My kids wanted to come here. I looked it up and it says its open. I drove half an hour with my kids and you can imagine how much excited they were. Unfortunately, we got here and it says temporary closed.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!

Been coming here for a very long time. Place is great always coming out with new things off their menus and as well as the entire restaurant. Every time my family and I come to eat, drink or play here we always are well taken care of and never seem to have any issues. We were taken care of from Gracie shes awesome u gotta find her and have her take care of u when you eat.We always had excellent customer service and treated as if we are like a family. So for my review keep up the good work. And dont stop the fun

Really disappointed in the service we received at Dave & Busters, spent over 300$ on drinks and food and they wouldn’t let us spend our 5K in tickets at 9:45 on Sunday even after explaining my 5 year old traveled 500 miles and would be leaving back to Nevada. Strongly encourage y’all to visit a different location. Or not at all that’s fine too.

Dave and Busters are back! Like they never left. Their Happy Hour might be the best in town! Love the new setup and ambiance, its been awhile since I listed visited but to my pleasant surprise they have renovated and stepped it up a notch.. ill definitely be back and spread the word to others about them

The food there is soooo good! Its a great date spot, get together place, fun for families. The arcade is pretty big and its not too expensive for enough tokens to waste some time having fun. They have a vr ride/game thats really fun too, only 6$ a person, about 10-15 minute game.

Service was good, atmosphere was cool. Kids softball team and parents spread all throughout the dining area instead of being all together, TERRIBLE!! Adjusted my rating to two stars

Food was absolutely delicious! Only downside was an inattentive server who spent more time standing around talking to his buddy than actually taking care of his tables. After everyone had completely finished our meals, sat around waiting for the bill for over 20 minutes. Even after approaching the hostess and asking for a bill so we could leave, waited another 10 minutes before it finally got to our table.

The food was pretty good. I came here just for a few appetizers, but unfortunately everything on the sampler plate that I got tasted pretty much the same. The price was pretty good though. The wait staff took a little while to get to me, but that can be expected in such a busy place.

We have been coming here for years. The family and friends always have a great time. There are plenty of arcade and video games to play. The food has always been good. All our experiences with the staff over the years has been pleasant. We love that you can have adult beverages and enjoy the fun of the arcade as well. The prizes area is usually cool with lots of different choices from low to high amounts of tickets. We have gone in and the shelves look wiped out but when its packed what can you do so Im not holding it against them. The bar area is nice with all of the sports games they show. Well rounded atmosphere and they do it well. We will continue coming back

Great experience over all. I went on a Saturday afternoon, though It was a little over crowded, the staff still had good service, the food was amazing and my kids loved it. It got a little too warm(from the crowd) for me in the arcade, but a good drink from the bar definitely helped out. I recommend the watermelon margarita.

This place was great location for a book club meeting and to celebrate an adult birthday.... we didnt have kids, but we had just as much fun at this location as if we were kids to include playing the games.

This place has it all! The food is delicious and theres tons of arcade games to enjoy. We love to get the eat-and-play deals because you can get a lot for a very reasonable price. Ive been there with my kids several times and always want to come back again!

Threw a goodbye party here. Brewcade has lots of beers and some mixed drinks. They also have a respectable amount of games, especially for the size of the venue including: pinball, classic side scrollers, and even a 5v5 game. I think this is a casual hangout place, great for dates, get togethers, etc., but it gets a bit loud sometimes. Brewcade now has food too, I didnt get to try it though. Its my go to arcade bar.

Went with my cuzn for a cuzn night out. Fabulous time adult fun. So much fun. We had a blast.

Man this place is a mini Vegas close to home. UPS was on the lookout for a private party and they delivered an Amazing room with 3 Pool Tables. Alicia was our coordinator and she made sure we were going to have a Blast! Come on Down with your party and really make a grand entrance!! Cheers and GOD Bless!!

I havent seen a place like this in all my life! Everything here is big size! Wow!

