GREAT PARTY ATMOSPHERE FOR CHILDREN AND THEN THERE IS THE TRAMPOLINE FLOOR WHICH THEY SEEM TO ENJOY BUT THE PERFECT PLACE TO THROW THE YOUNGSTERS A PARTY!

I took my son here two weekends in a row because we were celebrating his 3rd bday the workers were very nice and helpful their was always someone on the floor to help or for questions!! The place was definitely nice and clean!!! Me and the kids love it here I wish I could take them every weekend

If I could literally leave no stars at all, I would. During this pandemic, I get that hours of business have changed. However, when we call the day before to make sure the hours are what the door on the sign says 2-8 then it should be just that. We get there at exactly 6:02 pm, we call, they answer, they claim to have been slow all day that they decided to close early, they also stated that they have already counted their drawers out etc. She also stated sorry maam, if you would have called me 10 seconds earlier. Not sure how 10 seconds sooner or later should make a difference. If the sign on your door says 2-8 pm, then you should stay open until 8pm. Surge has lost my business, and corporate will be notified. They dont need young adults working at the Opelika location, as they do not know how to be professional.

I honestly did not even want to give 1 star for this place but I had to wait a day to collect my thoughts from my 9/1/2020 visit. For starters, it was my nephews 5th birthday that I and a large group had planned on celebrating with him (not as a party but a family outing). We called a day before confirming the hours of operation verbally they said 2pm-8pm, and ALSO posted on the window it said 2pm-8pm. Now we get to Surge at 6pm yesterday leaving 2 hours left of jump time, the doors were locked! So we called, and a Kensley first answered and said they were closed. Called a second time from another cell, a Nicole answered and confirmed they were closed, mentioned that had we called 10 seconds earlier they would of been open but due to slow business they had already counted their drawers down for end of day. Called a 3rd time to ask for corporates number, Nicole advised they did not know it and she gave us the managers number (whose name is also Nicole and her number was the store number I was already on the phone with talking on). Although it was a disappointment, we ended up going to Good Times in Auburn! This place needs a new manager and staff, people who takes pride in customer service!!!

So we have been here many times over the last few years and today wasn’t a pleasant experience. The place was disgusting! The trampolines and basically everything was a mess . I don’t know if they have a new manager or owner but man the place is gross. Not only that but during toddler time they had the music blaring so loud above what should ever be allowed. Just a disappointing visit

Great place...fun for all. Arcades.. Plenty of couches and tables. Snack bar is good too.

The Manager is not professional at all, I heard her arguing with 2 customers today. It was not good.

Surge was a blast but they need to allow payment for concessions at the concession stand. Having it mixed with people who are checking in makes a simple process very time consuming. Other than that, we had a BLAST. My kids loved it so much they cried when we left. I cant wait to bring the family back.

JUST WENT TO SURGE TODAY!!!! VERY RUDE MANAGERS! we had an 18 year old with us and they said you have to have parents here to fill out waiver ... kicked us out because we didn’t have adults on the line. 10/10 don’t recommend !! we need to shut this place down asap!!!

Clean, our son had fun. Staff is rude and asks like you asking a question is a problem. Only one register open with multiple parties and a very long line. Make sure you take cash they dont have an atm and will not allow cash back for any games. Launch is much cheaper and not rude.

The grand kids loved it!

My grandsons love Surge in Opelika, Al. It has couches for parents& grandparents to sit on while watching their kids. There is much more room around each trampoline, and they have different things to do.

It was good till the one worker threw my 8 year old son into the foam pit and he hit it back off the side of it all because of a dodge ball game smh

New management is horrible! My child lost a sock due to their pit and we were informed that they don’t replace socks... and we had to purchase another pair in order for them to continue to jump!

Surge is one of the few family attractions in this area. The facility is nice and is kept well maintained and clean. The staff could have better customer service but theyre usually young people & its 90% self service so its not a big deal. Its not the cheapest place to take your kids but this location is actually less expensive than other trampoline parks. All in all this is a great place.

The manager is absolutely terrible and was yelling at us bc one of the guys I was with was under 18 and his parent wasn’t there then after his mom got there she was still having a attitude with us.Would NEVER recommend this place spend your time and money else where

The manager in the opelika, al location is terrible . She has a very nasty attitude & doesn’t let kids have there freedom . She yelled, rolled her eyes, & clapped her hands at me simply because I didn’t have a parent there with them .

Had my 4 year old granddaughters birthday party on 5/20. The young man that was assigned to our party was very nice but did very little. We did the whole set up. The cost is way to high just to jump for two hours and be given water if your thirsty........this place charges way to much, they claim they decorate and pretty much do everything for you, but they definitely did not!! All the decorations and party supplies were bought by me. When I asked for the manager, I was told there is no manager available until Tues (this was Sunday). The 2 young girls behind the desk thought it was amusing that I was upset. I asked for a copy of the party paperwork and was told the office is locked, someone will be here soon to unlock it. I used my phone and took pictures of the paperwork. I wrote a note on the final bill that it was not acceptable and to have the manager call me. Still waiting for a phone call. I have disputed the charges with my CC company due to the fact that I did not receive the goods or services I paid for. 345.00 for 2 hours for 7 children.........total rip off......Definitely won’t be doing anymore parties at Surge!

The line to purchase was extremely slow and disorganized and there was water leaking from the rain onto one of the trampolines. It’s a fun time for the kids but could use a little work.

Wish I could leave less than one star! The management is very rude and unprofessional. We were spoke to so crudely and treated horribly. I DO NOT recommend this facility at all! Launch in Columbus is worth the drive for nicer service and environment!

