Well let me star with I was going to give this place a 5 star when I left the theater. The place was very clean, the seats were very comfortable, theres enough room for everybody to be comfortable, this way you dont feel crowded. They have all the safety equipment if anything dangerous happens. What can I say? I would have gave it a five-star; but this is what happened I took with me my extra battery pack and my phone cord. So my phone could charge while I was at the movies. Well when I got home I didnt have it. So I looked at the movie theater up. So I can report that I lost it there. When you call that number. You have to press a number for loss stuff. That number then forwards you to another number. Then you have to press another number and then it forwards you back to the original theater. So when I called I told the lady what theater I was in what time I was there. The lady that works here with well, theres a movie going on right now. But after the movie will get someone to go look for it. She also told me they would call me back after work if they found it Or call me in the morning when they open up at 11 a.m. So at 11 a.m. the next day no one called me. So I tried to call them and no one was picking up. So me and my friend drove to the movie theater, because online it says that it will open up at 11 a.m. When I got there. They were not open yet. One of the workers came out and told me they would open up at 12. We came back at 12 and they still werent open. Other people went up there and they told them theyll be open at 12:15. When we all set out there and waited to 12:15. We went up there and they didnt told us it would be 12:30 p.m. I think this is crazy. If you post online or anywhere that youre going to be open at a certain time. You should be open at that time. Right?

Great movie going experience at Regal Hilltop! Reclining chairs makes the time in the theater really enjoyable. They do make you choose your seat now so either buy tickets online or arrive early to get seats together. There’s definitely less seats per theatre than the typical theater. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely be back!

They have great reclining seats. The rows/isles are roomy so you are not crowded in any way. The downside is, the food and drink prices are higher than any of the other theaters. They are wonderful about giving a discount to professional caregivers whom are accompanying someone with a disability.

Everything is great except the concession prices.Jack n coke slushies, Beer and extra wide recliners. A win win!

There is no longer a ticket stand. They sell movie tickets at the concession stand, now. Bought tickets for a movie using the app, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get a popcorn and soda. This is not only super inconvenient to the people who just want snacks, but it completely defeats the purpose of buying tickets in advance to skip the ticket line. This is probably something management started to save money to cut out an employee, but it comes off as disregard for customers. Prepare to show up at least 30 minutes before the previews start if you want snacks, the lines now take forever. Also, the concession workers will no longer scan in Regal cards unless you refuse to pay until they do. Even then, their reply is that they already scanned it. This has happened to me more than once, as though they are trained to refute customers who are Regal members. Seems very poorly managed or as though the theater values profit over customer experience.

Great! The theater was clean and nice. The seats are big recliners, super comfy. They lay back and you can put your feet up.

A great place to watch a movie! Food, drinks, and watching a movie is a great way to have a night out and this place is great at it! They keep their movie costs affordable along with the menu prices.Ambiance/Service: This location is a little bit older than others, but it is still nice and comfortable and the service staff is helpful. I have been here multiple times and I did have one time where the service was really rude, but otherwise, it has been pretty good here.

Love this place. Reclining seats are cool. I do not recommend any food beyond the regular chips and popcorn. The rest of the food is poorly prepared and taste horrible.

Not a bad little Cinema in OC. There main theater is nice and has the leather recliners. Warning: They are manual and not electric but still comfy if that matters to you. Overall pretty clean and friendly staff! Cheers!

This is probably my favorite normal theater. Seats are so comfortable, rooms are smaller (which I prefer) and ticket prices arent bad at all. Just spent $10.50 each for Sunday night tickets. Of course, concessions are overpriced, but good selection. They do have a Jack and Coke slushy for $8 for 16oz, which isnt a bad deal I suppose. Will definitely come back here as often as I go to movies.

Awesome Management personnel! Was watching Cats, granddaughters didnt like the movie. I could not follow it at all & had seen the play many, many years ago. I approached the lady manager in the lobby & explained our dilemma. She understood & refunded ALL 4 tickets.

