Lots to choose from, helpful staff and videos playing on t.v. screens to show you a preview of the products your buying. Good prices and some sweet sales. I would recommend the store verses a tent on the side of the road, or a parking lot.

The staff is always helpful and kind. I cant tell you how nice it is to have them so close! Prices are WAY better compared to others and the fireworks are awesome. Is it June yet? Looking forward to stocking up for next year.

Had a blast (pun intended) shopping here with my older brother. We bought a ton of fireworks here last year, and the year before that. Very large selection, high quality, and they dont rip you off for terrible packs like the tents on the side of the road. Definitely a go to place when it comes to all your firework needs, whether theyre big or small- theyll most likely have them.

Pleasant visit like always. Someone is always at the door to open for you. Plenty of employees walking around offering assistance. We always go when they have a sale. This time was 40% and 20% off certain items. We spent 223.00 with discounts came up to 174.00. We been stopped going to phantom fireworks where we were left feeling stupid spending 250 dllrs but no where near as much stuff!

We ordered 20 Wedding Sparklers from Superior for my daughters wedding. They were perfect! They lit easily, flamed nicely and lasted a good amount of time! The pictures look super! And their prices were the best!

Its a fireworks store. Staff is helpful but no cheaper than phantom(Ph) nor are they more expensive. For example in my photos Excalibur is 89.99 at Ph and 85.99 here. So if you buy 3 of these from either store once you add discount for Sup (if military) its 15% off or If you add free gift from Ph. This is the difference Sup is $219.28 and Ph is $269.97 plus free gift(s) of $60 value. Either way glad to have a fireworks store close to OP and jax.

Man I love fireworks and have been into a bunch of firework stores in my life and this is the nicest most organized store that I have even been into. My gripe with firework stores is that the staff is hardly knowledgeable with what the firework will do or looks like, but that is not the case with this store. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and if you do not want to ask then just read the description that is conveniently located in front of the firework or scan the QR code that is on said description and watch a video. I am sad to say that I only spent $555 of my $1300 dollars on fireworks in this store, but next year all of my money with be spent here. Also their website is hands down the best firework website I have seen. They have links to the videos of the firework accompanied by the description of what the firework does. We plan to spend of 2k here next year.

Well organized store with innovative methods for showing demonstrations of product offerings. They offer fantastic discount for our military and Jeff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Surprisingly smaller on the Inside. They deal mostly in firework kits or boxes that put off a show, and not many loose fireworks.They have great sparkler options and staff is helpful.

Just wanted to say that i am extremely pleased with the service, quality inc. delivery time.I placed my order on June 27th. Got my delivery on Monday the 1st. I must say that the quality of the fireworks were amazing, we put on a show for about 25 minutes, must say i was a amazed that they all went off with no issues, or scare.I will definitely be ordering some more next year, may be a little earlier since some of my choices have been sold out, which is understating since i placed my order very late.I appreciate you all for making my 4th, worth every moment.

I placed a wholesale order online Feb 25th, and have noticed an unusually long delay in the order process. Its now May 1st and no sign of the order being shipped. I received a few emails spaced out several weeks about some item(s) being out of stock/backordered,which is fine, they said they could replace it with something similar they had in stock. However, its been past the early ship deadline, and Im worried Ive just lot a decent bit of discount, which is quite large on a +$3000 order. I have ordered a few times in the past, but this time Im waiting over 2 months and nothing so far...Edit: Thankfully, a quick response the next morning after I sent a email inquiring about my order again cleared things up, with full explanation. Also, I will appear to still get all advertised volume/early order discounts. So everything seems to be good now, as the order seems like it will be on track for July 4th enjoyment, just would have liked more frequent updates.

I meant to post this closer to the 4th, however I ordered $2,000+ after the early order discount and the quantity discount of fireworks to my commercial address for 2016. Robert, the manager was super helpful. They have amazing service and amazing products. Shipping was easier, and cheaper than I expected. Everything showed up to me in Ohio when he said they would, and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them. I am buying from here again in 2017.
