Went to RecRoom for a pool table based on a friends recommendation. Jay at RecRooms was very helpful and gave us a great deal. Manny and Fred came to install and were very friendly and answered any further questions. If you need good service at a great price, Jay at RecRoom is the man.

I just wanted to give a special Thank You to Mike and the staff at Rec Rooms of Central Florida. Buying a pool table is almost as stressful as buying a house. Between finding the right one, going new or used, logistics,etc. Mike at Rec Rooms was actually one of the last calls I made in my search of finding a pool table. I can honestly say that he was very straight forward from the beginning and gave honest advice. Every other person I spoke to sounded like a used car salesman (I hate used car salesman) He was very patient and took the time to explain differences between tables, Table sizes, pros and cons. He also took it upon himself to explain the differences between American made and imported tables and their individual benefits. He helped me make an educated decision and assisted me with what turned out to be a fairly complicated move of our Pool table. Not once did I receive any Sub-Par service nor did I feel taken advantage of.The installer team was great and I really felt like they took the time to make sure everything was right, everything lined up and was perfectly setup.Special Thank you to Manny and team for the install also, we love our New Pool table. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest, quality service.

I have never left a review for anyone before, but after my experience with jay at RecRooms I had to le people know how great they are!!! I Just recently purchased an air hockey table from here, once I got it home I noticed a small dent on the table. Without hesitation Jay offered to replace the table or send me money back!!! I have to say there customer service is great!!! on top of that, the quality of the air hockey table is amazing !!! anytime I call they answer right away. I have shopped their prices on several items and they have been lower than others and with better service!!! I strongly recommend these guys!!!!

I met Dave at RecRooms of Central Florida. I cant say enough about him, personally. He was the ideal employee. Knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Any business would be lucky to have him as a part of their team. The store was great, lots of selection and fair prices, but the real draw as a customer is a great staff. I was looking for a particular arcade game from the early nineties. I had spoken to a few other places, but no one seemed able or willing to help me procure the game system I wanted. I e-mailed Rec Rooms and within a few hours I received a response from Jay indicating that he had a system with game I wanted. I traveled to the store and Jay gave me several different options allowing me to customize the system to my liking. They provided me with an excellent system at more than a fair price. I will be recommending them to any of my friends who need games or other Rec Room items.

Very pleased with my experience. Purchased a cabinet arcade, shuffleboard table and they did some work to my existing pool table. Jay was great to work with through the entire process, and the install team did a great job as well making sure everything was done correctly and just the way we wanted it. I was very interested in checking out their arcade cabinets, but the store clerk seemed a bit anxious to have my team and I step out. Seemed he was speaking to some friends and couldnt be bothered. We were in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes. I am very disappointed in such customer service. Did not bother to ask if we had questions or anything. Thank you, we will try some other place.

If you are looking for China made pool tables, stay far away from RecRooms USA. This store is built on high American made quality. My experience here was 5 star. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and proud of being a shop that produces American made pool tables.

Honesty I came in because I happened to spot some arcade cabinets from the street. I know my father had been looking for one to give to my mother as an anniversary present. I went inside and the gentlemen (there was a group of three guys) didnt seem to want anything to do with me. The man in the middle muttered welcome like he was being forced to when I came in and was quick to mention the prices of the cabinets ($1999 & $2300 if Im not mistaken) almost like he thought it was going to scare me off. I tested the cabinet out for approximately a minute when he basically kicked me out the store. Whatever, we got another great cabinet from another source and got great customer service from the other supplier. Its great what a smile can do when trying to make a sale ️wouldnt come back here and definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone looking for cabinets.EDIT: I see that there has been a response and I would like to reiterate that I wasnt there to hang out but intended to get a gift for my mother. This is not fake news and the fact that a simple apology isnt offered is a good testiment on what was mentioned above in regards to customer service.

I struggled a bit between giving them a 2 star rating or a 1 star rating. They do have a wide assortment of products, but their customer service is horrible.I dont want to provide too many specifics, but my advice to anyone reading this is that if you are dealing with Jay the owner, make sure you get every last detail in writing. He doesnt seem willing to stand behind his product, and tends to yell at anyone who questions him. If you search Google for Rec Rooms USA Rip Off report you will find a complaint from a different individual.I know there are two sides to every story, and I decided to try this company despite the poor marks Jay received on the rip-off report, but now I wish I hadnt.I think their prices are competitive, but its not worth the hassle of having to deal with them. I would rather pay a few percent more to give my business to a company that stands behind their product, and treats customers with respect. Perhaps I caught the owner on a bad day, but he has no understanding of how to treat customers (or potential customers).Buyer Beware

I stumbled upon RecRooms USA after almost purchasing a table from The Big Retail Neighbors (RecoRooms shares a Parking lot with Sports authority, and Dicks is down the Street). I glad that I walked in here and talked with Jay about the practically unknown (to me) world of high end Billiards.Jay was very knowledgeable on all of the tables and products in the store as well as billiard tables in general. I decided on a custom table that he and I built in the store, and was later delivered directly to my home. The entire process was very easy, from the purchase to the delivery and installation. I have nothing but positive comments to anyone thinking of going here.

Best gaming company ever I can get whatever here to old games like Pacman or galaga all the way to a claw machine or a skeeball machine they have the old classic games that I used to play and arcade games that they have now the also have pool table and darts for so low prices I went in and bought a pool table with good quality for only around $1000 it was great so I highly recommend going to this amazing place for cheap stuff in good quality also I asked if they were used pool tables cause they were so cheap and he said no go here what are you waiting for