Best Regal EVER! My husband and I found this regal when I lived in oregon city when him and I were just boyfriend and girlfriend (6 years ago). I then moved to Damascus and him and I still made the trip. And now we live in Vancouver and still drive far. We just love the atmosphere

One of my favorite places to watch a movie with recliners. The rum and coke ice was pretty cool to.

They have assigned seating like most other theaters. The place was over all clean...but the restrooms were not kept up. 1. Stall I went in had no toilet paper 2. The soap dispenser I went to was empty (I moved to another that had some) then the sink I used did not work and had to move to another.

My local childhood hangout! Great memories waiting in line to watch mission impossible and the Titanic! Reasonable prices for a movie theater. Friendly employees.

We love this theater. BTW- Those who complain about the cost of popcorn should understand how very little money a movie theater makes per ticket. To remain open, with such a huge overhead, they must charge handsomely for snacks. Buy popcorn and help keep movie theaters open!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this theater. The box office person was very nice and the concessionists were fast and overall everything was great. The lack of a good rating goes entirely to the treatment of the employees from the owner. I didn’t catch the name of this particular employee but I overheard them expressing concern and frustration to his manager (a blonde haired woman, I believe her name was heather.) The employee asked why he hadn’t received a break having worked over 7 hours. 7. Freaking. HOURS!! That is completely unacceptable. I personally would be furious but this employee spoke in a soft tone and to me seemed like a beaten down dog. What’s even more disgusting is the managers response. Three simple words: “because I’m busy”. I will never come back to this theater or any regal as long as they treat their hardworking employees so poorly.

Packed Friday night but not selling tickets from booth, have everybody in huge lines at concessions. Manage to get the slowest line, with an employee who has 0 sense of urgency, move with purpose man come on. Movie we want to see only has three seats left in very front row, rolls his eyes when he tells me to pick my seats. Order popcorn and sodas, including tickets at $44. Ok, is what it is these days. But then he uses our cups to scoop ice into them, not using an ice scooper, which is required by health code. When I point this out to him, how he’s handling cash and cards, then touching cups that are making contact with ice in the bin he stares at me for a good second and asks if I want them scooped again. Man, the whole ice bin is contaminated, what’s the point? I ask to speak with a supervisor to point this out, he turns around, says they’re busy pouring alcohol. Okay.... go let them know a customer would like to talk to them maybe? Sup comes over, asks what the problem is, I tell her what just transpired and Jaden starts to argue about how his hands are clean. They’re not washing their hands between transactions, he’s touching cash and cards, his hands are not clean. At this point, I had to ask for a refund and leave. Going out to the movies is an experience, only reason to pay for $10 popcorn and $7 soda. You guys have already ruined the experience, I’d rather drive across town to the Century theater at the mall. I just bought a house five mins from this theater, but I won’t be back.

It cost too much especially for food They need to turn the lights off earlier, when any kind of stuff is showing on the screen or at least dim them.It was a comfortable experience.

Bait and Switch,Got to the theater In plenty of time for refreshments before our 3:30 showtime. However, besides the 10 minutes of trailers they actually had us sit thru over 20 minutes of TV commercials.When at theater advertises a specific showtime they should start the show on time. I felt like a captive audience being punished or brainwashed into buying more coke or popcorn before the show started. Or penalized because of people who show up late.Not cool!The theater could at least be honest and say “soft opening, or commercials and Previews start at 3:30 actual movie time is 4:00.

It has been over a year since I visited the theater and a lot has changed. Reserved seating and chairs that fold out. My only suggestion would be less commercials during the previews. It felt like it went on forever and was enough to make me stay home unless its must see movie. Which for me is maybe one a year. The rest Ill wait as the commercials are enough to keep me away.

Place is awesome. Losfs of room and the reclining seats fabulous. Clean and staff are friendly.

