I called Bill about a pinball machine (Williams Road Show) I had just received that had been delivered from out of state. When I first called he spent a good amount of time on the phone suggesting some trouble shooting strategies and said if they didnt work he would be happy to come out and take a look at the machine. I appreciated the fact the he was actually trying to help me out in order to save the cost of a service call. That doesnt happen very often in this day and age. Unfortunately I was unable to fix the machine so I called back and set an appointment. On the day of the appointment Bill called to verify I still needed help and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in short order and then also performed some needed maintenance at what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bill as an honest and very knowledgeable pinball repair mechanic and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
