Had an amazing time here at the batting cages! It was my first time coming here, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff member. He was a really cute young gentlemen who helped couple of my friends and myself at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and warm. He greeted us when we walked in and out. It was a welcoming environment with plenty of space and great music that livened up the cages. I would highly recommend this location to beginners and those whom are experienced. Definitely coming back!

Great place! Took my 7 yr. old grandson there to work on his swing. My husband and I were very impressed with the set up, the safety and the coaches. We especially liked the way Jerry Alfaro interacted with our grandson, as well as the other children he was working with during private lessons. We are definitely coming back!

Explanation:Ready for some constructive criticism? First time here and I wasnt really welcomed. The young lady was busy on her phone. I feel a greeting would be nice and maybe ask if Ive been there before. I had to ask how does this place work. The setup was a little different from what I was used too because it was all do it yourself but I was ok with that. I can load my own balls. However when my son and I left we werent even acknowledged. A good bye or thank you for coming is the norm. I base my rating on my experience. I left feeling like that was a waste.

Walked in and who ever was working at the front was reading a book or in their phone or something and didn’t even look up, I looked around for a second and then stood in front of the desk again, and he still didn’t acknowledge me, so I left. Defiantly a waste of time, I’ll go hit balls somewhere else.

You can smack these balls super hard!!!Yes sir thats what youll be saying when you check out this place, very affordable rates and did I mention lots of balls to hit? Yes sir youll be taking your wood to these balls and really give them the business, not much around the area but still I would recommend it of your in the neighborhood.

Called and asked about cage time around 6pm. Im told that I need a reservation after 5pm. I make a reservation saying its a 20 minute drive and Ill be there in 20 minutes. I was there 20 minutes later and there was no space. I said I made a reservation and Im told they showed up. Apparently you dont really need a reservation then. Made no concessions and was told that I needed to wait. Honor your rules or dont make them and most importantly, respect peoples time. Amatuerish.Following up on the owners response: You are straight up lying or confusing me with someone else. I wouldnt bother leaving a review under the circumstances you claim to be our own. There was no dinner involved in our plans only batting cages bub. Loss of one star for your asinine response.
