Definitely one of the worst leagues I’ve ever experienced the refs are horrible and have no idea what they are doing. There is definitely the act of favoritism openly and with no shame at all. Today my son was literally insulted and downgraded by one of the head refs on field 32 at the Lancaster Soccer Complex in the Antelope Valley.Stay away from coast soccer league before your kids loose their self esteem and give up this league does not care

I have recently come to realize just how the board members of CSL are unprofessional and vindictive.We have been in the Coast Soccer League for several years now and this is the second time we have experienced significant “unfairness” from the league.While I admit that the coaches/managers were not completely absent of fault from doing something they shouldn’t, the repercussions that followed were obviously excessive, to the point that you get the impression that the CSL board is either trying to make an example of an individual or someone has a personal vendetta. It is also important to note that although other people were involved in the situation, the board “selects” individuals whom the want to attack and don’t stop until they individual is banned from the league.I would personally recommend that if you have the option to play for a different league, do so. Until the existing board members wake up and begin to realize that they are there to serve our kids and not their own agendas, I strongly recommend not supporting the league in any way.

Too much favoritism, they are not fair and they give opportunities to teams/clubs that have more prestige. Bad referees, bad bracketing to level the teams, bad decisions. etc....

ONE OF THE WORST ORGANIZATIONS, NO CHECK AND BALANCES WITH COMPLAINTS. REFEREES ARE THE LOWEST GRADE USED.