DO NOT dine here if you have a large party of 20+ unless you you plan on waiting for 6+ hours. Apparently, they only have one seating area that accommodate this amount of people and we put our name down when we got there at 2pm and table wasn’t ready until after 9pm. By then half of the party left to dine else where but ones with kids had to wait this out because the kids didn’t want to leave the arcade area. This the only reason we stayed because the food it definitely not worth this poor customer service. DO BETTER Dave & Busters.

Sooooo much fun! We got the players lounge pool table room VIP was like having our own clubhouse right in the middle of all the action. The staff was extremely friendly and $2 Margaritas. How much more awesome could life get?!?!

Had a team building event with my staff. The place can setup a teambuilding event based on your organizational needs. Problem solving, strategy, work under pressure, etc... All of these while enjoying delicious food and arcade games for the activities. Highly recommend it.

Every single staff member I ran into was so rude. Even the manager I spoke with was extremely disrespectful. It took almost two hours to be seated in their dining area yet there was consistently 6-8 tables available. Once we were seated service was so slow, and our meals were not cooked right. There was employees just standing around chatting with eachother while the lines just grew longer. At the bar in the gaming area we were completely ignored at the counter. They even cleaned up around where we were standing!When we went to turn in tickets for prizes the two ladies behind the counter were so busy talking with one another they didnt even see a line to check out forming.The only reason I gave two stars is due to the games they have available there.Unfortunately we had gone there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff honestly took allot of the joy away from that.

Very popular place... I get it. Requested a table@ 1:00, didnt get it till 4:00. Luckily I found a seat at the bar and watched The RAIDERS while enjoying a few Bud Lites. Everyone was friendly and made some new friends!!

11/29/19 = 4 star = been here many times, good thing in this place, while my wife is doing shopping me and my three boy having fun . A bit pricey but my kids enjoy the arcade . I spend more than $200 for food and arcade .

Cantina nachos were not to my liking. Everything else was great. The children in our party had a blast as well as the adults.

Awesome place to watch any game! Great food! But if you are used to being coddled by your bartender or server, this is not your place. Irs almost too big and not enough bartenders. But love the idea of this place. Also boasts a HUGE arcade area, but I wouldnt let my kids just run here.

All machines were clean and operable. They could do with extras of the most popular machines (like Mario Kart) but I have no complaints- we had a good time. Will come back in the future.

Love coming here, great food, usually good service. Games are usually always working and they have better games than every other place that adults can play normally. I always go Mondays its not so busy.

Food is absolutely disgusting! Went back in August with my family and the food and service was horrible. Food took almost 45 minutes and it was cold and stale when it was served to us. The only good thing about the place is the atmosphere and the games. Despite the terrible service and nasty food, we still had a good time because of the games. Went back to D&B today for a banquet and once again, the food was disgusting! The banquet room was really nice and the service was great but the food has got to go! Everything else about D&B was awesome.

We love going here for a date night! Weve been married for almost nine years and this is a really fun way to feel like kids again that are dating! There is a separate living area that is quiet which we didnt know about the first time we went and I would definitely recommend that if you need a break from all the lights and music! That really a fun place to go for a family night or a day night! Not to mention they have the cleanest bathrooms

Went for the 1 hour $10 unlimited play but its only a couple machines doesnt include the machines that let you win tickets so pretty much onlu shooting games and racing games but it was ok

I had never been there before and was very excited but more so my children. They lived it. I was impressed to see security walking around pretty often.

I use to love this place but the last 2 times we went to eat they said it is open seating because we need a high chair for our son. Nobody ever came and helped us after we sat down so we left after 10 minutes. Yesterday we tried again about 5pm and let them know what happened last time. We walked over to find a seat but two workers were so engrossed in the game they did not greet or even ask if we needed help. We were at our table for a bit and ended up going to Rainforrest instead.

