It wouldnt have to be fenced off if people knew how to respect environments and ecosystems. Clearly, you can still visit and observe the beautiful, California-native landscape and all of its inhabitants interacting from the outside. If it were not fenced off, we would have forced our way through, destroy it up, and find some way to capitalize off whats left of its beauty instead of simply appreciating it as it is now.
Fenced off. No public access. Signs state “Access by permit only, Sacramento County wildlife refuge”.
Not very accessible, but very pretty.
This is not a park. just vacant land. unless some miracle happens, it will always be not be a park.
Take care charsh twice
This is not open to the public. it is not an operational park.