Rude employees at the snack bar. Rude ticker checkers. Really really really bad sound in the theater.. Im not even sure if they had the surround speakers on. Reclining seats that are old and uncomfortable. This theater was probably state of the art about 10 years ago. Not its just poorly kept. The 2nd star was only because tickets are cheap, but I personally would prefer to pay a little more and actually watch a movie in a decent theater. Will not be going back

Had a bad experience this past friday took my daughter to see the new jumanji movie and the staff neglected to give us 3D glasses when we handed them our tickets, it took them 25 minutes into the movie before I was able to get anyone of the staff to give me some glasses even then I never even got a sorry or anything. Piss Poor customer service and attitudes all the way around its no wonder the parking lot is always empty.

Very clean, friendly staff, stadium seating. Advise ordering tickets online before you go. You pick the seats you want to sit in, its not a sit wherever you want theater.

The chairs recline and are very comfortable. As expected, tickets and concessions are very expensive. A pleasant experience if you are willing to cough up the money. Heres a tip: You can bring your own snacks and nobody will stop you.

This is my favorite movie theatre in the area. Ive seen every major movie release Ive been to for SIX years here. Tickets are a little pricier, but you get SO MUCH MORE out of your ticket. You get reserved seating, taking all the stress out of a normal theaters seating arrangements. The seats RECLINE, and are a super comfortable leather. As well as their refill policy on larges, and the best movie theater popcorn, make third your go to if you can.

Went here to see Avengers End Game because the seats sounded nice. Seats were indeed more comfortable than most theaters & could be reserved! Will be my go to theater when I really want a good movie experience.

The theaters are clean and comfortable. Only took one star off because some of them are kind of small.

Great seats... just wish my legs did not hang off the end of the recliner as if I were 7 ft. tall. Everything was very nice.

It was super crowded with only 2 people working. They had to sell tickets, snacks and check people in. On top of that, the ladies rest room looked like 12 year olds had a TP party in there. Toilet paper was everywhere on the floor and under the stalls. Popcorn was all over the lobby floors. Kind of brutal. I felt bad for the employees trying to carry on.

This was the coldest movie theater I have ever been in. It is supposed to snow outside tonight and the theater thought it was a good idea to run the AC at full blast. Everyone in the theater was wearing their jackets to stay warm. We had to go back to our car after the movie just to warm up.

Most of the theater rooms are ok but were trying to watch the Lion King and the sound quality in theater room 8 is so terrible I can hear every person in here chewing their popcorn, and its ruining the movie. I can hear the movie in the room next to us better than the one we are in. So sad because I bought my tickets weeks ago and was excited to bring my kids, and its no different than watching TV in bed on low volume. Dont bother coming if your movie is played in theater 8 :(

Had a great time watching Toy Story 4. Only problem was I sat next to some guy who laughed the whole time during the movie. I think he was stoned. Oh well, better to be laughing then crying. Go see this movie!!

Not sure if all the theaters at this complex are like this, you have to pick seats when buying tickets. This is fine if you do it ahead of time online. If you just show up and it is a popular movie you wont get very good seats even if you get there early.

The slowest people in concession I’ve ever been too. Every single time I have been. Today 30 min wait. It’s so slow it’s really weird to even watch. And no one there seems to care. Got a hot dog last time I was there and the bun was as hard a a rock. Came out to get a new one and had to wait 15 more minutes.

Great theater. The reserved seats are truly fantastic. Some of the seats are getting worn down and need to be renewed. Futhurmore, the concessions stand takes forever and they need to find a better system to speed the line up.

I rate them w 3 stars because cinemas charge an Ungodly amount of money for concessions. Why is it $5 for a $1.25 water? Which you would Still be making money on. Its a monopoly because they know you will pay the $$$. Thank god I only have one kid. I couldnt afford to take him to a movie if I had more kids. I wish your candy, soda/drinks and popcorn proce would be lower...would help the people who just want to see a movie and take their family afford it a little more.

