If you own a fish tank this is the place for you to shop. The owner is very friendly, helpful and experienced. The store have a very large variety of fresh water and salt water, any type of food and accessories you may need this place will have it. Even if you just want to stop by and look at the fish the way the shop is setup is just a great place place to bring the kids. Make sure you bring your wallet and be ready to own some fish. Its hard to resist walking away from this place with empty hands. If you know what I mean. When you stop by make sure you feed the gorgeous white parrot. Enjoy it.

What a much needed resource this full service primarily fish and aquarium supply mecca this is. They have everything for your home aquarium and ponds and the largest supply of fresh and saltwater fish Ive ever seen. They also sell used equipment at a fraction of the cost of buying new and the staff is totally awesome and amazing. Keep doing the good work Global Aquatics you are filling a much needed void in affordable aquarium supply and care that the pet shops fall short in providing.

This place is a pretty well known fish distributor. You wouldnt know it as a walk in customer. I found out having named dropped them at other lfs.In retrospect, it makes sense. The place is essentially a warehouse. They have some awesome and rare stuff, even during corona.The staff are nice guys, always looking to help.You would think based on the verbiage of this review that I should have given a higher rating. The truth is, the owner seems like a real piece of work. I havent even spoken to the man once, but Ive had the opportunity to watch him berate his employees for very seemingly minor things, twice now.Look, if you need fish supplies, this place has them. Get what you need to for your fish. Make sure they are safe and healthy. However, if you have the option, highly recommend the other local choices. Jans, Mode Aquarium, Tropical reef, supporting any of these business I think supports the hobby leaps and bounds more than patronizing Global Aquatics.

I just bought some fish there today and I bought a small cichlid that has a blue belly and like some purple near the tail. Small cichlid that r suppose to be ok smaller fish not as aggressive.. and I cant remember the name of it.. if you guys can reply to me it will be great..

Friendly staff, a really cool cockatoo bird that is the best! Selection is slightly above average and same with their prices. I would give them 4 stars if prices were a little better, place a little better, selection a little better...dont get me wrong still a good place to go.

Every time I come here looking to get a new fish or just to ask questions Robert or Mike are always super helpful and pleasant. What I really like the most about this store is their tanks are always super clean. Certainly my go to fish store and I definitely recommend them.

I seriously love going to this place. You walk in and the coolest bird is there to meet you then when you get into the actual fish store part it is a warehouse. They have a huge selection of fresh and saltwater fish and all the supplies you need for them. I love walking around and seeing all the different kinds of fish that they keep. They have a Red Tail Catfish that is huge and is always fun to say hi to. Sometimes he even splashes you with his tail. The fish I have got from this store are always healthy and have been amazing additions to the tanks. I picked up a beautiful place today and cant wait to see how big he grows. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful and I will be back soon!

Went in here tonight for the first time and was blown away - felt like a kid in a giant candy shop. They have the most gigantic selection of fresh and salt water fish along with tanks, accessories, plants and everything. Their animals look very healthy, clear - eyed and curious. The staff is super friendly and look like they really enjoy what they do, as I would too if I got to spend all day at a place like that.Seriously - if you are any type of aquarium enthusiast from beginner thru shark tank to koi pond, you should go check this place out. You might not want to leave...

Came in from Arizona and the staff is very friendly. Salt water selection in good. Prices are good compared to Phoenix. Coral selection is lacking but the prices are fair. They packed the fish for our long trip home, cant wait to see our new addition.s

I came here because I was referred by the guy I bought the tank from to find some unique and different salt water fish. I currently have a 75 gal salt set up with corral and 7 existing fish. My water levels are dialed in and as stated already had about 7 existing fish in the tank. I purchased 6 fish and some additional live rock for the tank. I was told that the fish would be good to be left in the bag a couple of hours for the drive home. I arrived home and acclimated each fish in the bag into the tank and let sit for 20 minutes before putting each fish in the tank. All the fish did great and did there usual thing once in the tank, except for my yellow tang, which seemed a little lethargic. The next day (today) I came home and all the fish were great and ready to eat, except I did not see the yellow tang. I searched for him and he was at the bottom of the tank in a hole dead as a door knob. It had been about 15 hours since I bought the fish and figured since I dropped over $200 in fish they would do something, since I just tested my water again and everything was fine. The girl that answered the phone informed me that they have a NO Guarantee even since it was only 15 hours ago, but would give me a free water test. Are you kidding me. I have 13 fish doing great in the tank and have had no issues with any of the other fish, drop $200 on 6 fish and your not going to do anything for a fish that you sold me that died in less then 24 hours. They have lost this customer. Shop at your own risk!

They have all sorts of fish. If youre distracted looking at the little Nemo fish on top, you might miss the huge catfish right by your feet. Makes you feel like a little kid again.

Cool place if ur into fresh or salt water fish. Extremely large selection 2 pick from. Lots of other things that u will need 2 make ur fish happy. Not cheap! Open weekends. Both Saturday & Sunday. We will b back. Associates r very knowledgeable & a couple of them r easy on the eyes. Wink wink!

Very friendly and helpful staff, far superior than getting fish from Pet stores; better pricing as well. There is a cockatoo to greet you when you walk in, and a 2ft fish that you can pet inside. Overall a great place to pick up you aquarium needs.

The place is nice full of fish but I highly recommend they put the bird away during buisness hours or a big do not touch sign I walked over to use there restroom but when I walked out omg lord I saw a beautiful big white bird so there I am hey baby such a pretty bird I short 4foot 9inch and the cage of course is taller than me the bird hoped on arm oh sh!@ I look over at the cashier I extended my arm so he can crawl down but of course only got closer pecked away at my face till the guy took him off very traumatic awkward I left right away the guy just said oh you okay then jokes ya you are you still have both eyes goodUpdate till this date the owner has not got back to me and my husband took a photo of the cage with date stamp there was no sign near the cage sooooooo I would say evidence of lying is well backed up and when I called the guy on the phone was acting like he remembered nothing of what happen very shady?

I like to go to this place to look around show my family and friends. recently I bought a fish and it died in two days this is the third time this happened the first two times I didnt say anything to GLOBAL AQUATICS this time I did, so I call and they tell me bring your water in so we can check it out. I dont need your advice on my water! so I did anyway this older guy tells me my levels are horrible and theres nothing they can do. meanwhile all my fish are happy except the one I got from them. I will not shop there again.

This is the place. They have it all. I got great help from a young lady. She knows her stuff. I am happy to drive to Global Aquatics. The Prices are fair!!! Service and management care!!! Has everything from freshwater to saltwater! One of our favorite stores to go to, the owner Mike is really nice and very knowledgeable. They also carry a large amount of frozen food for the best prices. The fish are healthy and reasonably priced.

Amazing store, one of the employees saw that I was new and gave my a quick tour. I purchased two Blue Rams that seem to be Bolivian Rams (partially my fault). Other than that it was great, saw some fish that I have never seen in person, and they all looked healthy.

I have purchased from global aquatics several times, this place is huge with a great selection of fish both freshwater and saltwater. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good selection of items. They also carry a great selection of equipment and accessories. Prices are fair and about average to most fish stores I have been to. If you have a saltwater tank/reef tank do not use their water. Their freshwater they are selling is basically filtered tap water. I ran a TDS meter and their freshwater had 220ppm, my tap at home was 240. I had a huge algae breakout and lost a lot of coral because the owner got complacent with their filter changes.
