My granddaughter has gone from hating water on her face to safely entering the water, jumping into the pool, turning over to right herself, floating on her back, then backstroking and/or streamlining to safely exit the water. Staff is patient (essential when working with kids), professional, and knowledgeable. I am happy with her progress, and she is eager to go to her lessons! A misunderstanding regarding scheduling and billing was corrected in a way that was satisfactory to both the school and us. I recommend them!

Riley enjoys coming to swimming class. She looks forward to class every Tuesday! The instructors are excellent at teaching her. She has improve so much because of the instructors. Every Tuesday the instructors always have a positive attitude.

Very good instructors, who are kind and passionate about what they do. The kids are improving their skills faster and they look forward to.

Our family loves British Swim in Orland Park and Tinley Park. The British swim team has become like a second family to us. I first came to British swim for the basic skills of swim survival for my daughters and to help my youngest daughter (5yo) to conquer her fear of the water and to help my eldest (7) to become a better independent swimmer. They very quickly advanced to the next cap time and time again with the help and excellent direction of Jazzmen and of Oscar. Jazzmen who was mainly my eldest daughters instructor is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and the kids two of them have such a great bond. Oscar, who mainly instructs my youngest has such a great way of connecting with her. Hes also very knowledgeable, knows how to teach the kids in a way that they understand and consider fun. One of the most important things though is their safety. They do a great job at this as a result of Heemin ( one of the great owners) direction. They never take their eyes off of the kids and ensure that they are safely to the wall or out of the water before moving to the next child. One last note...Heemin and Andrew are always pleasant to work with and are very accommodating even though I need to change my schedule often. We will be sticking with British Swim!