Games are great bartenders were on point, but food service was disappointing. Took way to long for a simple dessert and also waters had residue floating in cups. Manager was very understanding and helpful however

Great food, clean bathrooms great variety of games for every age. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is due to not enough baby diaper stations. This place has the capacity for maybe 300 ppl and only ONE BABY DIAPER station.One.

The food is amazing. Always taste good and fresh. Games are always updated and they have the latest and greatest. Lots of tables, tvs and even pool tables. We visit here 2-3 times a year just for the atmosphere, food and of course the games.

I USED to LOVE D&B now after this HORRIBLE experience I’ll NEVER think of going back second time at this location I’ve waited nearly 30 minutes just to finally get approached by a server who then is rude and can’t seem to do her job... manager was no help don’t waste your time ...

I love this place so much! I like it because of the VR rides and all the tickets you can earn. I also love the service because my friend let me use hit points because I had none and I ended up hitting the jackpot and at the end they were able to transfer the tickets I won on his wristband into mine

Parties here are nice for gaming people, and kids love it. You can bring in your own cake as my friend did

We ate dinner there on Wednesday night. Our server Sarah did an excellent job. We did not have to ask for anything. Before our drinks were out, she was already bringing refills. Kudos to her. She went above and beyond. I dont know the last time I had a server that good. She made the experience great. Food was also good.

Went for the wings and unlimited play. Save your money, not worth it. I normally have a great time and the service used to be on point. Will definitely think twice before coming.

We had a lot of problems initially with the powercards. First we were given the wrong ones and then the new ones stopped working but after that everything was great. My GF had never experienced Busters before and last night was the perfect opportunity

I may seem a little glossed over from this being my first time ever to a Dave and Busters but our first experience was great! We had an amazing waitress, the food was top notch, the drinks were great, and the games were a blast! Not sure how much more you need!

Great place to play classic arcade games and grab a drink especially before or after a Dodgers game. The garlic noodles are extremely good. Highly recommend. If you like heat in your mouth, you have to try the Korean spicy wings. It gets very busy around 7/8p on a weekend and parking is difficult so try to come early.

Enjoying a cocktail on a Sunday night with my wife. Bartender does poor heavy which is great just slow service on refilling your drinks and we could not get a clean glass to save our lives. Every drink I was served was in a dirty glass. That evening business was relatively slow not even many tickets coming in from the servers so Im not sure why the service was so bad at the bar top. This was the main bar in the front of the entrance across from the pool tables.

Finest spot to have food when in a rush. Their service is swift, pricing is fair, fantastic mood. Will come visit again

Great place for family or even meet ups with friends. Good beer selection aswell as fun games to pass the time. I wouldnt bring any kids under 3 years old tho.

They do not accept a passport as a valid ID. There is no more valid ID than a passport. They ruined a great night out as our out of country guests, well into their 30s couldnt get a drink. We left. I wont be going back.

Were from out of state & visited this place for our boys. Fun place for sure & good food/drinks. The only problem was getting a booth, servers should have a better method. We had a party of 8 with a little one, yet there were 1 or 2 customers just sitting at the booths. A few of us wanted to sit & order food while the others were enjoying themselves. We had to go around & bother the customers & ask them if they are leaving or if they were waiting for their order. The ones that werent ordering didnt even offer the table to us, just rude if you ask me. Well we did finally get a table after this one lady saw us waiting around for 35mins & she had the table that seated 12, her group were all out playing games while she just sat there waiting. Hopefully theyll have this handled a little better. We will return but not with little ones since that was the main reason for us getting a table its tiring carrying them around if you dont have a stroller

Unfortunately, last time I was here, the bartender wasnt as enthusiastic as I hoped. They didnt really seem to care that I was there and I didnt feel welcome. Overall though, I had fun.

First time visiting a Dave and Busters and it was a lot of fun. The only problem is that its extremely overpriced. Its the same games you can find at a regular arcade but double the price. Its worth going in large parties though because the ambience is really colorful and fun.

