The new policies they have in place for social distancing is wonderful. Took my kids there and they enjoyed the food as always. They had an employee monitoring the amount of people in the arcade area, a few employees roving the game area sanitizing machines constantly, and several games unable to us so there was no way to be next to others. We enjoyed ourselves with no worries.
I play ddr here very often, especially wednesday, but i noticed the Left pad (player 1) the right arrow is very sensitive and hope it could be worked on or something. I play singles and doubles as well, and when i play doubles, the arrow auto triggers and messes up combos and rhythm. Also when its a versus game, its unfair for the other player since theyll be constantly missing notes. Hope i can get a reply or something, i really appreciate you guys
My kids love to come here. The games are great and they have good food too. Its not too expensive, and overall you get a good value and keep your kids entertained
Very friendly atmosphere. Nice place to spend some time with friends and family.
There were many people there all running around. I thought it was geared toward adults. We were there for a relaxing night to enjoy ourselves.
On October 25 around 6-7 the lady at the front desk told my friend that he couldnt have any outside drinks. Understandable he asked if there was a garbage or if she could throw it away. She takes the drink and throws it out. She then proceeds to tell us we need IDS to come in and that there is also a wait. Two of us didnt have IDs so we left. Thanks lady your great!
COVID made it a different experience Im sure but all in all had a blast. Got there just in time before the rush. Food was excellent and the drinks were even better!!
The food and drinks were fine, the service was a bit slow, we attended a birthday party and it was very full.Would like to see more staff to attend to patrons.Games were great, atmosphere was fantastic!Grill cheese was served toasty and fresh.Nachos were plentiful with the right amount of seasoning.3 solid stars.
They only have 1 bottle of hand sanitizer in the front by the entrance. You would think that would have more around the facility since people are constantly touching the machines. It also doesnt seem like they are going around cleaning and sanitizing the machines often.
Always a great place for entertainment and having fun, there was a wait to get in so my suggestion is to show up early, but I enjoyed it everytime
So great during peak hrs yo you might wait 45-120 minutes to get in.. Call Ahead get on the list.
This was our first time at D&B and I was not satisfied. We did the eat and play. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and did not get our drinks until after we were done eating. We waited 40 minutes for our glasses of water. Im not sure if the service was just terrible or if they were understaffed. I got a cheeseburger which was burnt. The fries were really good. By the time the manager came and talked to us we had finished our meals and still didnt have our drinks. The manager did comp our drinks but the little he did didnt make up for the lack of service. This is the worst service I have ever had. We did the eat and play combo which the waitress told us there was a special combo today for all unlimited play. After we paid we found out the unlimited play is only for the non ticket games. There are not many non ticket games. As a family we did have fun on the arcade side. Not sure if we will ever eat there again
We met with friends at this place for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic.
I suppose due to COVID-19 they could not give me a precise waiting time. Which I thought was absurd since calling before hand they told me there was a wait but that they couldnt tell approximately how long it would be.
Our server Cole and basketball connect 4 was the only good thing about our visit. The greeter at the door seemed to care less about life itself. He barely acknowledged us and walked away. Oh I guess were supposed to follow him to our table. So we did. He sat down our menus and walked away without a word. Then....Cole came. Cole was awesome! Nice, friendly, patient and seemed to like his job. Then, Cole brought the food. My boyfriend had Tuscan chicken Alfredo in which he said was yummy. I had some chicken sandwich thingy with fried onions on it with a side of fries. The fries were fresh the sandwich was salty, cooked too long, dry and yucky. I also had a watermelon margarita that was missing the tequila. Bummer. Oh! We had mozzarella bites for an appetizer. What a joke. They were soggy and obviously microwaved. But we go for games right?? Well most of them were broken. And just as many cost almost all of your tokens. We spent $100 on disappointments. Ah well *shoulder shrug* life is lessons.
It’s good for the children but also man can enjoy a lot u remind your childhood in ghis place ... place is really nice.
Fun games but cheap on the tickets. Very limited food section. Some games shut down to allow for social distance.
It was fun me and my girlfriend had a good time especially when redeeming prizes for the tickets
Lots of fun games to play, many hours of fun and tickets are automatically added to your card to redeem for nice prizes.
My 2 kids love this place. Im ok with it, because they are happy and its not too expensive
The service was exceptionally slow but the food and games were fine
Well, came in with a powercard that needed to be investigated by the mananger, because of the cards age? Long story short, half of game are closed off. Some games that used to give tickets do not anymore? Most of the beer specials are gone.
