Great trailer park. 50+ park. Moved in 4 months ago. Very clean with no one hanging out who doesnt belong. Manager team are husband wife team. Always keeping streets clean & updated repairs. Very safe & neighbors are super friendly.

My mother in law lives at this park for years. Everyone is friendly and very caring towards neighbors. Management are amazing. They go above and beyond for the tenants and work extremely hard as well. Fast and helpful if anything happens and very informative if you have any questions. I would highly recommend this park.

Credit score must be sky high or you dont deserve to live in a trailer park. I was really positive and hoping to get accepted. I dont have bad credit. . i just dont have good credit. Never been evicted. Sad.. I really like the name tho. Thats all I can say now.

Got an absolutely awesome deal love these guys I would recommend them for everybody to come down here looking for a used car take your time and they will treat you right
