversation since I had her on Bluetooth. There were even parents around my car who could hear how she was talking to me in such a disrespectful way. I also made public the fact that they do not replenish the refreshments frequently, they have training on Fridays that end a 10pm as well as they don’t even check for the bathroom to see if there’s toilet paper.I also made public the fact that they make revenue from the CashApp transactions they request since they are not willing to pay as a business for the 2.8% they state they to pay for the service. They actual charge they are supposed to pay is 2.75%. This can be verified on Square website which owns CashApp.The reviews option on Facebook has been deleted right after my response. I guess they do not want their customers to know about they lack of business ethics.

Almost no seating available to watch the practice, and there was very disrespectful customer service. Overall highly disappointed
