Super clean. During the day it’s nice and empty. Plenty of options in terms of machines and workout types. Also the owner is v handsome.

The people who work here are nice and its full of great people who workout!

All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They are also educational and the training programs are very effective.

Nice Gym! Has good equipment . Has fun classes with educated instructors(half of them dont know the proper squat form though and were more focused on speed). Quality equipment. Very nice front desk people. The desk people upstairs were always a little rude but whatever.

Overall a very nice gym, no joining fee and $38 a month but a year contract was required. Again this is when I was thinking about joining so rates do go up and down.They are missing some equipment and the layout could be better but its only because Im a serious fitness buff, so for the avg Joe/Jane it is perfect.

Rude individual staff members. Always eye mugging you like they are trying to catch you doing something wrong. They make you feel uncomfy- Day care hrs are not convenient etc... need to pay extra for day care watch even tho I pay family membership, soccer and bball court not always available - even tho I pay a full Family membership- no perks - not the best equipment and not enough, way over priced- go somewhere else...

My wife and I visited on a free intro pass on 1-24-16, 10:30 A.M. We said we would like to use the track. We were by the young man and women at the first level greet desk That is not allowed. You must use ALL of the facilities.Thats the purpose of the pass. I said OK we will use ALL of the facilities. He sensed I was not truthful, looked over their shoulder and since the track was virtually empty he would make an exception. There were two elderly women on the track barely making it around holding on to the center rail. I sincerely doubt they would be doing cardio or rock climbing later in the day. Hire people that understand their job and not make things up along the way. Its not rocket science why this is important. We will go elsewhere.

Big facilities with something for everyone. Rock climbing, indoor track, weight and cardio room, basketball and volleyball courts, and even gymnastics.

Always dirty and has an off stench to it, but not because of staff not cleaning but the amount of people that workout there. Gave it 2 stars because the staff is pretty legit and always helpful.

Its simple and has a good sized weight area with new equipment

A lot of miscellaneous equipment is aging and in poor shape. Stretch bands ready to snap, free weight dumb-bells that constantly come loose (unscrewed) and are really worn out, Smith machine cables ready to snap. A worn fly pulley broke the other week (probably when someone was using it). Only one squat rack!?! Horrible speed bag condition (deflated ball that has broken laces). The leg press rack broke last summer and it took them approx 3 months to replace it. Olympic bars all worn almost smooth (hardly any grip left). Rubber floor mats that are very worn and almost all of them have rubber chunks out of them. The 3 foam rollers they have are pretty disgusting and old. This is a gym that obviously does not care about upkeep and maintenance of equipment. Sure they have tons of new cardio machines (steppers, elipticals, bikes, ect), but how is that going to help the people who mainly use the free weight side of the gym. Unless something changes about that I plan to non-renew my membership with them and move to greener pastures. Ive had enough!

Gorgeous place inside and outside but please and im literally begging you please dont join there leagues there refs are for little kids that will never need them because of how garbage of a job they do anyone trying to better their children i would prefer you to not come here beacuse there coaches and refs suck

Its really fun with friends but they raised the price if your a non-resident so sometimes my one friend wont be able to join

Some of the equipment and the conditions of the locker rooms are very bad. The place seems neglected, but not surprised since its government owned and operated