I like to explore many arcades and I am a game technician for a company nearby so I went to visit and it was great all the games were online (aka not red scanners) and it was definitely worth the money it has to be my favorite arcade. The games that I always look for were there and I got to play a lot of sponge-bob coin pusher it’s really addicting. I love how if a coin comes out of a game you put it in for 5 plays. This place is amazing for sure. Next time I might get a wristband for my game points.
Local fun and good place to have a first meet and greet. Relaxed environment thats centrally located. Has enough traffic to feel secure but still chill enough to hear one another. Service is a bit too lax and food isnt like it used to be. Bar food should still be good. Most good options taste like frozen food heated up.
Wait until November 4th when the Covid scam is over. Went with my family of 4 the other night, we waited an hour and a half to get into the arcade and were greatly disappointed when we finally got in. I put enough money on one card for all of us, when we tried to play a game together we found out that was not possible because you have to wait 60 seconds before you can play again. Tell me how that saves lives? Just doesn’t make any sense. Games where you can play 4 players at a time is no longer possible either because you need to social distance, even though masks are required. None of the enhancements they made make any sense, save your money and wait until this nonsense is over.
Food and service both very good. Triple bacon burger is a must.
Sanitation could have been better as far as someone walking around wiping games off which I know is a hassle but your open for business during this time so use the labor! The door counter seemed to be effective I felt they were trying to keep limited ppl on the gameroom floor as best they could. Our server was very nice but service was a bit on the slower side. It seemed that a lot of ppl had to wait to get on the gameroom floor so they decided to eat which was probably overwhelming for 2 servers which is what I seen available. Again use more labor!! The food is always slacking at Dave & Busters even at the one downtown I dont know why this is but I wasnt impressed and would have rather waited to leave to eat!
We had BIG FUN here! Orland Park’s Dave and Busters has free parking in its lot for its Patrons which made the drive worth from Chicago worth it! There are games on top of games, we didn’t get to play them all. We had a crew of two adults and two teens so we purchased the four pack value. Its hard to spend the credits in one evening so we can actually return later for more fun and forgo the line. Noteworthy: there was a long that was quite intimidating when we first entered but it moved extremely fast so don’t let it stop you! There is a restaurant and bar area for families who would like to grab a bite to eat. We sat at the bar and had some tasty cocktails while the kids played. The staff was hospitable and allowed us to choose the station for one of the various televisions, which allowed us to watch boxing and the basketball game! I’m definitely going back with the kids, or even with a group of friends.
We attended the New Years Event. The event itself was very poorly organized for the price. Much of the food was cold when it was immediately served. Dirty dishes were not bussed in a timely fashion. People where placing their dirty dishes where the fresh dishes were set for the appetizers. People who were not part of the event came in and ate and then discovered that it was a closed event when they asked the staff a question. Just general food health concerns for the event. The staff had trouble putting on and running the video ball drop. I would recommend just skipping the event and just come for the games. The games were fun, but the actual event was not worthwhile.
Okay, great gaming but okay service with the food and drinks
Their food was good And has the best customer service
Good atmosphere and great vibe and love it was wonderful.
Smaller than the one in the city, still had a decent time
Clean fun but social distance has a lot of games shut off
We met with friends at this place for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.
Really cool place to have a good time
I love the food here and the games. The drinks at the bar are top notch. This is one of my favorite places to go for date night/ Sunday afternoon date. A handful of games were out of order and that was a little disappointing. Overall had a fun time.
I enjoyed going to David Busters
Good customer service from all the workers Ive encountered....which is a good bunch considering I go there fairly often. The machines are all functioning well and the techs are always on duty! Everything is pretty well kept, as much as they can do considering alot of the people that come here seem to have no sense of manners. Pretty disappointing. I feel for the employees at this location! I hope that they are shown the appreciation they deserve!
Customer service sucks and there is no need to make reservations because they dont honor. They say first come first serve
Well never go here again..waited close to 40 minutes for a cold salad and nachos waitress was HORRIBLE only gave 2 stars for the manager who tried to resolve whatever inconvenience we encountered. Didnt even want to stay for games
Dave & Busters is always awesome and their group events are equally awesome too. We had a scavenger hunt event here and it was such a great time, it was all everyone talked about for weeks after. They had good food and great service like always. We will be back soon. Thanks!
Wow...food was disgusting..my whole family was disappointed..we waited roughly 2.5 hrs to be fed. Mind you it was first come first serve.MY Husband food was served after everyone ate(you know he wasnt happy)This isnt our first rodeo here, USUALLY theyre really good...after spending almost $350 it was a waste..damn D&B
Good for games but went to eat at around 1226am and just now being seated at 109am with 2 whole sections of tables wide open but still placed on waiting list makes absolutely no sense.
