Brennan Walker is a phenomenal tattoo artist. He really takes the time to design a piece that is what you want but has his own personal style incorporated into it. His art work is beautiful. We designed something better than I could have imagined! You can tell that he is passionate about his art and he’s extremely professional! He even has his bachelors degree in art! I love the piece he did for me and appreciated that he isnt heavy handed. I will absolutely be returning for more pieces from him and recommend him to anyone who is considering getting a tattoo in the valley.

I went in to get my industrial pierced. I was super nervous about placement and if it would turn out. It took me over a year to get the nerve to do it. I was trying to go somewhere else, but it just didnt work out. I had a friend recommend Arcane. Im so glad I came here! Kayleigh was very nice and knew what she was doing. She showed me where she thought it would be best and talked me through the whole process. The first week or two was terrible! I was worried I had made a mistake, but after that, it healed so nicely. She placed it just right so it doesnt interfere with glasses or masks and rarely gets caught in my hair. I would go here again and recommend her for any piercings. Thank you!

I really like the place! Natasha helped me with my piercing. She did very good! She was very nice, and you can see that she really enjoy and likes her job. First off they are a CASH ONLY facility. There is an ATM next door but if you want to avoid the $6 service fee, bring your cash.Second, and I only know about piercing, their waiver is very comprehensive including waiving all forms of negligence. It also requires you to agree to pay all their legal fees if you ever went through a legal dispute. So, if that makes you uncomfortable, consider going somewhere else.The actual piercing process went really well. The woman who did it, it was for my daughter, was very patient and kind. She did a good job cleaning her tools, being careful but overall it went really quick.

Not sure about the other artist, but I had Niki do an arm band on me. She went way too deep, and messed up my skin. Its been months now and the tattoo is raised, cracked, peeling and constantly scabbing. No this is not normal healing, i have other tattoos that never did this. She also said she would finish touching it up because i didnt like the way she did the color and when I try to set it up she was out of state. Seriously, dont waste your time or money.

I went here for my first tattoo the other day. It was a wonderful experience. Brennan designed a beautiful tattoo to help me remember my father. It turned out better than anything I could have thought of on my own.Thank you for a great experience!

I went here to get my ears re-pierced for my birthday. The place looked very clean and I was in and out in less then ten minutes with clear instructions for the care of my new piercings. Much better than my last ear piercing experience.

For sure beats the convicted/timeless image I walked into. It took a little while for them to get to me while I sat there (busy ppl in tattoo shops) however it was an amazing experience. Only two shops Ill go to and this is one of them. Thanks for the amazing work will be back soon.

Clean place, friendly staff, you dont usually have to wait but its a good idea to tell them when you are coming just so they can be prepared and handle scheduled services and walk-ins in a timely manner. But I love this place, they are always my favorite place for tattoos and piercings.

Excellent artists and piercers with great customer service and prices. Me, my partners and my friends have all gotten piercings and tattoos here and have loved them.

Went in for a tongue piercing and it was sooooooooo crooked. Went in and got it redone so she could “fix” it. Was worse the second time. Went in for the third time to see what could be done and was told she would do a regular piercing for free. This one was even more effed up than the last two. Never again!

Matt took my wife and I on a short notice late on a Saturday night when most artists are “done for the day”, and was truly genuine in getting us exactly what we want. Not only was his quality awesome, but his chairside manner and conversation was the best I’ve experienced in my seven tattoo experiences! I’ll be coming back to Matt to complete my half sleeve and another for my wife. Highly recommend Matt!

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Got my doubles pierced here and she did so good. I got my first piercings when I was a baby and they are SO uneven. But you can’t even tell with my doubles now and I’m so impressed. 10/10

I got my ear pierced and it was the most painless piercing I’ve had. The price was dope and they were kind enough to put my new earring on for free went I went back. No ear infection either.

I loved my artist (Mariah) at Arcane Art! She really took the time to be thorough and create strong lines. This was my first tattoo & she did a good job of prepping me and calming my nerves. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because I waited over an hour for an appointment without any communication from the staff. I had originally scheduled an appointment with a different artist, and no one told me she couldn’t do the tattoo, so I waited for quite a while. But Mariah, her amazing work, and super bubbly personality made the wait well worth it!

