This is a GREAT movie theater. Sometimes I go in just to buy popcorn from them and then leave because they’re so nice and make great popcorn. One time I accidentally came in before they were even open but they were super nice about it and let me buy popcorn anyway. Also the chairs in the theater rooms are amazing. It’s like reclining in a sofa in the comfort of your own home, but with surround sound and friends and popcorn. I might cry. What a good place.

There are a few good stores but I can have more of a variety of they wanted to so at this moment the mall is just alright.

Love this theater. The concession prices have dropped! Being part of the movie club gave us additional discounts on top of the lowered pricing. It was great experience.

Gotta start with the seats. Theyre very comfortable and they are maybe the best reason to pay a little extra to go here versus other theaters in the area. Concessions are a little pricey, but then again, its a movie theater. Since when werent theater concessions a little pricey?

I don’t have any complains except that it’s overpriced, which most movie theatres are. I’ve seen some cool stuff here. The entrance area is indoors, wide, and brightly lit, which makes it very convenient to meet friends!

Lovely being back. Got to see Tenet with a crowd of people who were obviously opposed to wearing to masks but its fine. Movie experience was great.

Everyone was wearing masks. They were only about 9 other adults and two children in the theater we were in. Everything was clean and I felt very safe.

Movie was fun, experience was nice, and the seats were super comfortable, had arm wrests that you can raise up out of the way and chairs that can recline. Honestly those chairs are the main reason I bumped my rating up from a 3 star to a 4. We also went on a Tuesday which ended up being there matinee night which was really cool and got us 2 tickets for the price of one.I knocked off a couple stars because of how expensive the concession was. I went here with my wife and bought a large popcorn and 2 sodas and ended up spending more money on concession then I did on my movie tickets.It was my own dumb fault for not looking closer at the prices, but I hadnt been looking that closely because I hadnt expected them to be do expensive.That aside, as far as concession goes they have some pretty great choices. Kettle corn and cheddar popcorn are cool options. They have other cool choices, but considering the price of the popcorn I havent even considered looking at the prices of the hotdogs or the other interesting choices. Still the staff were very professional and nice.I seriously may be coming back to that theater over another one just because of how comfortable it was to watch the movie in their leather recliners

This is a great venue for a good movie.I get the Senior Discount. Yup, Im that age. Sigh!But I also gather the points as a Movie Fan Member so I get discounts and free stuff. Makes it affordable.They keep it clean, move people through the lines quickly and keep it easy to get treats and to you movie quickly.Workers are friendly and helpful and I get Jalepenio Peppers for my popcorn, which they keep stocked pretty well.The seats are comfy, the sound good and the picture great.Thanks Cinemark. So great. They didn’t even bat an eye when I grabbed a half empty popcorn, dumped out the contents and then went and got it refilled. Free popcorn and reclining seats!? Easy decision where I’m going for my movies from now on.

This is a pretty good theater! I always buy my ticket in advance and never get concessions, so I cant speak to all of that experience; however, I will say that the theater is usually quite clean and I havent ever had a problem with a movie not being shown or any delays. The seats arent amazing, but they are comfortable.

We love coming to this theater because the seats are so great and comfortable. Thanks you very much to one of your managers Marc, who stopped to help my wife when she was struggling to deal with several small children and carrying food as well. I enjoy the reclining luxury loungers with lots of leg room so little kids cant kick me from behind, as well as the option to order tickets online and reserve my seat ahead of time. I like that getting my tickers in advance lets me walk straight to the Ticketmaster, who scans a qr code on my phone and gives me my tickets. This is a clean facility as well. Also, the staff has always been friendly to me, from concessions, to custodial.

The management here is fantastic! Always a smiling face when you see him and the employees seem to enjoy their job. The theater is clean, comfortable and a good temperature. If there is ever any problem that does arise, the management team is on top of it. This is my theater of choice for any movie Im seeing. A very enthusiastic two thumbs up!

The seating is phenomenal!The sound is just right! Not too loud or quiet.It was getting quite warm, though, which was uncomfortable, but otherwise the experience was perfect!

What a great experience! We had purchased tickets for a movie when we showed up we realized we had purchased tickets for the theater in American Fork. They were so quick and switched them out for us so we could see the movie here and not have to drive all the way over to AF.

Great theater. Love the recliners! They keep everything clean here. Aisles are wide enough that you can even fit a car seat and people can still walk by.

The movie theater experience here is as good as anyone could hope, especially with those recliner seats! The only drawback is the theater is located at one end of the parking lot instead of being surrounded by parking, so when it gets crowded, you can expect to park pretty far away. During winter months, that can be a frigid experience.

I love this theatre. Big leather assigned seats with motorized recline. Free refills on the large soda.

I like the theaters and the semi reclining chairs. They definitely should have a less sodium butter for their popcorn. The last w cinemark movies Ive gone too the popcorn was too salty so I had to feed it to the birds outside the theaters. But maybe no butter is the better option

The seats were wonderful to sit and recline in. Made the front row easier to watch from.

I love this theater. Its always a little chilly in the screening rooms, but bring a cozy blanket and youll be fine. The reclining seats are comfy and there is really no terrible seats, even the front row is not too bad.

This is a great theater to catch a movie. The space is large and well lit, each theater has lots of comfortable seating. Beyond the aesthetic of the establishment, they also excel with their treats. Although all the snacks cost exactly what you would expect movie theater food to cost (which is a lot), the selection is very broad and the popcorn (the only snack I ever want at the theater) is perfect. They even have a self-serve butter spout if you werent satisfied with the quantity of butter the individual behind the counter gave you.Another great thing about this theater is $5 tuesdays. If you want to go on a mid-week movie date, you can get you and your significant other (or friend, or child, or family in) less than half of what tickets would regularly cost.