They have a ton of games. Most are meant for teens and adults, but there are some for younger kids around 6 and up. They have a decent dining area just off to the right when you walk in. You are best off getting a card with over 150 points for $25.
Fun place for the family or even a date and GREAT FOOD!
Food wasnt fresh. It was cold. And there was a fight about to happen amongst adults while children was there!!!
Great atmosphere. More than 50% of the games my son wanted to play were out of order. Some inflicted by disrespectful patrons. Recommend more attendants watching the crowd and unattended children. My son said lets not go there anymore. Too bad as I loved Dave and Busters as a teen.
Kids LOVED this place! Great to have burgers and chicken as oppose to pizza. Nice party from
Went here for son birthday. Noodles are excellent, but chicken tuff. Ribs ok. Kids chicken tenders fried to hard.
Very clean and quiet on weekdays. Staff was very helpful. We were playing monster ball drop and the machine easily got stuck every couple of plays and it got jammed about 13 times while we played, each time a worker quickly fixed it and gave us our credit back. Very very polite staff awesome atmosphere.
It was date night . We had a blast food was great service was even better.
Its great to relax and play games. Unite with some people and get some good prizes. If you save enough, you might get something worth your eye catch.
Overpriced.. but the food wasnt bad
Got told that the beer rang up different than the price on the menu and the screens.waitress told me I had to pay more than it was supposed to be.This place is awful when it comes to service.
Good food, great atmosphere!
Location in Orland my experience was horrible upon enter they never gave no direction this was my 1st time coming... The service was horrible I had to ask for a waitress she took our order...we never recevied water or silverware...Our orders where messed up the experience was wack
So much fun. Would be better if they put a time limit on how long the two grown men can stay on dance revolution. They are there every single time and dont let the young kids, or anyone use it. Campe out with their sweat towels, jugs of water and play list. Other than that the place is wonderful
Such a fun place for kids and adults! Over the top friendly staff ! Food was a tad pricy but well worth it. Had so much fun! Highly recommend it for the whole family!!!
I get its an arcade/bar place, but the cards are a lot of money. 200 points for 35 dollars may seem like a lot of points, but it can be wasted fast. The variety of games is awesome, yet the amount of points they take away are a lot. The injustice arcade game is really fun but it was not allowing the second player to play, instead giving another credit to me. (I put it on P.2s side aswell)
They lied and was rude on my sons 10th Birthday, so we went across the street to HOOTERS where they were glad to see us!!!
The games here are pretty great the game my son played kept malfunctioning but the game tech was polite and he was prompt at fixing the game and allowing my son to play his turn. The kids had a great time and its definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
My salmon was over-cooked, very dry, AND burned... not char-grilled! My server said that she could exchange the zucchini noodles for linguini noodles. She led me to believe that I could get the marinara sauce. She brought me back DRY noodles, no sauce, w/sliced tomatoes on top. My niece ordered the sliders and her bread was as hard as croutons! We waited for about 30 minutes for our check. They need more help in the kitchen! This location is smaller than the downtown Chicago location and the food doesnt taste as good. Not enough seating or games for the amount of customers being served. We traveled from IN... I wont be back!
Overall the experience is excellent. The staff is courteous and works hard to fulfill expectations. Theres something for everybody, food, tvs for sporting events, games for the childlike side in all of us, and a full service bar. We had a company holiday party at this venue and it worked out fantastic. This is a five star location when all of their games are fixed and working properly.
Nice fun food and the arcade certainly satisfies the big kid in me. Im looking forward to coming back to get more tickets so I can claim some high tech swag.
I had a lot of fun. Our service people were awesome, from out hostess to our waitress! Their garlic cheese curds were delicious! And the game section was great!
Some staff are extremely friendly and helpful, others not so much. Sometimes a bit over crowded, do not recommend friday or Saturday nights if you are claustrophobic! Do not recommend using the restrooms there, very unsanitary, always out of paper towels and sometimes soap. Ladies sanitary box always overflowing with lady products. Food is a bit lower then average quality and over priced for quality. Bar services are average.
We drove an hour out of town to come here. This is our closest Dave n Busters and we came specifically for the AYCE wings and games. The buffalo wings were cooked to perfection and delicious! The sauce was delicious, I mean so tasty and excellent I wish I could have had more! The ranch and the blue cheese was also really great. We then got to play a few arcade games as long as we wanted, Id say this is th perfect place to go for any date. All ages welcome. Huge tv screens to zone in on. Very exciting atmosphere. The arcade is very loud and you will walk out hard of hearing. I wouldnt recommend bringing babies here, except for to eat maybe
Lots of good looking women, but the $9.00 pitcher is limited to miller lite, coors lite, and bud lite.