Jake B. did some great custom work fixing and adding to a previous tattoo. I will only be getting tattoos done by him from now on. Very easy with the needle, I was shocked at how little it hurt and how sharp the line work turned out. Very professional, and used the perfect terminology help me explain what I was looking for.

Daughter had her daith pierced here. The piercing gal there was super nice and comforting to my daughter. She was efficient to the point my daughter had no idea she was already pierced, just felt the pressure. The migraine completely subsided within 5 minutes. Everything was explained to my daughter. I will definitely be bringing my other daughter back to here to have hers done as well.

Walked in with a friend just to ask a quick question, stood there for 20 minutes while the employees stood in the back talking and vaping in an empty shop. When someone finally came to talk to us they were so hostile & seemed so annoyed we came but we didn’t even want anything done just wanted to stop by while we were in the area.

I had such a great experience with Matt Mitchell as my tattoo artist. He was very personable as well as professional. Great experience and I would highly recommend this shop and this artist!

If you care about your body whatsoever you will stay far away from here when it comes to piercings. My friend came here to get three different piercings on here ear and it was violently gushing blood for 4 days after, I mean pools of blood, then told her it was normal. They also told her surgical steel has no nickel in it? When in fact, it does have nickel in it. The tattoos are great but I wouldn’t get a piercing here if my life depending on it.

Audrey does a great job, she has a lot of skill. I did a simple tattoo, and Audrey drew up the designs during our appointment. The result was pretty good. The problem was getting a hold of her for a touchup. Ive tried DMing and texting Audrey several times and have never been able to reach her. I even went to Arcane Art three times. First time, the receptionist told me to contact Audrey directly since she wasnt there. The two other times around 4pm the whole studio has been closed, even though its during hours of operation. My tattoo needs to be touched up badly and instead of proudly showing it off I have to apologize and say I need a touch up.

Never open. I have been here 3 different times on 3 different days with in operating hours and it has been closed.

Fantastic work in a very laid back no pressure environment. All the staff are laid back yet maintain an air of professionalism that Ive noticed other shops. The establishment was also very clean. Didnt feel like I was going to get HepC while using the bathroom.

I got my first tattoo here and it was supposed to be very simple and easy, no shading or complicated patterns . It ended up having blury and indistinct lines and you can barely tell what its supposed to be

I got my nose piercing on my 15th birthday, got in less then 15 minutes and the piercing look 5 minutes it was quick. Great service everyone was super nice and friendly.

We called about 8 times in two days. No answer. Finally, because our calls were not being answered, we drove there and walked in. No one was at the front desk to help us. We saw one of the artist and she did not even acknowledge us. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes, seeing if she would talk to us or ask us what we needed. We ended up leaving because she walked in the back with another client and never came back out. At least she could’ve told us that no one was available so we didn’t have to stand there and wait. We ended up going somewhere else, they were way better, had great customer service and our tattoos looked great!

I planned my whole day around coming to get a piercing fixed before work, went and got cash and planned out more than enough time to get it done. I arrived right after “opening” to find a locked door. I then sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes outside waiting to see if they were going to ever arrive to open the shop during the time that it says it’s supposed to be open. I’m not really sure what kind of business thinks it’s okay to just not be open when your store and online clearly states your hours but it’s a really great way to make for a really unhappy customer. I just waisted an hour of my day for nothing.

We sat out front for a good chunk of time waiting for someone to unlock the door. We even called after they said to be open, and they were not open.

Amanda is the BEST! I was so grateful to find a good artist near my sisters house. I live in Utah and Amanda coordinated with me via text to make sure everything was ready for my sister and I to get our tattoos done together.

Jentrey covered an old military tattoo for me. I held off doing it for years because Id seen some lousy cover jobs. Didnt want to risk it so I didnt. Saw some of Jentreys work and was impressed. Met with him and scheduled an appointment.All I can say is Wow! Beautiful work! Its one thing to be a talented artist with brush on canvas (which he is) and another skill altogether to needlepoint that art into skin. Jentrey has mastered both. Glad I got it done. Exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone who might be a bit apprehensive as I was.