Worse service. Worse waitress. Didnt get the drinks right. Gave us extra drinks we didnt ask for.didnt get appetizer and the entree was cold. Manager was inexperienced. Didnt know how to handle the situation. I was so fed up I told him I wasnt paying for the food and that Im never coming back. And since then that has been true. Will not return to his place. At least not the one in Ontario Mills

First time going to Dave and busters at the Mills and I definitely wasnt dissapointed. Had a blast on my own playing all the ticket games they had to offer.

My son who is 26 and umm I am .. a lil older than he.( Ha ha) he wanted to cheer me up so we came to D&B. We played House of the dead. Let me say we always liked the games at D&Bs but they have sooo many newer awesome games than ever. We ate at the bar. DELICIOUS! We ordered an appetizer I cannot remember the name but it was delicious just look at the pictures I have put on here and i had a strawberry daiquiri and a Stella Artois draft beer(We had a blast .

This was my second and last time attending. The first time I came was in September 2019 and the facility was serving a high volume of clientele, therefore I was understanding of the slow service offered at the dining area. However, this time was terrible. My friend and i waited by the bar after being told by two different bartenders we would be helped. 20 minutes later and nothing. We decided to be seated instead to finally order our drinks and might as well get food. I ordered chicken nachos and literally this had 3 little strips. My nachos had no jalapeños and no beans plus they were burned . Our waitress Jasmine was very polite, but unfortunately was unable to resolve my meal as the kitchen was closed. Keep in mind I informed the waitress at 11:20 Dave and Busters closes at 12:00pm. Overall might as well get inebriated prior to attending this place or expect to spend all your time waiting on the bartenders to ignore you.

Overall experience was great only downside was the ladies restroom was a bit dirty and a few stalls had no toilet paper.

If youre into collecting points to reach specific reward, this is the place for you since they have a variety of games that have potential to yield a lot of points. The reward shop also has a lot of different choices to choose from so theres always something that grabs your interest.

Said wait was 30 minutes more like an hour. It was a Saturday night plus NFL was on. The Ravens LOST!!! Very busy lots of people waiting. The service was very slow. They DO NOT have a very good selection of youre Vegan or have Gluten allergies

Can you believe that this D&B is better than the one in Hollywood? I recently went to the one in Hollywood in June and quickly started missing this one! The D&B at Ontario Mills is the best hands down! (It also has the best games and prizes)

It’s been 48 hours and I’m still waiting for my food but the appetizers were good so I’ll give this place 5 stars. Praying to revive my food soon

Large groups or parties? AVOID this location!!!Management is rude and completely incompetent.Called the morning of February 16, 2019 to make a reservation for 30 people.I was told that we cant make reservations that we would have to check in when we arrive.When we arrived we were told the wait time was 1-2 hours.2 hours later we get seated to a 16 person table!!! We informed the waiter that we had three more persons coming and asked if it would be possible to add an additional table.. he came back and said that the request was not possible. Because it may block the door way... (LIES) (picture below shows space was available) i then spoke to a man that looked like a superior to the waiter and we informed him what was going on and asked him if we can move to the other table that was near that seated 30 people? He became rude and disrespectful and said we asked for 15 tables and thats what we got and if we want more tables we need to place our name again on the 2 hour plus list for another table. 29 people and one in a wheelchair and he wants us to get back on the 2 hour line ? The least thing this man could have done was to show concern and to at least try and help or facilitate the situation.Assistant manager: paul (picture below) rude!

Food took a very long time to come out, and it seemed for the longest time we were forgotten about due to us not being there for a big football game.To me the majority of the games blow, and the prize system unseasonably high(890 tickets for a mug)The worst part was the restroom, cleaned to the quality of a gas station. Would not recommend this location.

It was happy hour it took 30 minutes to get a drink.. the drink did not taste good. return that drink it wasnt good.. They were under staff.

Took my granddaughters there and they had a ball. We ate and played and just had an overall great time.
