Great experience if working with the right people. Matt and Randy were very fun to talk to! I came back for a new set of irons and a wedge and both helped me tremendously. They seem to enjoy talking golf as much as I do and feeling welcome in there, even if Im not sure exactly what Im looking for. Thanks guys!

Mostly a good experience. Need more staff, if you need help, plan on waiting a while. They are knowledgeable and very helpful when they get to you. Also the prices are good. If they are out of something, they can order it or let you know if their sister store 2 blocks away has it in stock. I recommend this store and their services

Ken Buss is the best. Took time to explain the nuances of shaft length and rigidity as you extend the length. Walked my son thru the purchase of his first set of clubs, PATIENT, wonderful teacher and the train we purchased clubs from golf galaxy.Thank you KenTim Windt

This place is awesome and its all because of the staff!! Robert and Pat in the fitting department are so knowledgeable and friendly. 2nd time in this locations and was blown away when Pat remembered me from my last fitting with him for a driver and irons nearly 6 months ago and not only me but the clubs I chose and why we chose them! Ill definitely be back a 3rd 4th and 100th time with their customer service.

Limited selection of shoe sizes but maybe thats to be expected.. Service not good. Felt like I was inconveniencing them.

This review is weighted. I have been golfing for 26 years. My hobby is trying out different clubs. I am thinking about writing a book based on my findings. My problem is a clerk named R.He is always giving me dirty looks. We had a run in years ago in which he tried to deny a trade in that was listed in the Golf Galaxy book. The manager was more helpful and even gave me some discounts. Id give more stars, but R. is an absolute rating killer. Please get rid of that guy. He is bringing your business down.

Worst customer service ever. 5 years ago I had cancer and stopped playing golf. I am now cancer free and ready to play again. Walked in to buy a new set of clubs today and the salesman would not even give me the time of day when I told him my price range was between $350.00-$400.00. He would not speak to me...

My husband is the golfer and the golf galaxy is his dream store!! He can not say enough positive comments about this store! They have an amazing selection of EVERYTHING needed for golf! The clothing and shoe selection is above top notch! If you require anything for a golf outing or just to update your game.. come to this store!!! Staff is great at helping with all your needs as well!! Plan on being there for a while because of the humongous selection!! Enjoy!!

We traveled from over 60 miles away for my husband to try out some irons and drivers. He’s in the market for a new set. I dropped my husband off and went down the road to shop with our daughter and the employees here were not personable and actually quite rude. They told him they were going to have to charge him rent because they said he was there too long. They told him he was there for 4 hours when in fact it was one hour. Needless to say he found what he wanted here but he will not be purchasing them at this establishment.

Took a golf lesson today with Ken Buss at golf galaxy in Orland Park. Ken was awesome to work with, I highly recommend contacting him for your golf lesson needs.

Kids love this place. Black light golf, and some really cool props. A little bit pricey, but OK for a once in a while treat.

The Other Chicagoland Golf Galaxy Is In Vernon Hills!

I went in today to buy a new taylormade R15 driver. They were Marked down 50 bucks to $249.00. Great I will take one! But they did not have a 10.5 with a stiff shaft. A young sales guy asked if I needed help, I said yes Can you use a wrench and switch a stiff shaft into the 10.5 head ( it would take 20 seconds and they would still have a completely new deriver to sell. no we cant do that but we can custom order one I said no thanks and left I was willing to pay $250 if I got it right away but if I have to wait I would just get a used one on ebay for less. I went to white mountain golf range 10 minutes away and POW they had a mint condition 10.5 with a stiff shaft for $150.00 you loss golf galaxy is my savings.