Wasnt very happy with my experience. Got a tongue piercing and they put in way too large of a barbell. I understand using a larger barbell for swelling but this one was not the appropriate piece of jewelry for a healing tongue piercing. I at first thought I just had a small mouth and was thinking I might just not be cut out for a tongue ring. Went to a different shop for advice because of the difficulty with its size as it kept tearing the wound and I couldnt even swallow properly. They explained it was way too big for a tongue piercing (even for a healing piece) and changed it to a more appropriate piece. Loads better after the change. I wish I didnt have to go through that though as it did tear the wound up pretty good making it harder to heal. These guys should know what jewelry is right for what piercing. They should know if a bar is too big and could cause the piercing to not heal right or to cause damage. Not impressed at all. That being said, the person who did the piercing (dont remember names) was very nice and friendly and made the process very fast. That mistake though made me not trust going here again for a piercing.

Average artists some great if you can even get ahold of them (they don’t respond to email but only face to face on their scheduled hours). Had to get a re-piercing and waited for over 3hrs to be helped. Hours will say 12pm-12am, came around 3pm and it was closed with door locked... again good artists but bad business

Their sign said open at 12. Here at 1 & they arent open :( this is the best place for me to get my nose rings cause they dont bother me but my jewel came out & I need a new one.

I got my nose pierced here when I turned 19 and it was a good experience. Ive had it done since then (21 now) and no problems, so I would recommend for piercings!

Marcus Judd is a great tattoo artist no not great amazing! My wife and I stopped in randomly because she wanted a tattoo done for our baby girl who was born on April Fools so she told Marcus her idea of what she wanted and let him have the creative freedom from there. His lines are solid he is very good at doing realism his shading is on point. We both highly recommend this man aside from being a talented artist we enjoyed bullshitting with him while he did our tattoos. Yes our tattoos, I went in the next day and he did a tattoo on my leg which I freakin love, my tattoo is a geometric arrow with clock/compass and a quote in it. Both pictures I am posting were taken same night after tattooing will be updating with fully healed pictures later on.

Got an industrial piercing by Casey (hope I spelled that right!) She was really chill, friendly, and thorough. This was my first piercing since getting my lobes done when I was like 10 but she did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable. She sterilized the needles in front of me, checked the placement with me beforehand and took her time cleaning it up afterwards which I really appreciate. She also gave great aftercare instructions. I would absolutely recommend her anytime. Also the apprentice Aubrey was there and even though she wasn’t helping me with a piercing she was really friendly as well!

My wife had a daith piercing here a while back. More recently she got a new tattoo for her birthday. They have multiple artists who all charge the standards shop rate, though they each set their own schedules and work somewhat independently.Each artist has their own style, so they encourage guests to look at a sampling of their work and pick one whose style fits the best. Next, talk to that artist and work out the scheduling and arrange the details of the work to be done.They usually book it over a month in advance. Plan to set an appointment and have your work done on a later date. It is a rare exception that they can accept a walk-in and do the work the same day.For my wifes tattoo, she choose an artist. She explained what she wanted. He asked questions to make sure that he understood her expectations. He offered explanations about styles, size, and characteristics of what he could do, and gave her options. The final product was better than she expected, and he played fun music and engaged in conversation while he worked.

Gentry is the best. Hes very talented and listens to what you want. I highly recommend him for a tattoo or piercing. Hes pierced both my girls ears and they healed perfectly within 2 weeks. Take cash so you dont have to pay merchant fees but remember to tip. Dont be that person.

I planned a whole day to go in and get piercings with my best friend. I showed up at 12 when it said online that it was open. I waited there for 15 minutes and no one showed up to open. Later I went to my friends house where his sister told me to never go there. When she got her belly button pierced it got infected so badly just from how unsanitary they are.

Love this shop! It was so clean and they are super friendly. I got a tattoo done by Audrey and she was amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was so patient and willing to redo the stencil until I was absolutely sure about where I wanted it. 10/10 would recommend.

I took my 5 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced. They did a fantastic job and were really great with her. The next day when the ball fell off one of her earrings 3 times and we had to go back, they were again understanding and fantastic. The shop is clean and open and everyone is very friendly. Id highly recommend them for piercings.

