One of the most classic Disney attractions, they had to put a second Dumbo next to the first due to its popularity. When the pandemic is over they will go back to an indoor waiting area, fully air conditioned, and plenty of activities for the little ones. (The current wait line does go inside so you csn cool off but the kids activities are on hold for now). Adults and children alike love this attraction!

This was our first ride at Magic Kingdom. The lines were long early at Magic Kingdom, but I wanted to get kids on something after walking around for minutes. Nice ride for very young kids.

Grands love this. I cant ride things that go around slowly as I vomit. Loved watching family enjoying it .

It’s fun. It’s a favorite. But if the line is long it is a long time to wait for a couple minutes going around in circles. There are now two rides, which would make things faster, except one of them is dedicated for FastPass+.

Kids love dumbo.Its cute, its something that Mom Dad and kids can ride together.I remember riding this when I was very little when Walt Disney world opened in 71.I was 2 and rode with my dad.I still remember holding on to my dads arm and being afraid because I thought the elephant would fly away.Its because of those memories that I like to ride it today and very happy and proud to ride with my son.

Cute little ride! Only four stars because they were having problems keeping the ride running. Fortunately there are two sides, so if one was down, the other could at least take people.

Kids love Dumbo...decent ride and I am over 63 and it isnt terribly uncomfortable with one of my kids in with me. Since they added another Dumbo ride wait times are reduced and they also have a play area inside where kids can run around in the AC and its decent sized . Here you can wait with a pager until you are called to the ride. A good resting depot for parents they can be in line for a ride but be able to sit and relax a few minutes while kids can run around inside where you can see them. Disney did a lot to massively improve the experience at this ride I hope this is a trend in the future for more attractions.

The new dumbo is one of the best rides for kids. The play place during the wait is brilliant.

The ride is good, but the line is great! Its a super-cool air-conditioned dumbo-circus themed playland. I could spend hours here, and so could the kids. Once youre in, they give you a restaurant-style light-up, vibrating pager, which also talks, to let you know when its your turn to ride Dumbo.The only thing that would be better, would be if the play area were larger, and you didnt have to wait to get into it. If there were a Starbucks for the parents there, it would make me the happiest dad on earth if I could escape the baking Floridian sun & reenergize with a dose of caffeine while the kids cool down & play at the same time. I would be there every afternoon.

My kids love this ride and it offers a play area for them inside. Line moves pretty quick most of the time. FYI check out the peanuts in the Walk way as your walking in.

Probably my favourite one of these sorts of rides. Kids enjoyed the queue more than the ride - there is a play area pen you go into as part of waiting.

Dumbo the Flying Elephant is always a fun ride for our kids (7 and 4). There is a play area for waiting if you need a break while waiting in line. Of course with FastPass+ its a quick line. Fun little ride.

Loved this ride. Had a place for the kids to play in the middle if the line was long. Great place for parents to sit and take a rest in air conditioning.

Just as fun as I remember as a kid. My kids loved being able to see the castle from so far away.

Was told halfway through the wait that the kids play place would take you out of line and you would go to the back of the line. Posters didnt state that and many people were mad. Kids working didnt know how to handle upset customers. I asked to speak with a manager and she didnt know what to do. Actual ride was fine.

Its the iconic ride. The best part of waiting for this ride is that theres an indoor play land about halfway through the wait. When you get there, they give you a pager, like at a restaurant, and your kids can run and play instead of standing still in line for the remainder of the time. Our wait wasnt too long either time, but it felt like nothing when you didnt have to wrangle the kids to stay off the chains or leave some space. The ride is what youd expect. We rode it both days.

The kids love it, the line is so long that they actually put it in an air conditioned building with restrooms and a play area in it.

Not a bad ride for kids. The waiting line is a restaurant style buzzer system where the kids can play on a huge, carnival themed playground. The ride goes in a circle and you can move up or down with a toggle switch. Supposedly the back seat can cause the cart to tilt forward or backward but I didnt notice it doing anything.

The new Dumbo setup is perfect for families, no matter the size. Basically theyve added a fully enclosed playground with attractions for all different age groups. We took a break there since theres AC and let our daughter play for a bit. Whenever youre ready just go back up front and get in line for the ride. Fantastic idea by Disney, knowing it can tough in the heat with small kids.

The que of this ride is awful for any adults without kids like my husband and I. You get a paiger to wait in a kids play area to get back in line.

It really reminds me of a carnival ride I kind of expect more from Disney especially after waiting 45 minutes it should be a more creative ride like a lot of them really are. This one is definitely not and its a spinning ride so if that makes you nauseous dont do it

The Indoor Playland is a great place for little ones to play in cool air conditioning while the parents can sit.

