This place is awesome! Nice little place on the side of the road, the people who work there are veteran volunteers, most of them from Vietnam. Do not underestimate the amount of knowledge they have you can ask them anything. The vet that gave us the tour was very welcoming and friendly. It’s the kind of place you remember and tell other people about, what makes it great is the people there that care and want to educate people without compensation. Definitely would come again to donate extra uniform items!
This place should be at the top of the What to do in Orlando list, it is highly recommended for the whole family, you can spend an excellent afternoon of knowledge, history and fun. You can get on all kinds of war vehicles and even ride in an original Jeep of the time, true veterans of the Vietnam War accompany you on an exciting tour of all areas, the entrance is absolutely free but you can make donations. You have a bar where you can enjoy beers or very cold drinks while enjoying a spectacular view of the site. You must bring cash as in Vietnam they do not have card payment.
The Bunker was much more than what we expected. The tour was interactive, the tour guides informed and the facility well kept. Choosing to socialize after, we felt welcomed and learnt so much while engaging in some military traditions, Meeting veterans and serving members from around the world made me feel like part of a much wider group. Well be back Bunkers.
We were surprised. At first we werent sure about the place but the kids loved it and it does have a variety of vietnam war helicopters, jeeps and other memorabilia. We were offered a tour around the museum which was small but cull of gadgets, clothing, and whatnot. The person that gave us the tour was super friendly! Since it was Saturday, we got free admission.
Honored to be able to visit. It is free and run by volunteer veterans relying on donations. Tons of memorabilia and some equipment you can get into up close and interact with. Theres a lot to take in even with such a small museum. Surprisingly pleased with our volunteer veteran tour guide, who was super friendly and extremely knowledgable as he puts everything in great perspective and youll be more appreciative of the history and sacrifices made. Its a hidden gem!
Small place, huge history. Worth the stop.
Great free activity, the staff gave me a personal tour, due to lack of tourist.
A good time with much vietnam war history in the room inside
I know this place well (Hi Gunny Mac) I built the platform for the Huey helicopter, handrail leading up to the pavilion and some other stuff as a volunteer. Youve really expanded since Ive been there.this place is well worth visiting. They rescued the orange county wall from destruction. And they never forget, as we should never forget. God bless you my brothers and welcome home.
This is a great little museum. A great place for veterans to hang out. Run by a all volunteer staff and solely on donations. Go check it out. The staff will be happy to answer your questions and tell you some interesting stories. Go there, make a donation, and help support this local treasure. Highly recommended
Awesome tour and outdoor bar on property! Great collection.
Very emotional site to visit. A lot of Vietnam Era memorabilia from all military branches. Joe was very knowledgeable about the material, vehicles and other artifacts at the museum. He was also friendly. We will return as there is a lot to see.
This place is unique, brings you a piece of what it was back then
There are very cool displays of all the land air and sea military transportations outside, the inside was decent overall especially for it being free admission but very small. But it is very confusing to find the entrance of the museum there are no signs whatsoever, its actually hidden in the back of the main building. I walked to the bar to ask someone where the museum was. Overall good experience but wouldnt go out of my way to visit, only if you happened to be in the area.
Had a great interesting time at the bunker yesterday a tour by a very knowledgeable bother . Suggest you go see it and bring the kids to learn about Vietnam and other wars .
Cool stuff to see from the military!!
This place always takes care of us!! Great place for military events
Great place, check out the history there.
Great local museum with hands on opportunities
I really enjoyed this place. If you want a piece of Vietnam then you will not be disappointed. From start to finish I was in awe. I thought I knew a lot about the war there but these guys blew my mind.Authentic and realistic vehicles, aircraft and watercraft. Weapons and combat gear. And wait till you see there mock fire base camps. Exquisite detailing.
Awesome museum and awesome people who run the place. Definitely worth a look
Hello this is sam this is the best Vietnam war museum i have been to i highly recommend this place the tour guide was helpfull on teaching us on the veitnam war and weapons.
Cool place with some historical military pieces and a beer / wine tiki bar. Open only on weekends .

What a great place, and you cant ask for better people. Always a great time when we come here
What a cool place to see!! A real hidden jem for bikers who enjoy a great ride. Strike out and go see the Memorial! Its a great spot to see. Oh, its call The Bunker!
Great history here
Very surprised to see this place as I have searched many times for war related museums and exhibits and have never seen this listed. A super staff of guides on site especially Ramon, who let us look around and offered stories and facts on exhibits. Authentic military vehicles, weapons, all kinds of objects from both sides. Was very impressed and moved by a lot of the stories there. Vietnam War definitely deserves more recognition and understanding. This place does a great job. Weekends only 12-5pm.
It was an amazing place even though the location was a bit suprising. We got a tour of the place by Vietnam veterans. There were pieces of military hardware that wouldve been used during the conflict 50 years ago including a Huey helicopter. The tour was very well given and the man had a lot of experiences and knowledge to share. It was an awesome experience and I recommend that you stop by if you are in the area. If youre a UCF student then its literally 5min away right next to the school. Take a quick history field trip. Its worth it.
Awesome place put together for Veterens & the public to enjoy. All volunteer workers & survives on donations
This is a free museum to learn about the Vietnam War and veterans who served.
Very educational, great family time!
Very interesting Museum we need to support them
An experience for all. These folks put a lot of time and effort into maintaining this very unique museum and outdoor displays.
You must see for yourself. Kind of small but with rich history. Outside bar, friendly people, and tucked away in a small neighborhood in East Orlando.
If you have not been, you should really make it happen. GO ! This is much more than a museum. Take your children, take your grandchildren. Wether you are a veteran or not, this place is very special. So much light shed on what, Americans give, that our freedoms and rights, are preserved. Even for the haters n whiners in our, America !
Was there when we first got the site. Need to get back and see how the place has built up. Havent been there for 19 years.
Great people who have GREAT respect for all of our veterns
Looks interesting from outside but is not clear if is open to public or not
Great place to visit, but the real plus they have cold beer
It’s great to find people passionate about history.

Today i go back again, very nice people and awesome place to visit
Cool
A fitting tribute to those who gave there all
A great place to go, spend a few hours and learn about the Vietnam War. Lots of very real displays and equipment complete with a real bunker, navy patrol boat, a Huey, a Marine A-4 and an APC (Armored Personnel Carrier). It does not get any more real than this. I was out there on a hot and humid day that felt like being in Vietnam again!