I had the absolute WORST experience with Audrey. I had to drive 1.5 hours to consult with her then another day drive again to schedule for my tattoo. We scheduled my appointment & she told me she would be in touch about a week before to show me what she drew up. She ended up cancelling my appointment & moving me out another 2 weeks. The day before my rescheduled appointment I had to contact her because she hadn’t gotten in touch with me to show me what she drew up. She told me she was behind because of the holidays & she needed to push me out another week. I agreed but never heard from her again. I have texted & called her personal cell phone multiple times with no answer. I’ve even called the shop with no answer. This tattoo I wanted had a very special meaning to me & I wanted it done fairly quickly. But now I’m going somewhere else because Audrey is absolutely ridiculous & very unprofessional.

Okay I went in yesterday and Matt free handed a beautiful pine tree on my arm. He was super sweet and extremely talented. I felt so comfortable there especially since it was my first tattoo! I wont ever go anywhere else and I have already recommended them as the best. (: I love my tattoo and the beautiful experience I had at Arcane. They deserve 10 stars.

I had my cartilage on my mid/upper ear done by Nikki. She did awesome! She was very good with me because I was feeling a little anxious. She also gave me her card that had all of the cleaning tips on it. I’m very pleased with my piercing would recommend Nikki.

After going to convicted ink and being completely disrespected and basically kicked out the door, we decided to go to arcane. I got my tongue pierced and the piercer was so amazing. She was very informative and quick to pierce. I will definitely be back!

Came and left within 30 minutes for a walk-in piercing. Super quick. Super friendly staff. kinda felt like a very good vibe sort of place to go. 10/10 would go again. Probably will go again for my next piercing or tattoo!

If I could give less then 1 star I would... I have been working with Audrey Anderson for almost a year now. Ive had her do a medium cover up and the top of my arm. We only needed 4 sessions. It has taken a WHOLE ENTIRE YEAR just to get 3 sessions done.. she constantly cancels on me, Ive actually driven down to the shop 3 separate times and she wasnt even there and never even showed up or bothered to apologize. I just had an appointment 2 weeks ago and waited outside the shop for almost an hour and no one came to even open the shop. Audrey ignored my calls and texts and I havnt heard anything since. So now Im stuck with unfinished work that I already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous and super unprofessional!!

I had a good experience at Arcane Art Tattoo. I got a piercing and a small tattoo done. The piercing is perfect, but the tattoo is not exactly symmetrical like I wanted it. I chose a fairly new tattoo artist though so just choose ahead who your artist will be and things should be fine. All in all it was generally a good experience with a clean & professional environment.

This place is totally inconsistent. Before leaving to take an hour long public transit trip to this studio, I tried to call to make sure the piercer was in. No one answered. There are no hours listed for piercing specifically, so I assumed that the piercing and tattoo both opened at 12. After a frustrating trip, I finally arrived at 1:30 only to be told that the piercer doesnt come until 3. I had to go kill time for an hour and a half. When I went back at 3, the guy working there told me that the piercer called in sick almost immediately after I first arrived. He was one of the most unfriendly tattoo artists Ive ever interacted with. I wasted half of my day because of them not listing hours properly, and not keeping a consistent schedule. I was so frustrated by the end that I started crying.Learn how to keep a consistent schedule, and list your hours of operation properly so other people dont have to waste their time like I did.

Arcane Tattoo is CLEAN, the staff is incredibly FRIENDLY and patient. Natasha especially was very patient as she walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. She did an amazing job on my nostril and tragus piercings. She was quick and now the next day they do not hurt at all.I will be back in the future for sure!!Side note: The parlor is really organized and they have private rooms for customers to sit in while getting tattooed or pierced. Great place, Id easily give 10 stars if I could.

After spending hours researching parlours, I was ready to drive to CA to have my tattoos done. Once I saw how clean and well done arcane was, I decided to give them a try. Marcus Rudd did an incredible job!! He took my pointelism tattoo beyond even what I could have hoped for! He had an incredible attention to detail, was easy and fun to be around, and overall made the experience a good one. Not only was he in time and prepared, but the time he spent going over everything and making sure it was perfect and just the way I wanted it ensured that I will go back to him for my next one!! Try him out for sure!

Got a daith piercing over a year ago. They were amazing & very nice& clean. My piercing came out cause I tried to switch earrings myself. It didnt work so well doing it on my own& they put it back in & fixed it for me for free.Its $30 to piece anywhere on the ear. Thats the cheapest Ive found. Everyone else wanted over $100 for the daith piercing.I always recommend them.