Nice. Maybe it is just nostalgia rearing its sentimental head but I liked the old Dumbo better.

Terrific for little kids. Think twice about the Barnstormer for little kids. Dumbo is your best bet.

Great for young kids. Interactive queue with play structure, so a long line isnt bad for kids. For that reason dont waste a fast pass.

This used to be a LONG line (over 60 minutes) out in the heat. But Disney really improved it and did it right! Now there are two of them side-by-side and you wait in the comfort of an air conditioned play place for the kids until your time comes to ride the ride! Really the best way to wait in a line!

Classic! My 3yr old son loved it! My 1yr old son just kind of liked it... but it’s a classic!

Fun spinning ride with no age or height restriction, so a great spot to take your very young children for a ride. The wait can get pretty long, but theres a play area for young ones to enjoy while the parents wait in line. Theres a Dumbo seat for taking pictures just outside the ride, but Ive never seen a Photo Pass photographer there, so youll need to take your own pictures or find someone to snap one for you.

A fun ride but dont get sucked in by the waiting area! It only lets you pause in your wait, not hold your place in line. It lets you take a break from standing in line and then returns you right to where you left off. The play area they offer looks fun for the kids but personally Id rather just stand in line and get on the ride than stand in line, sit in the waiting area, stand in line some more and then finally get on the ride.

I love that they have implemented a play area while waiting to ride the ride- a great place to cool down in a/c when visiting in the summer. Classic Disney. Love.

This ride has an indoor play area to wait in that is actually more fun than the ride itself. Great to cool down in and let the kids have a run around. The actual ride is a simple revolving one, like a carousel but with a lift lever to fly. Good for younger kids.

The 30 second ride is not worth the 20-30 min wait! But at least you get to wait indoors in a playground style area where your kids can play. You get a number and when it lights up and plays music its your turn so you get back in line. Its a cool system, but the ride is under 1 min! Id rather waste 30 mins waiting elsewhere, on a cooler ride.:

A classic. Fun for the little ones and a relaxing break for the adults. Instead of waiting in line children can play in a circus themed jungle gym while parents hold on to buzzers and wait for their families turn. In the future I hope to see this innovation on more Disney ride lines.

I have been fortunate enough to ride Dumbo with each of my children for their first flying elephant rides

A pretty basic ride but it is iconic and smaller kids love it. What pushed it to five stars for me is the air conditioned play room that you can use rather than standing in line. My kids didnt want to leave the play room for the ride.

Typical theme park ride and that goes in circles and up and down. You can find these type of rides in almost every kids park. Nothing special about it.

Excellent concept of letting children play in an air conditioned tent while the parents wait as well. Parents are given a restaurant-style buzzer to let them know when it is time to ride the attraction. Very well thought-out and executed childrens ride.

Its an indoor waiting area for an outdoor ride. The area is air conditioned and it offers a play yard bouncy ball fun area for children to play. You are issued a buzzer to alert you of your turn to ride. Absolute genius

Kids were terrified which added to my enjoyment. Its a simple ride, and takes me back to my childhood but not much on stimulation. Peter Pan and Haunted House are better attractions.

Great ride in disney for little kids and family. In the line there is a circus that kids can play in. I give it four stars due to the line wait.

I may be bias because Im a HUGE Dumbo fan, but this ride is a classic!! Always a short wait and the cast members are friendly. Dont forget to stop in the Big Top store for souviners!

Such a great attraction for everyone in the family. My 10 month old loved it. The addition of two sets of Dumbos and an indoor waiting area make this great for little ones.

This is a perfect little ride for kids. They get a control going up and going down. So I would say if the line is long its not really worth the wait I get a FastPass go to the Splash Park and then come back when your Fastpass time is ready.

This is the classic ride (that was copied again for The Magic Carpets of Aladdin on the other side of the park). You ride around in a circle on a Dumbo, and are able to control whether it goes up or down. You fly over a canal of water, but you dont get wet.

Fun for kids, not for others.

This is SO MUCH FUN!!! Im a big baby when it comes to heights and my kids get a kick out of seeing me freak out a bit by this ride. Its perfect for the adventurous little ones and just right for grown ups like me who are slightly scared of heights! ; )

It was my 3 yo favorite. They have a cool spot inside with a play place to decompress for a while. And of course the ride was fun.

A classic, and well maintained. The indoor play area is great for when you have to go through the long line without a fastpass.

Were grown adults and we still like this ride. Its simple, you just ride around in a circle and go up and down (stay in the up position). Parents get a break and you can sit down out of the summer heat, in the air conditioning while the kids play in the playground. Wins all around especially if its raining!