So Ive been coming here a year, always bought online tickets, but today while getting popcorn and drinks at the counter they made me scan the ticket at the sides where the attendants were. When I told them They have always scanned at the front counter before, they insisted to head to the corner. So I got out of line went to the corner where the attendant was got it scanned and went back in line. Then the same guy that refused to scan my ticket scanned somebody elses on their phone. This happened twice since the 1st lady I went to, told me it was over there without indicating the exact place.

Its all about being able to reserve the recliner. My favorite movie theater. Filled with nice staff and sells Coke and rum slushies!

A little to pricy but we enjoyed our movie

I wasnt aware that the shows basically sell out online. Showed up and only front row seats were available. Got to the front and realized this theater has the ABSOLUTE WORST front row. It was barely 10 ft from my face so I immediately got up and went out for a refund. Spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for staff to get the right people to offer me my refund. I opted to switch to a later viewing but ever other show was also sold out but the front. So after I was issued my refund we left and found the same movie at wunderland for half cost! Plenty of seats. However I still had to dispute the charge to my account because they didnt refund it! I dont understand why you would EVER place seats that close. I literally couldnt even see the whole screen in my peripheral vision.

Im not a fan of going to the movies but this theater is incredible. Always seems clean, organized, updated, modern, and nice. The big recliner chairs make the movie experience awesome. Even if the wife wants to see a movie Im not thrilled about it isnt bad as the chairs are so relaxing. I can kick back and just chill. Im also a fan of being able to pre purchase my tickets and pick my seats. No more trying to decide how early to show up for good seats. Rushing kids in to hold seats while we get snacks. Etc.

Usually this theater is great, but today we came to enjoy a movie in a theater that we found out had been double/triple booked. Now, I get it. The tickets were purchased using Fandango, and other online ticket sellers. So its not technically the theaters fault. But when multiple people brought their concerns to the manager that their seats were taken up by other people, he told us he (only) knew about it yesterday! I am not saying you needed to contact everyone in advance, cause thats crazy...but, could you not have had the ticket taker, or better yet you, the manager, standing by to let everyone know BEFORE we sat down and discovered there was a problem?! And before we spent money on concessions? And I get its a stressful situation for the theater and people are upset, but management definitely could have handled it better (especially when he said he couldnt guarantee refunds, but was giving out credit tickets to a later showing that supposedly might also be overbooked). Now, we were lucky because a nice family gave up their seats so we could see it with our family, but I think its unfair that that even had to be done in the first place. it definitely made it hard to enjoy the movie, with this kind of a stressful situation beforehand. Hopefully the theater and the online ticket sellers will be watching more carefully next time, and the theater will be using this as a lesson for how NOT to deal with an issue like this in the future.

They have very comfortable reclining seats which makes viewing movies even more enjoyable. They also provide a large assortment of snack and beverages, including some alcohol choices for adults.

Good easy place to view a movie. Peices are way to high for popcorn and sodas. They serve beer which they could do without.

I just went to a movie there on Friday 7.5.19.And though the movie was great and the chairs still recline my chair was broken and so was a guys chair a few seats down.I had to struggle to get it to open and I couldnt put it the foot rest back.Also the candy machine that i like to get Runts out of was completely sold out. Not 1 type of candy in the whole machine.Please fix these things and anything else that isnt right so it can go back to being a great place to see a movie.

Great theater. Nine screens with recliners. Fresh baked pizza, sandwiches and other food and drink items. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible parking. Reserved seating. Beer and wine available with serving to your seats.

Very expensive . Some of the reclining chairs are broken. In order to sit with friends you need to order tickets hours in advance. If you decide to see a show last minute chances are you wont get seats by each other. This defeats to purpose of going with a few friends.

We accidentally sat in the wrong reserved seats and the usher was incredibly polite and helped us find our seats. I was very impressed. Seats were comfortable.
