Great neighborhood park with slides, swings, basketball court, tennis court, pavilion, picnic tables, benches, and restrooms. Paved trail for walking. Grassy area and trees.

Great park with lots of things to do for the whole family.We stayed close by with our RV and enjoyed every minute.Thanks Springwater Park.

Great neighborhood park. There is a pavilion with lots of tables, restrooms, tennis court, basketball court, medium size playground with swings, a large field, a walking path, lots of benches, and a baseball back stop. Quiet, not very busy during the day.

Very nice place to spend a good family time there...

This is a fun little park with a playground that kids love. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5-star review is because when it rains or the sprinklers come on, the water pools on the slides and takes several days to dry.

A fun, well-kept park with a nice playground and a good pavilion. There is a group of goats close by that are fun to see. The whole place does smell a little like sewage though.

Me and my friend played tennis and we had a lot of fun using Lucky ball, Energy ball, and Tricky ball. 5/5

I grew up next to this park. I played here and my kids did as well later on. A family friendly location. Equipt for playing tennis, basket ball and baseball. A large grass field provides plenty of room to run and play. The play ground offers youngsters a lot of fun with slides and swings. A large pavilion makes for a good place to have gatherings or events.

Nice quiet park. Big pavilion. Childrens play area with swings, slide, etc. Large and long grass field and tennis courts as well.

Tons of open green space with a nice path. I walk my dog here daily.

Nice park. My daughter loves the swings and we have used the pavilion before for a family picnic.

The park for the kids is not very nice

Nice place, I walked through there while walking my new neighborhood. There are covered picnic tables, which, if I remember correctly, you can call and reserve. There are bathrooms and water fountains. Plenty of open field and a couple of benches.

Fun family park. Sometimes drinking water fountain is off or not working. Sometimes the grass is too soggy and wet.

Pretty nice park, tons of space to do all kinds of things. The pavilions are pretty nice too. Great for large group activities.

I would have rated the park a lot higher had it not been for a couple specific down sides as follows:-Due to the nearby water treatment facility there is usually a very foul smell in the air. It comes and goes but when it its you it can be rather unsettling.-The grass is usually wet and or swampy, to my experience. This may be to over watering and or the very high water table being so close to the lake.

Great big park with lots of space and a nice playground. In addition, it has a Pokestop and a Pokemon Gym.

Good park well kept has aged well but does not have all the amenities a newer park does. Still a great place.

Nice big park with lots of lawn space, a tennis court, basketball court, walkway, and a decent playground. You can rent the pavilion through Orem City. Also has a backstop for softball/baseball, but no diamond, just grass. Cons: bathrooms are seasonal and a bit creepy. The waste management center and Utah Lake are close by so the park can smell a bit funky sometimes.

Great family park with a pavilion, playground, lots of grass, and a nice tennis court. Well kept and in a nice area of Orem.

The park has nice expanse of grass, a decent playground area for kids, tennis court, and has a nice path going through it. Its got a bit of a bug problem, but thats because of its placement near the lake. Its a really nice park overall, much like the other great parks in Orem.

This park used to be super nice when we first moved into the neighborhood several years ago. Now people use the big dumpsters as a dumping ground and trash is always all over the place. People let their dogs run wild. Teens are always smoking on the play ground equipment. The raw sewage smell for the water plant doesn’t help much. This park was one of the reasons we chose to buy a home over here. It was well taken care of several years and now it’s pretty dumpy it’s sad.

Its Cool, neat and usually quiet! Which is better for me when I need some place to get stuff outa my head.

Nice little park. Decent grounds and well maintained, overall. However the breeze picks up the odor from the water reclamation plant nearby and can be unpleasant.

Nice neighborhood park. Basketball and two tennis courts. Playground set for kids and bathrooms as well.
