This is an unfinished facility by the Developer. The acoustics are very bad in both meeting rooms. Community meetings held are a disasterbecause those attending may not hear every spoken word clearly, causing misunderstandings.If social events are held in these rooms, and a group of adults carry on normal conversation, the sound level raises beyond comprehension.The windows have no shades installed, and the sun at certain angles is blinding those in the room.Important to note that there is no active day to day management of the Rec Center. No Activities Director. Lacks Security in the evenings and weekend.The Developer turned over this facility to HOA with these and other known shortcomings.Yes, the Rec Center facilities, including the basket ball courts,swimming pool, the tennis courts, and Building itself maybe impressiveat a first, superficial look.It is obviously designed to help sales of homes at Eagle Creek.The Rec facilities look good enough to fool potential buyers during a quick walk through.But real users of the facility know that this facility needs to get finished, in all its details, and to get better day to day maintenance, and supervision.As is, it is only just a sales gimmick for the Developer.

Just has enough to start weight training. Some of the equipment is broken. The weights are too small. Only dumbells, cable, and basic machines in there.

Love this location for events. I wish anyone could rent

Its a basic gym. the price point is amazing, you pay for the HOA card and you are set. the facility is clean but it badly needs more equipment such as barbells and a bench press

We never use the the basketball court before, we live here & the one time we get harassed by security, we couldn’t believe in our own community this would happen!!

The facilities are nice and new. Even has a banquet room. Wish the gym had more free weights though.

Great facility for events and exercise. There is also a regular pool and a splash pool, gazebo, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground. This is a residents- only facility in a gated community.
