If youre interested in spirituality, gems, or native American culture then this place is for you! Ive been interested in spirituality since I was a kid and Im always looking out for high quality gems. Unfortunately a lot of the commonly sold gems are low quality, at Matoska though! Everything here is high quality. I also love their selection of sage! By far my favorite spirituality shop

I love this specialty trading company. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have such beautiful california sage with roses or sunflowers. I also love buying crystals and gems for my home from them. I also like to buy books from their location. The location is also in beautiful old town Orange so its in a pretty location. This is my favorite store to buy all kinds of crystals. Highly recommend Matoska Trading Co.

Went back today to get some more because the kids want another one that they can wear to school without it getting taken away because they have an Arrowhead and bear claws on it. Friendly and helpful staff. And an array of books music art clothing jewelry cloth feathers Buckskin leathers Sage and smudges. Its a fantastic store for All My Relations in the heart of the orange circle.

If you need inexpensive smudge sticks this is the place to get a huge variety for a very reasonable price. I have gotten beads from this store for costumes and without this store my creations wouldnt have taken flight. Ive talked to their owner about their pelts and yes theyre killed humanly and use every part of the animal. Just in traditional Native American custom.

Great little shop!! Came in earlier today and got a watchband replaced on my ancient G-Shock for less than $20. My old ratty band was previously damaged, held in tight (for a quick fix) with superglue, and the guy had no problem changing it out. The band was replaced in less than 15 minutes or so to boot!Very much recommended and would definitely return if I have any more time-piece issues.

I consider myself as a hobbyist. I have a few projects that I am currently working on so I was recommended to visit this store. Being that it was my first time here it was a bit to take in. The store itself is very cool and there are a vast amount of items. What really took me off a bit was the service. I must have caught the eye of a female worker who seamed to follow me everywhere in the store. When she went to the back she brought another man who pretended to shop. As a person who is familiar with retail, I quickly realized I was being watched for theft. This really brought down my experience here. I bought a few small items and left. My suggestion to the store is that if you cant trust your customers, you can either put your most worried items behind the counter or you can try trusting your customers. I highly doubt I will return here but you never know.

Well, great store. Carry just about everything a first-person who love to create I believe they KNOW what a great store they have. They should just do away with the hours on the door and website. This is the second time Ive shown up only to have them open the door about an hour late and today I drove about 35 miles in the rain. Open at 11 am? NO! Went to have lunch 12:15 ? NOPE. TODAY is Wednesday January 16,2019. Says they open at 11:am daily. Internet sales must be very good. I would think sales could be done a the store. The attitude in Orange County has always been, Yes, Im very successful too bad youre not! This attitude is changing though.

I love this place and always have. They have stuff there that just cant be found other places easily. Parking isnt always easily found since they are located in old town Orange; but, that is the only downside to this store. If you are looking for Pendleton they have it, they carry bone pipe and horn pipe, they carry cow leather lacing, buckskin lacing and elk lacing, medicine bags and other native items. If they dont have it ... ask and they can probably get it.

Im finally get around to writing this review. I went into this store on a Friday with my wife and much to our dismay the woman working there was on the phone using very loud offensive language including the F word. Thank goodness our grandchildren werent with us. If shes the same woman in the review from Yelp by Woolly B. on 5/11/2016, Im surprised the owner hasnt fired her yet. She never acknowledged our presence and we left after a few minutes feeling sorry for whoever was on the other end of her tirade.

We ordered $135 worth of sage around the 20th of August. The web site indicated there would be a 2 week delay in shipping as the person responsible for that was away. During the second week of September, when I still had not received the sage I called and was told that the person responsible for shipping had decided to extend his time away from the store but that the order should go out in the next few days. Long story short, I had to call again and didnt receive the sage till the the last week of September. It was fine, exactly what we had hoped for, but I wouldnt order again from this company. To have a customer wait over 6 weeks for a delivery is just not good business.

I bought some braids of sweet grass from here and bummed at myself not doing research. I called and a friendly clerk answered. I asked after purchasing if the owners were of indigenous descent. The answer was no. I really feel horrible on my end for not doing my research and disgusted on the end of the store for profiting off of indegenious cultural artifacts without it economically strengthing indegenious communities.