Great experience! Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Our waiter in the bar area was awesome. All around very fun day!
Can be crowded due to location is close to shopping area. Games work. Service was slow but it was extremely crowded so Ill give them a pass on that one.
First time here with my kids and it was super fun. Didnt care too much for the menu selection but we had. A great time and staff was helpful
I loved it I went there for my cousins birthday it was Soo fun I would love to come back again. The food was good, l loved the games too
OVERALL IT IS A NICE ATMOSPHERE.... THERE IS A LOT TO DO FOR ALL AGES. I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD AND HE WAS HAVING MORE FUN THAN MY 6 YR OLD. DEFINITELY KID FRIENDLY AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD ALSO. CONCERNS ABOUT HOW THINGS WERE PRICED, BUT MY CHILDREN ENJOYED THEMSELVES
While the drinks were good the service was horrible. The bartender was super slow and the bar wasnt even half full. Dirty dishes of people who had left were still sitting there. The girl we needed to buy a card to play games from was rude and short. She just looked at us like we were annoying her. No smile. No hello. Nothing. I have no desire to return to this location.
This Dave & Busters location is great! There is plenty of parking, the bar and dining room are large so there is no long wait for seating. The selection of games is impressive. There are plenty of options for all ages and no need to wait in line for a turn.
Came in there with my family. They told me that I couldnt get no liquor cause my Id is expired even the by law all driver license and Ids is extended until 2021. Very rude in there and we was going to spend atleast $500 in there
Orland Park location has a great setup. Friendly staff. The security team is professional and they are on their job of security. The on duty manager (German) is responsive to customers concerns/questions and follow up. Food was good and service was on point. Adults and kids can both have a good time. Well worth the drive from Chicago if have an event. We visited 8/12/19 6pm. We recommend if you want service and a good time with family & friends.
Took my fiancee here and 1st time back open and we had a ball
Has one of the few working Dance Dance Revolution machines in the area. Wish they had like two more though as everyone is trying to use it.Foods pricey for what it is.
Waited over forty minutes for drinks, entire visit was wasted waiting for slow service. If you value your time, go to a Dave and Busters in another state. Youll be home from it in the time it would take this one to serve you a single round of drinks.
Overcooked two entrees. When first arrived, the hostess was chatting with friends rather than doing her job and seating us. After a few minutes I had to say something to let her know we wanted to dine in. A cloth napkin that the utensils were wrapped up in looked like it had never been washed. Our waitress was good though.
I had a little bit of fun but the food was extremely overpriced and small portions the gaming isnt exactly affordable either... update for a second visit we just ate somewhere else this time... add more fun this way food is at least double maybe triple what it should cost for the serving size.
My son loves this place more than he loves me.... Im pretty sure. Fun place for the whole family.
We had a big party there. Food was so so. Some burnt, buns hard. The one Downtown is way better.
Great place to take your family
“Girls Fun Night”... the food was good and drink were okay but the games stole the show!!! Loads of fun for Adults....!
Gave a party for a 7 year old here and it was lots of fun for all ages at the party. Their party packages are nice too!
Attended Birthday party here in January and thought we would return. All workers have poor costumer service and apathetic attitudes. Most games are broken or out of order. Staff in gift shop have ZERO experience with dealing with kids who are excited about winning prizes. Will be contacting DISTRICT MANAGER AND CORPORATE! OH...4 CALLS TODAY AND NO ANSWER!
I went to Dave & Buster’s for the first time a few months ago with my family. The entire staff seem like they love their jobs and that energy goes back to the consumer. The atmosphere is fun, the food is tasty, and the games are unique. Two hang ups in this review:1. Price - be advised of the prices going in, it’s not somewhere we can visit every weekend.2. Try to read about it before going. The whole card system is really interesting for the arcade games they have there, but unless you know what you are doing already, it’s downright confusing for someone new. The staff was able to explain it well enough for us when we sat down to get our food.Neither of these things are a fault to the staff, so I couldn’t punish the staff here who did such a great job by leaving a bad review.
My kids had a great time, service was ok, food was average. 3 different Staff members were notified of nasty restrooms. Upon first entering I used the restroom and said something, after dinner my daughter used the restroom, I said something again. We played games and used the restrooms again. I said something again as I left and was told they knew about it..
The chicken and waffles were dry. Service was really slow.
Its a great place to eat and have fun. Very clean nice staff