Our first visit was for a birthday party and our five year old had a total blast!

We went with a large group of kids and plenty of chaperones and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Good layout with lots of space for the kids to move around and try different jumping activities. Will go again for certain .

Great friendly staff, i was having trouble with Groupon purchase and the lady was understanding and gave me my time talk to the customer service and fixing the problem.and she was nice with my kid and gave him a bag if cookie.

This place lets the employees play dodge ball with the kids. I watched as 2 employees threw balls over and over at kids faces with no regard to safety at all even after I asked them to just let the kids play. I talked to the owner and he seemed to not care about the situation at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Go spend your money elsewhere.

We have so much fun at this place! Love bringing my 3 year old daughter during toddler time. Staff is always very nice. Tons of trampolines, two dodge ball courts, kids area, three huge foam pits, and arcade games. I went to surge with my daughters on Tuesday. As a customer that is not familiar with their business hours nor policies, I paid full price for my daughters to jump for 30 minutes. The employees are young and must be teenagers that doesnt know how to properly communicate well. I would have thought they would mentioned that you only have 30 minutes to jump. No warnings at all. I went to the service desk after hearing the announcement about closing. Ask the employees if theres a way we can receive the remaining 30 minutes of jumping on another day, but the answer from the employee was no. The other employee that initially accepted payment was on social media as if she didnt hear the conversation and ignored. I requested a call from the manager. They mentioned the party specialist will call and I didnt receive a call. I finally received a call three days later from the general manager of Opelika on Friday and he stated that the sign is posted and its in their policy. I asked one simple question and he didt answer. He does not have any customer service skills as well. Customer Service training would be helpful to this company. It took 3 days to receive a call with no solution of the incident. At the end of the day I had two girls at the age of 5 and 7 crying because of this incident. What is it for a large company to show a courtesy to customers that are not familiar with your rules and etc. They need to implement or attend go a leadership and customer service training. It takes a parent hard earn hours to receive a paycheck and pay the full amount without receiving proper credits of hour. A business takes minutes to collect payment and show no courtesy in 30 minutes to collect without trying to assist or resolve any issues. I rather drive to another city before I spend another dime here. Thanks for this devastating experience for my kids. Dont even send a fake message as if you care to respond because its not genuine. Im not the only one to have a bad experience. God Bless others that had previous experiences and didnt report it.

Too much open space. The space that DOES have trampolines, it’s well utilized. Their excuse for the open space is for seating for events. Go see for yourself. There’s no way they will ever fill that space with people. Fill it with stuff to make money with, like come on. It looks like a joke when you walk in. It’s not until you walk up the ramp when you realize that there’s actually something to do there. They have great potential. Wish they would realize it and do something with it.

This was a great experience. Lots of different activities to keep you busy. We thought an hour was just enough time to get a good feel of the place. The staff is very friendly. The owner let us know that evenings are better for adults. There can be quite a few kids during the afternoons and early weekend. I highly recommend this place.

Last year it was great, nice people, very helpful, this time it was awful, The young lady that was assigned to our party was honestly useless, she barely did anything, we did it all ourselves ! And also I should add, all the workers are younger kids, and do absolutely nothing, unless their job is talking to each other and not paying attention to anything? I’m not even sure why they are there? They are never “working”

Had my boys party here. Best part of the package I bought was that they had a helper who helped out with everything moms have to do instead of enjoying the play and park. Good all around, wish it was cheaper and I would go more

Its ok if youre just looking for somewhere quick and convenient to take your kids. There arent enough arcade games and its ALWAYS extremely cold every time we leave my kids have a sore throat thats the biggest issue there the temperature.

We had an amazing time. There were 8 of us, all adults, and an hour and a half was perfect. We went on a Saturday at 4 and it wasnt too crowded. Lots of fun options and very reasonably priced.

Great place for a party. Kids loved it! Better if you schedule your kids party to end by 4. They provide set-up, clean up and bottled water. You can bring ur own decor. One bottle of water per kid with 2 hour jump time....really? Fix that!

We want the climbing wall fixed and the surge jumper. The jumper was the only reason we came here instead of columbus trampoline park. Will call next time and not drive this far for what it offers. :0{

Its alright, the staff are very lack luster. I know for the time we were there, the 4 Court refs were huddled in a circle talking about how the kids werent following the rules, instead of fixing the problem by doing their jobs. I watched kids jump from a platform down onto other kids in the pit, mean while the staff were talking in a circle. The trampolines are fun, there isnt many of them, but they are ok. I wouldnt recommend this place, but it is what it is. Expect ~$20.00 for a hour jump period. If you dont have their socks.

The kids really enjoyed themselves for the hour. As an adult, aesthetically its time for an update of the equipment and a paint job. The kids enjoyed it though.

Fun for kides

I was knocked off balance due to one of the employees purposely speeding up and slowing down the motor to make us fall. This injury caused me to tear my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. I now have to undergo serious knee surgery and will be out of work for weeks and on crutches for even longer. Im highly disappointed that they allow someone to try to make the kids and participants to fall by adjust the speed and abruptly change the speeds while youre jumping. This story will continue to be shared so others wont make the same mistake I did

We drove out of the way to come here because a friend said they offered good teacher discounts. Come to find out no discounts for teachers or homeschool are available. Im not sure if this is a new thing or what. For what we paid Ill just go back to Launch from now on.

How they havent been shut down is a miracle on their part. They had 2 large puddles of water on their trampolines... what do they do, nothing. No barrier, no signage, no warning... just waiting for someone like me to come and hurt them self. Screw that place, it is awful
