A beautiful community of mobile Homes..NOT A TRAILER PARK..THE PEOPLE TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF THEIR PROPETTY AND THE HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE HAVE A POOL AND SECURITY.MY FAMILY.HAS BEEN THERE IN PHASE 1 SOUTH IN A 2 BD.RM.2 BATH SINCE 1986. PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AWSOME PLACE TO LIVE. They also have a basketball ct.and little parks for the kids. There is also a clubhouse.
A very clean, beautiful and peaceful place to live in.
Its clean the people here help out matter of fact the neighbors collected water clothes over the weekend for the Bahamas .
This is the best place that you could live. The managers office ( Dora and her staff ) are #1. The maintenance manager Mr. Robert Rodriguez and his staff, they kept that place the most comfortable place in Florida State. KEEP THIS PLACE CLEAN AND TOGETHER. PLACE #1.