First of all I have to say is my family and I loved this theater; it was our go to theater, but unfortunately the business is run by poor management. They bully their customers and employees. The place is a prison. Personally Ive been treated like a king by the employees; but when it comes to the management its nothing but pure agony. All they do is scream at their employees. We will no longer do business at the Cinemark at University Mall because the management seems to have knack for discriminating based on the color of the skin of their customers and employees. Its sad to see that the Cinemark at University Mall tolerates and supports racism. Goodbye!

The have great, comfortable seats that recline! Extremely tasty popcorn and have combo deals for their snacks. Lived going to see Malificent, and Lion King! Surround sound is amazing too!

Lots of great memories here. I watched countless movies with my family and friends. The place has the best movie seats ever had in my life. Its an electronically adjustable chairs and can give you the most comfortable seating for the best movies. Highly recommend this place for watching movies.

The seating was fantastic. Made for a much smaller and more intimate environment. Loved the lazyboy style chairs with great cushion and electronic footlift. Theater wasnt freezing as they typically are even during winter. I actually nearly fell asleep. Much better than the usual.

Really nice reclining seats. The whole place is really nice, clean and spacious. Popcorn and drinks are a bit cheaper than other places, but the popcorn is not very good. Maybe it was just old, but it was gross.

Fun and cozy movie experience. The smaller theater sizes, yet with the giant reclining chairs, make this theater welcoming and almost feels like home. (If my home came with a wall size TV and expensive popcorn.) Loved the open snack bar shopping area. And the variety of food available was good. They had the staple theater items of course, but also some items that surprised me. We liked that there were also a lot of video games in the lobby to play. Theaters without games are kind of sad. The Movie club is a good value because it saves you money at the snack bar.

Reserved seating. Prices typical of most theaters. High, but not unusual. Parking isnt the worst Ive seen. Theater reasonably clean. Good viewing experience. As good as the other big theaters in Utah Valley.Location is where it excels, however. Right next to Farrs Ice Cream, Five Guys, bunches of other restaurants, and the University Mall is close by. Great place for date night or a fun night out with family.

I love this movie theater. It is always clean and the workers are always nice and cheerful. My only complaint is they dont have spoons so that you can eat your frozen lemonade.UPDATE: The next time I went to this theater they had spoons next to the frozen lemonade! Thanks for being an awesome theater!

We were lateTo the game watching Endgame but glad we came here. The seats were super comfortable which was good since the movie was long. The concessions were good as well.

I love this theatre. It reminds me of when I used to go see movies in theatres. Very good popcorch (when you add butter duh. I can usually pay the ticketer to let me bring in as much food as I like (lmao). Would go to this movie again. Whish they had more than one though.

Awesome seating! Every seat in every theater is a super comfy leather electric recliner that goes way back and has a footrest that comes out! Way better than all other theaters in the area IMO!

I like this theater alright. The recliner seats are pretty nice and fairly comfortable. I dont like that you have to pay a $3 convenience fee if you want to pay for your ticket online. This can be waived if you pay $9 a month for their Cinemark club thing they have that does come with some nifty perks. Its probably worth it if you go watch movies at the theater often.

I wasnt expecting much out of this movie, but it did feel especially clunky, like J. J. was trying to cram everything in at the end. I had fun watching the X wings and all that, but this is disappointing when compared to any of the better Star Wars films.

The way they are setup is poorly done. Also they dont list the price of their items and when you ask how much something is they try to charge you then make a big deal about having to put the item back. But tell you they cant tell you the price with out the item.. Makes the rest of your experiance there not as fun making the movie experiance less despite having comfy seating and a good picture.

I loved the movie we saw, Cats. But we go to Cinemark University because all of the theaters have reclining chairs! You dont pay a huge premium to sit in a great seat.

Love this location. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. The theaters are always clean and love the recliners.

Service and price are the stars here, but the picture and sound were good, too. The seating was pretty shabby and stained. My chair had an orange-sized chunk of foam and upholstery missing and the handrail was held together with tape.

We love the reclining seats in every theater and the great location.

We saw the new Fantastic Beasts movie and really enjoyed watching it at this theater. The seats are recliners and are so comfortable. I can still sit close to my wife. Concessions are priced similar to other theaters and is good. Lots of options for movies and concessions. Its one of our go-to theaters.

Cinemark theaters are great, all deluxe seating. I do the Cinemark Movie Pass, so I pay $9 for each ticket and hey 20% of concessions. I like the little extras, like the cups they sell at the different premiers. Stadium seating makes every seat a good seat as well.

It was clean and the staff friendly. They have some staff there with special needs I guess and I love it. I am always happy to find places that just give everyone a go. I totally support that. Im also a fan of the cinemark movie club that gets me 20% off concessions..if you go to movies even just once a month its totally worth it.

Ill admit, the recliners are pretty nice. I wish they were slightly longer so that my feet didnt hang off the end - and Im not the tallest guy out there. Purchasing tickets online is super convenient. Concessions are pricey, but its a movie theater. What would you expect? All in all, Ill keep coming back.

Seriously so great. Every seat is a recliner. So nice. It makes sitting in the first three rows feel completely normal. This is the only theater where we dont hesitate to buy front row seats. Also $5 Tuesdays.

I just recently got the Fandango app and purchased my tickets online. I go in and scan my QR code grab my popcorn and wait for the movies. I love it here and really appreciate the movies.When you see the commercials at the beginning of each movie how it shows the people getting their Coke and popcorn.... This Theater is the closest thing to achieving that commercial and any other commercial Ive seen.
